what is VERT accomplishing by buying up all those shares at .0005 on the bid and then jumping on the inside ask to sell them at .0005 to buyers?
I don't get it.... is it so buyers don't have to buy at .0006 when they uptick the ask? Because when they uptick, VERT jumps on the bid to bring it back down. VERT is manipulating qbid to only be bought and sold at .0005. wow crazy

Sure HT. I predict we will see QBID move to the NYSE by January 1, 2006, as QBID reaches Google like levels of $300+ per share.
Now does that sound nice, or what?

.....so you would think... last time, like 4 days ago or whatever when he bought up like 150M shares on the bid, if you remember he immiedately went on the ask, but only sold like 15M shares....
so this time he bought like 50-100M on the bid and now it will be interesting to see how many he sells on the ask...
may just be a way to cover himself right now so not to many people are getting excited about him buying...
exact opposite he was doing before...sell big amounts on ask and go on bid and buy nothing... now buying big shares on bid, and see how much he sells on ask

I agree with MillerTIME about the technicals looking good, but the only problem I have with this is the last couple times they looked good, we only had pitiful runs. At the most, I see this running to .0007 or .0008, then falling to a new low.
It's a trait unique to Pinks that they hit lower highs and lower lows because of dilution. Until the audit actually comes out, I don't expect this to change, it's clear to me that *someone* is dumping shares on the market, regardless of whether or not Frank is currently doing it, he clearly didn't have a plan as to how to handle when these billions of shares were going to be dumped. Nor does he seem to know when the dilution is going to stop. It seems to me that he's unable to just buy back the shares from the guy diluting it, even at these low prices, so therefore, we're likely to see staff start leaving the Q before too long.
I'm almost willing to bet the farm at this point that Frank has no intention of releasing an audit. But I'm leaving a few million in shares in there just in case he does release one and the SEC updates Edgar. If it's not a verifiable or certified audit, I'm probably going to bail. I've already sold off quite a few shares, some at a loss, others were at a reasonable profit.
Accumulation/distribution is at all time highs and cleary shows somebody is accumulating...
Chaiken money flow is also peaking at its 3rd highest in QBID history..
RSI is not on that chart but it is in a good place for a run
im not sayin its guarenteed, but chart is looking nice

IMO, when the audit comes out, Q will then be a transparent company (voluntary reporting). I believe that many investors will not invest in a pink without transparency. Frank has stated many times, both verbally and in print, that Q has assets worth 1.2-1.3 Billion. By taking the O/S and dividing them into the assets yields about 2.8 cents. Being that Q has no P/E Ratios means that investors have only the audit, which gives much detailed information, and their products/marketplace to value a pps. A stock with a book value of 2.8 cents and a trading price of .0005 is ridiculous. This audit will, IMO, bring us another level of investors. Like an inverted pyramid, each level of investor with their increasing trading restrictions, has a greater number of investors in it. The smallest investor group is, probably, a pink that is non-audited, thus non-transparent.
After the above is a company that is Fully Reporting with the SEC, another layer with more investors.
I believe that there are many investors and institutions that have been following Q and waiting for conformation of their strength. I think the audit will show that. Everyone wants on board the next “Profit Express” and I think Q will be conducting it.

Hurricane Beads Inc. has developed a 'one of a kind' bracelet, in order to commemorate the very first television airing of the Gay Games. We are selling these Bracelets for $50.00 [USD] a piece. Ten percent of the sales of these particular bracelets will be donated to Hurricane Katrina victims. Specifically, those effected in the Gay and Lesbian communities.

Jenn Nice summary. I just picked out a few highlights, but it all makes sense to me.
Quiet on the board today. Maybe all the Veterans are out celebrating, but this vet is still on "guard duty".

DIG The only hand-to-hand combat I engaged in was against bar girls who kept putting their hands in my pockets. I was so young, I thought they were trying to steal my money. As I got a little older and wiser, I decided they were after more than my money. Now, many years later, I realize they WERE ONLY after my money.

I really do not see the assets being worth that much. The main reason why being that Frank never actually paid that much for them. So if he didn't pay that much for them, why would they be valued that high?

I have two questions that issues that I don't think I have seen discussed here.
(1) Any ideas on how much more it will cost to get the music rights to the film library?
---Frank mentioned in the CC that the music rights had not been acquired in the film library purchase. A bit of a snafu IMO.
(2) What is the impact on QBID for Frank's kids' to complete the conversion of their common shares(I think?) to preferred shares? This is something that I assume hadn't been completed up to the time of the CC. I wonder if it has been taking place in the last three weeks.
---This question and theory are also based on comments I heard in the CC.
Any wisdom on this?
