Mark… Yes I do. You must consider many things especially when investing into a non-reporting Pink. Any non-reporting company gives very little guidance. Hopefully soon we will have an audit, which will make Q transparent. In the meantime, I suggest that you filter thru all the information and inputs by others and look for the real substance.
There are many posters with agendas who talk a lot but give little verifiable information. Do your own research. Look for the raw data. Take time to analyze the information. For instance, George Takei, its just an interview. But I believe it may be his first TV interview since his coming out. If so, this would give Q a lot of press. Also, if you read the L.A.Times article of Nov. 4th, he appears to be a bit of an activist and desires to get the word out. I would bet my last share that Q has been talking with him about his own show. If something like that occurs, it would be big both in and out of the community.
Other celebrities have been signed up by Q. Time Warner, Cox and Bright House have signed carriage agreements. People and companies of stature don’t sign agreements blindly. They have there own responsibilities and make sure they are dealing with a company that can deliver and would be worth their own investment.
Talk to people on this board that have been to the Burbank Studios, Palm Springs and the principles involved. I have done all that. Look at the PR’s in the past 2-3 months. Some call these “fluff”, to me they are solid bricks laid in the road Q is building. Any new road requires many bricks. Without them Q, or any company, would not make it.
Take pause and put yourself in Frank’s shoes. You have a company to build. You need these building block PR’s. You can’t spend your day plotting and scheming how you are going to take Jennifercd10’s money away. Your time is far more valuable. Frank has taken Q very far towards success. We shareholders might not like some of his decisions or his delayed self-imposed deadlines, but he will do what he has to build Q. Don’t forget he has 53% of the stock. If Q wins he wins VERY BIG and his coattails are long.

That really goes right to the root of the issue that everyone needs to keep in mind when they visit the message boards. 75% of the message board content is crap to any real investor. That's not a knock on this board, thats just my experience with message boards in general. Especially pinks!
Do all your own research. Reverify everything yourself. You can easily use information here as a starting point but you will find that many times the posts on any board are bogus or just wild guesses. This applies to both sides of the Q fence. Over time you will find out for yourself who posts information you can typically rely on and who posts wild speculation or just frustrated garbage.
I have a very short list of who I even bother reading anymore and just skim the rest.
I think if you do your own research you will find much more positive information about Q and their progress in the industry and their connections than is illustrated lately by many posters.

kaos i havent tried yet for .0004. if i had more available funds at the moment i would definitely be bidding .0004 to lower my cost basis. even though i would love to see a run soon i kinda wouldnt mind being able to buy a couple more million at .0003.i dont see it happening but you never know.
it seems to me that someone is buying bigtime.not sure who it is but .0004 seems to be huge support right now.

never, ever under any condition, add to a losing trade, or "average" into a position. If you are buying, then each new buy price must be higher than the previous buy price. If you are selling, then each new selling price must be lower. This rule is to be adhered to without question.

At the time that show was airing, my wife was living in a community with a large gay/lesbian population. According to her, that show was an absolutely enormous hit with the glbt community. They would rearrange their schedules just to be able to watch it. She tells me that it was airing between 10 - 11 pm but no one would go out to the bars or whatever until AFTER the show. Perhaps those of us that are straight are not the best judge of what would or would not appeal to the glbt audience. -----------------------------------------------

kyred, toxic debt funding does exist, but it's not as sinister as portrayed in that newsletter. If a company is in trouble, toxic debt is typically the last-resort financing.
The economic reason for toxic funding is this: The only way a lender would agree to give a troubled company money is if the company agrees to protect the lender's downside. The company agrees, basically, to hand over equity of the firm if the loan isn't re-paid.
That's it. That's toxic funding in a nutshell. Just like 'junk bonds' is just a pejorative for high-yield debt, 'toxic funding' is a pejorative for convertible bonds with an escalation clause: the lower the stock goes, the higher the conversion rate.

Just for the fun of it, I thought I would toss my two cents worth of thoughts into the fray.
I’m in Q for the long haul because:
Q is an expanding company both in product and scope. Accelerating city coverage. Recent worldwide interest is impressive. This consists of syndicated shows AND the entire signal. LOGO going beyond our boarders creates demand for Q by blazing the trail.
Q’s employee numbers are growing. People WANT to work for Q. An enthusiastic and vibrant work force. People are flocking to Q with new programming ideas.
The pps is in a disconnect from the company. Becoming transparent will help to resolve this.
New areas of opportunity have opened recently. Unforeseen revenue from the leasing of the studio. Revenue generated from NTI. Renting out the film library. Syndication, cable and internet. (The potential of Mary Hartman) Frank has a way of finding new opportunities for asset growth and network expansion.
Q has a growing asset base. The Burbank Studio. NTI The film library. The Gay Games VII and first right of refusal for Gay Games VIII. QTN itself.
The audit being complete means the next step(s) can be taken. Publishing the audit makes TMM a voluntary reporting company. A certified audit makes TMM a transparent company. Another “layer” of investors are waiting for the above. Resolving the “shell” issue with the SEC becomes far easer. The above paves the way to become Fully Reporting with the SEC. Another “layer” of investor is realized. The next step is to make application to an exchange. Just making an application to an exchange would invite another “layer”. Major investor groups and investment newsletters have been watching Q. Their time to act is close at hand. Q has the potential of becoming the next “Darling of Wall Street”.
I would not be invested in a company if:
Employees were being laid off while others were leaving for greener pastures. Cutting pay and benefits to its employees. A downtrodden work force.
It was selling its divisions and/or reducing the scope of others.
Selling assets.
Withdrawing from their historic marketplaces.
Increasing its debt to “get by” from previous profitability. Rescheduling its debt. Y/Y losses keep widening.
Not developing any new products.
Cuts advertising budget and its presence in its industry.
An increase of negative press from its industry and public media.
Vendors becoming hesitant doing business with the company.
Loss of company vision.

Cash, I disagree. I started investing in The Q back in August with .0018 purchase. I've walked it down to .00072. I have felt all along that this stock was worth more than .0018 a share, so I've had no problem averaging into a position.
If The Q heads north of .00072, i'm sitting in a very nice position. Conversely, if it flames out, I never invested more than I was prepared to lose...so I won't be angry. Bummed, of course, but not angry.
By the way, can the L2 guru's provide quick insight into whether or not the 9 million blocks are coming through rapid fire today? Seems like all is quiet on the Western front.

So just because trades are going through at .0004 it does not mean that I will eventually get filled because the trades could be MMs buying with plans to sell the shares later at .0005 or higher. Is that right?

All MM are at 5000 size at ASK/BID. Except for DOMS - he is at 50000 on BID and 1000000 on ASK.
