well as far as frank goes...think of it this way..frank has been in this business for 35 years..this network to him is like his swan song..we might be sitting here second guessing his every move..what he has done and what he didn't do..but he is getting the job done..and a project like this can't be easy to pull all together..there is no way he is going to let this fail...theres way to much riding on this .not only for us but for him also..i am sure everyone at one time or another has just done what they had to to get the end result..and in this case..the end result will be lots of green .. kaos welcome aboard many of us still beleive in this dream and the fact remains that if you havent sold you havent lost yet.we have major problems and major carriers so to me its still a coin flip.i continue to beleive that frank will do us longs right one day simply on the basis that i beleive in the goodness of just about anyone until they prove me wrong more than three times.basically in my book people get four to five strikes before i consider counting them out.now when it comes to frank he has had many strikes but with all the positives surrounding this company it actually looks like they might turn a profit one day.i dont know if this is next quarter or next year or in five years but if we continue to expand at the rate we have been i see no problem one day buying back shares and retireing them.i am a hopelss optimist so all that are new be careful.i am the first qbidiot and their will be many more i am sure but to those that refer to me as a pumper i can care less becuase i am.i am hopeing praying and encouraging qtv wherever i go.i tell as many people i think would be interested in subscribing and investing in it as i can.this is my qtv network and i just pray that frank lives up to his word in that he will one day reward those that stuck out this painful growing process of dilution in order to build a giant glbt network. i dont mind people calling names cuz the reality of it is that it always comes down to you hitting the buy or sell button.we can make our opinions known but if someone is to invest their hard earned money based on my opinions then they are sorta new to the markets and have much to learn.my stock market education has cost me alot and i continue to pay for my mistakes.i dont mind paying cuz if one day i am able to retire early off of my investments than that will be the day that i rejoice and say to myself it was worth all the heartache that i have been through while learning the stock market. i am a strictly high risk investor i only play stock options and micropennies so i know what kind of risk i am taking.the question to those new to qbid is do you know the risk/reward? best of luck sorry for the long winded post.

20 million long and strong!

sincerely your qbidiot.

Remember marty the extra 15bil shares is a just in case for the (Mary Heart)x2 series. If he dosent need it then he will throw them back. This is of course assuming that the recent huge volume with no uptick (im not counting that 300 dollar buy for .0006 because its cheating) is due to him dumping those shares, or the end of the restricted shares. I'm no expert so i couldent tell ya, i can only hope Frank isnt out to screw the people helping to funding his dream. Hes already got my money, nothing more i can do but sit back and hope for the best, and maybe an occasional annonymous hate mail to Frank every now and again.

i break even around .0016 i wish i didnt pile in so big at .001 but i truly thought that was the all time bottom.my latest buy was another mil at.0005.if we stay low which at this point i have waited long enough i wouldnt mind picking up a few more mil at .0004-.0005.not sure if ican afford it at this point though. it seems like a long ways away from break even but then again when pennies run they run fast.qbid is capable of having a few hundred percent run even with the large a/s/o/s. if none of us are willing to sell then this thing can skyrocket on real news and a decent audit. personally i dont really plan on selling many shares until we see the .005 range and even then i will only try to swing my shares and buyback on the dips.i hope i am wrong though and we one day gap up huge leaving all the doubters in the dust.it takes guts to put alot of money into a pinky but you know what they say no guts no...........

i would hold qbid for many years and not sweat the price but ameritrade has a nasty habit of charging me a fee when my account falls below $2000, even though i've given them over $25k worth of trades. the problem i face now is, with every tick qbid falls i lose $289.00. but that problem becomes a blessing when it ticks north because then i make $289.00 for each tick. sorry if this sounds like i'm rambling but i'm on the phone with some customer service people and having trouble concentrating

Wall Street Tunes into Q Television Network
Thursday June 3, 6:00 am ET
Successful Industry Launch Generates Interest from Carriers, Advertisers and Investment Leaders

PALM SPRINGS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 3, 2004--Q Television Network (Pink Sheets: QBID - News) announces details surrounding the results of its industry launch, which began June 1.

Within the first day of the network's availability on Intelsat America's 7, 129 degrees West, Channel 1, Q Television received considerable response from potential carriers and advertisers seeking more information regarding the network and its anticipated public launch.

As a result, network executives will travel to New York City June 6 - 11 to meet with private equity funds, hedge funds and securities dealers. All of these firms have indicated a strong interest in the upcoming launch and the opportunity for equity participation.

In addition, the executives also have appointments scheduled with cable companies and advertisers to present the current direction of Q Television Network.

"We anticipated that the soft launch would generate lots of inquiries regarding the availability of Q Television for carriage and advertising," notes president Frank Olsen. "Yet we were amazed how quickly everything has moved forward within the past 24 hours."

The network expects to announce major contracts within the coming weeks.
About Q Television Network

This television network was organized to create and develop a network devoted to providing television programming for the gay and lesbian community. While the company expects much of its subscriber base to be comprised of members of the gay and lesbian population, management also believes that quality programming about the gay and lesbian experience, designed to entertain, educate and inform, will attract many other segments of the viewing public. The company's programming will be available on a subscription basis to those desiring its programming. The network will broadcast 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Providing distribution via satellite ensures availability of the network across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

As a cautionary note to investors, certain matters discussed in this press release may be forward-looking statements within the meaning of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. Such matters involve risks and uncertainties that may cause actual results to differ materially, including the following: changes in economic conditions; general competitive factors; the television network's ability to execute its business model and strategic plans; and the risks described from time to time in the company's Securities and Exchange Commission filings.

For more information regarding carriage and advertising opportunities, contact the network at 760-323-4455.

Noah, no offense, as I have nothing against you, but your posts are annoying. I used to try and read them, but I haven't read any for about 2 months now, until the one that tells people to skip your posts if they don't like your format.

Someone asked you to show this board the respect that you expect from others. Why is that offensive to you?

Why do you feel the need to tell everyone who doesn't like your posts to f*** off?

Even davidjanas spaced out each sentence with a ...

Think about it this way. If you stop posting 1000 word sentences, then maybe more people will read what you have to say and respond to you. Isn't that why you post on here in the first place...to initiate conversation?

Just a suggestion...

QTN highlights go online via PlanetOut

PlanetOut and Q Television Network (QTN), two of the US's leading media companies serving lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender audiences, have partnered to offer the latter's programming online.

Original shows produced for QTN are being added to PlanetOut Video, the broadband portal operated by the same company behind the website Gay.com, which has localised versions around the world.

PlanetOut already has broadband distribution agreements in place with Here!TV and Sundance Channel.

[fm 05 singer] The inclusion of QTN will bring highlights from programmes including morning talk show Brunch and fashion news and entertainment show Xcess/Access, both starring Queer Eye for the Straight Girl's Honey Labrador. QTN World News and The Reichen Show, a talk show hosted by The Amazing Race winner Reichen Lehmkuhl, will also feature.

"We are delighted at the opportunity to distribute our exciting QTN programming on the PlanetOut network, said QTN executive VP Alexis Fish. PlanetOut president Mark Elderkin said QTN's content was "sure to be a hit" with the company's online audience.

PlanetOut to Distribute Q Television Video
By Pamela Parker
November 22, 2005

Gay and lesbian media company PlanetOut Inc. will distribute highlights of video from the Q Television (QTN) satellite network, under the terms of a deal announced today.

Financial terms of the agreement weren't disclosed, but Mark Elderkin, president of PlanetOut, told ClickZ, "The value for our company is quality content that we can sell advertising against. The value for the producer is distribution and access to an audience they could otherwise not reach."

The deal will give PlanetOut more video inventory on its PlanetOut Video broadband service, which launched in September. The company offers :15 pre-roll spots and sponsorships of its video content. Ads can be targeted by content, by gender, by age, by location, and using behavioral criteria.

Elderkin says the company has sold mostly in-banner video ads thus far, but it's ramping up its in-stream inventory to meet demand from advertisers.

"For 2006, as we book new business for next year, we're seeing more and more requests from the agencies we work with to include that [video]," he said. "We're doing all we can to grow our video archives."

The QTN video will consist of five- to 15-minute highlights from news, talk and variety shows, including a morning talk show called "Brunch;" the celebrity entertainment talk show "On Q Live;" and "QTN World News."

PlanetOut also distributes video clips from here!TV and Sundance Channel. It's considering developing original video in-house and Webcasting user-generated content.

"We don't produce anything in-house today but it's something we're evaluating," Elderkin said.

The video initiative isn't the only move PlanetOut is making to incorporate traditional media into its portfolio of ad offerings. The company recently purchased LPI media, whose properties include print publications "The Advocate," "OUT," "The OUT Traveler," and "HIVPlus," along with their Web site counterparts.

PlanetOut to Distribute Q Television Content Online
11.25.05

By Ross von Metzke

(San Francisco, CA) – Planet Out, the nation’s leading LGBT media and entertainment company, has partnered with Q Television to develop and deliver original programming to be distributed on PlanetOut Video.

QTN is a 24 hour a day premium television network organized to create, develop and feature television programming for the LGBT community. Its lineup includes a packed Monday-through-Friday slate of live and interactive content, plus sports, news and entertainment.

PlanetOut Video is a broadband entertainment service designed to engage online audiences with LGBT video programming aggregated from TV networks, movie studios, independent film producers and individual artists.

The service launched in September on Gay.com and PlanetOut.com, reaching an audience of more than five million people monthly.

"We plan to continue our roll-out of exclusive video content to engage our audience and to keep up with the growing demand from our advertisers for targeted and measurable online video commercials,” said Mark Elderkin, president of PlanetOut Inc. “The unique news, talk and variety shows that QTN produces are sure to be a hit with our audience.” QTN will supply highlights of its original programming, including: Brunch, a morning talk show which stars Queer Eye for the Straight Girl's Honey Labrador and former CNN producer/correspondent Scott Withers; On Q Live, a celebrity entertainment talk show; and The Reichen Show, an hour of talk, debate, education, gossip and news hosted by The Amazing Race winner Reichen Lehmkuhl.

“PlanetOut has been a pioneering force in our community,” Alexis Fish, executive vice president of Q Television Network, explained. “The success of their Internet presence has helped pave the way for today's queer networks by showing us how positively the LGBT audience has responded to information and discussions of topics that affect our lives.” In addition to QTN, PlanetOut has broadband distribution agreements with launch partners here!TV and Sundance Channel.

PlanetOut Inc. media properties include Gay.com, PlanetOut.com and Out & About Travel and recently acquired LPI Media, publishers of The Advocate, Out and Out Traveler magazines.

Q Television is telecast 24 hours per day, 7 days per week via satellite distribution across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Q stretches to Australia

US gay, lesbian, bi-sexual and transgender (GLBT) digital TV network Q Television has secured its first international distribution agreement that will make it available throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Australia's Selectv is to be the exclusive satellite provider of the channel in the region, making Q's programming available in an additional 10 million households.

[fm 05 boyd] "This is an incredibly exciting move for us," said Carol Hinnant, Q's VP, affiliate sales and marketing. "Selectv has embarked on a mission to deliver Australian audiences a rich and diverse line-up of international television fare. Our programming will fill a definite void in Australia, where the GLBT audience is just as vocal and involved as it is in the States."

Q, which airs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, currently offers five hours of live programming daily, including Brunch, Q on theMove, and Flesh and Threads.

I understand that some of these news releases may be old news, but I'm posting it just in case:

1) you didn't happen to see them when they first came out

2) they are from a different news source...shows greater exposure
