Ya Q will have to send a signal way across the pacific ocean. And apparently have the equipment to do it. Where is everybody anyway. Can't reach anybody. Supposed to be receiving a DVD in the mail. Supposed to see the outcome of the meeting to get the pps back up. I'm in the dark here as usual, short term.

AUSTRALIAN investors will get another chance to gain direct exposure to the fickle world of pay-TV when former Foxtel chief executive Jim Blomfield lists his new pay-TV service, Selectv, later this year.
Styled as a multi-language pay-TV service, the business has changed its name from i-view and registered Selectv as a business name and as an internet domain name.
The Australian understands Mr Blomfield, who was ousted from Foxtel in 2001, will release a prospectus in early June to raise up to $30 million, having already sourced some seed funding.
The Selectv service, which will offer between 35 and 40 non-English speaking channels, will launch in May, just before the prospectus is revealed.
It will be one of the few new avenues for direct investment in the pay-TV sector since the collapse of Australis Media, owner of the now-defunct Galaxy service, in 1997.
The only other direct exposure to the pay TV sector is regional operator Austar.
Foxtel is jointly owned by Telstra, Publishing & Broadcasting Ltd and News Corporation, owner of The Australian. Optus's pay-TV service is owned by Singapore Telecommunications.
The Selectv service will also offer some English-speaking channels on separate pricing tiers, but the channels and the exact prices have yet to be revealed.
However, Selectv is expected to set monthly charges at the lower end of the pricing spectrum.
"If there were three or four Greek channels in a package you would not be paying more than $49 a month for it," one of the advisers close to the business said.
Unlike the larger Foxtel, Optus and Austar pay-TV operations, Selectv does not require a large investment in infrastructure as the signals will be uplinked to satellites from Hong Kong.
One of Selectv's major partners is exTV, the pay-TV arm of Hong Kong free-to-air broadcaster TVB. ExTV will send the signals to PanAmSat's PAS 8 satellite.
Selectv's main expenses will be its investment in standard set-top boxes and some marketing costs.
It expects to break even in four years after gaining about 40,000 subscribers.
It will also offer a unique do-it-yourself installation service for subscribers in isolated areas, but has also contracted installation companies for metropolitan subscribers.
Selectv will pitch itself directly at the market left by the demise of Mike Boulos's Television & Radio Broadcast Services.
Mr Boulos has since started another pay-TV group called United Broadcasting International, which has some of the same channels as his previous service.

im showing a close at .0006 this could be the begining of a new trend folks.i bet ya alot of eyes have been simply waiting for this to move from the recent stuck points of .0004-.0005. once we get some volatility again the daytraders will be all over this trying to get those quick 20% trades all day long.my shares are still on lockdown i think its gonna be a good end of the year afterall. im targeting a end of year price of .0018 or much higher.i know this seems unrealistic to some but i think it is doable and i expect it to happen.i dont plan on dumping my shares but i would like to see some green for the close of the year.good luck to all lets hope for a pleasant surprise tommorrow maybe the audit something to talk about over thanxgiving with the family hehe.

noah I think it's very good news, but I am not shocked by any good news about QBID. When you "believe" in something, you sit back and relax and let it develop at its own pace.
I've been out-and-about most of the afternoon. I have all the shares I want, and I don't intend to sell any, so watching the market is just a way to pass time when I'm bored.
Now I'm just sitting here laughing at all the bashers as they try to explain what is "really happening" and asking the same questions they ask everyday: 1) Where's the audit" 2) Where's the DVD? 3) Where's Waldo? 4) Where's the beef? (You gotta be an old fart to understand that one. )
If there were no bashers, I'd have to subscribe to the "Idiot Channel" to get my daily ration of humor.

Close at 6 on Etrade too. Hey AWESOME news today guys. I love reading how excited you all get through the day about our investment. I am a factory worker with no internet connection all day. But when I get home I enjoy seeing how you all react to the days events!
The news looks promising and I believe everything is coming together nice and fast.
I wish Frank would release the audit to send this thing sky high!
Don't forget all the positive emails we have gotten from Dish! I think that news will be soon!!BOOM!!!!!!!

im feeling good about this that is for sure it has been a long ride down but remember penny stocks can correct themselves very quickly at times.imagine if noone is willing to sell this thing could double in a day or more.good luck to you all i would not be surprised to see a downtick in the morning as that would be a way for market makers to get more weak hands to dump and run but i truly beleive we are at the begining of a very interesting time to be a qbid shareholder.
