I dont get it, we read all these good press releases about who is on this show, that show , QTN is expanding in to all these new veiwing areas. Which is great. But how can a stock trade over a billion shares several times and not move cant get to half a penny they don't even update investor page on web site. There has got to a reverse split in the works and symbol change. But this is a penny

IMO more fluff news... This is not a newsworthy PR. Besides I can't watch it on Dish. How many people on this board can watch this on QTN - just curious? Exactly, can anyone compare this kind of volume and the price to any other stock in the past ( oh lets say since the beginning of stock trading). That ended up with happy ending.

I disagree. The Q is media...it's core function is to create content specific to its intended audience. Eyeballs=Subscription and Ad Rev$$$...increased PPS.
You get those eyeballs by attracting interest. I've listened to Takei on Howard Stern before and he is a pretty charismatic--albeit eccentric--guest to have.
To me, this type of content is also sex-agnostic...i'm hetero but like to see interviews and updates from folks like Takei because I grew up watching Star Trek and have always been a fan, and not because of his sexual preference.
If The Q was avail in DC--specifically on Comcast--i'd buy a monthtly subscription much like I have after i invested in SIRI. I suspect many are in the same boat.

Do you think Q could build a show around Takei? What would it be like? Would anyone watch? Gay? Straight??? Internatiinal? What would the advertisers think?

George Takei is bigger than you might think. Howard Stern LOVES to goof on him. I would bet that they will get a tape of that appearance and do something with it. Just a hunch. If Stern makes a mention of Q, that would be FAN-tastic!

So now Letterman has had both QTN and George Takei for his "Top10" list.
