Unlike the LGBT community, we have no voice in the condition of our circumstances. We are a very ignored group of people subjected to high share prices that are not imposed on those who are considered new investors. I would like to know if you can give me some advice on how to achieve a larger voice among the majority of the population. Such as that which is experienced among the LGBT community. Sid- Good catch...i suspect this might be part of the following statement (#3) from Frank's 10/31/05 letter to shareholders:
I would like to take a moment to highlight the important points of this audit: 1. Q Television will show its total asset base 2. Q Television will show its debt *** roughly 30% less than expected
3. Specific asset percentages, breakdowns and splits of Q Television Network and /or its parent, Triangle Multi Media
at the 10,000 ft level, I don't think it's a bad thing Frank has burned billions of shares, provided he has done so to acquire tangible assets and not for bon-bons and extravigant lifestyle accoutrements.
However, I still think it will come out that TMM shareholders only own a certain percentage of QTN and that it is not a WHOLLY owned subsidiary. In my opinion, I would encourage all to brace for that possibility.
To soften that blow, it would be nice to see other assets (such as Liquidation By Satellite, Teleport in NawOrleans) factored realistically in to the total audit equation-i.e. not declare the telport is worth $1 trillion dollars, for example.
In addition, it would be nice to see a management discussion about what TMM plans to DO with these other assets.
Anyhoo, just my humble $.0005 opinion.

we want what we want is it possible that we dont really want what we want.is it just that you are buying back the entire float or is the audit really not so good. i think i am having symptons again its time for me to go visit the qdoc. ive been suffering from qbidahaulism for about a year now. it seems that the only thing that releives my symptoms are massive buybacks and a stock price of over a penny a share. please help me if you can i dont want to be refered to as a qbidiot any more. thanx.

yep folks its official we have all become qbidiots. you know things are tough when you get multiple posters pleading with the ceo on a message board.
it truly has been dissapointing this last year but hey there is always next year and the year after. lets just try and be patient and wish we had all found this stock at this point and not six months or longer ago. hehe. good luck to those lucky enough to just now be buying up shares. if i had another ten k i would certainly buy up another 20 million shares.

Ad, I been preparing for that since I read that. In the CC Frank says how we own it all and all that. Then this makes it sound like it's being pulled apart and put into different places and so forth. Some kind of squeeze out or what?

I guess I've just never seen a link to a statement from TMM that QTN is a wholly owned sub. Again, I could be totally wrong. I've only been here since August.

i have talked to many glbt folks in new york and surrounding area and alot of people know about qtv. they are still in the infantile stage of their growth but they are growing very rapidly and soon will be the #1 glbt tv network in the WORLD.
this is all my humble opinion but the part about people knowing about qtv is for real.alot of people are slowly being exposed to qtv that is for sure. especially with this new deal with planetout that is going to be huge for qtv. lots of new subs will be coming on board just wait and see. if subs were not jumpin in and paying for qtv would we be getting new carriers?
qtv is coming to a town near you and if your lucky we might just be coming to your country too. patience is key for being a long here. the pps will correct itself in time. many pink sheet stocks are way overvalued and many are absolutely undervalued. to say that qtv is only valued at 30 million $$$ to me is silly. .0005 * 60 billion a/s = 30 million. i havent seen an audit yet but i think conservatively speaking qtv is at least worth 300 million meaning we should be at .005 with no multiple in play. now if we had a low multiple of lets say 8 we could be trading at around .03-.06 pretty soon. how would that sound to ya'll.
this is all my silly optimistic point of veiw but hey im entitled to it and it could be right too.

We are getting carriers because Time Warner wants to get in to the new demographic before its too late. They also think like us shareholders that this is a good idea and we have to get in early to cash in. Secondly, shareholders may have created false hype by contacting their local cable company numerous times.
I don't think Frank will ever have the AUDIT done. How is he going to justify donating billions and billions of shares to his family members>

I do not believe $300M is a conservative figure for Q. College Sports Television was sold for $325M and they are in 15M households. Q is in less than 100K.
