bige I have no idea what Q's assets are worth. Frank says a billion+ dollars. But value is often in the mind of the evaluator.
Question: What's a share of stock worth? Answer: What someone is willing to pay for it.
Question: What is your house worth? Answer: What someone is willing to pay for it.
Question: And what is Q's original programming worth? Answer: What someone is willing to pay for it.
If it's good and unique, the price may be quite high. If it's bad and others provide similar programming, the price may be quite low.
As far as Q's other assets, Frank seems to be a bargain-hunter and a wheeler-dealer who has a history of "salvage buying". If true (I don't really know), then I can understand why he believes Q's assets are worth considerably more than he paid for them. He also might be factoring in the future value of "supply and demand". If he owns limited edition films, the available supply might not satisfy future demand, which should increase the value of his supply. (Anyone remember the baseball cards you collected as a kid and wish you had not thrown away?)
I cannot prove my comments. I'm just trying to add some thoughts to a subject we all want to know ... HOW MUCH IS Q REALLY WORTH? Once we know an honest value of Q's assets, we can attempt to calculate the approximate value of Q's PPS.
But remember, it comes back to "A share of any stock is only worth what someone will pay for it."
Good luck to us all. Still waiting patiently for the audit.

I have no idea what value to put on the film library. What i saw of the list of movies looks like something my grandmother would go see at the saturday matinee. She would be pushing 100+ if she was still with us. She would probably take my mom too!

Concerning my last post about the movies. I am just being honest about them. Never heard of most of them, if I did it's been so long since I saw them that I forgot about it. Frank said that they have had to dub other music into the movies, I hope they didn't have to work on the sound of music.JMO

Dig, I had the same reaction to the list I saw. No way that list was worth $1B, or even $1M IMO.
I also don't understand the "music rights" issue. Doesn't the producer of the movie procure those when the movie is made? I can't recall any old movie, or any movie, I've seen on TV that had other than the original music.
Hey, maybe these are old silent movies (where the music was performed live) and they have to get the rights for each showing!

Gator, I know what you mean. You hear a good song in the movie, so you watch the credits to see who it was. Seems like a conflict. Has Q used any of the movies on the air yet, I wonder? I hope the other assets far outweigh the face value of the movie library that Frank cherishes so much.

Marty,
Thanks. That was a very good read. It is long and takes some effort to get through the whole thing, but I sure learned a lot by reading it.
Anyone that has been trying to learn or better understand the relevance of the quantities of shares traded at the ask vs. bid as it relates to buying vs. selling pressure and how the market works (and is manipulated) on the OTCBB should read this.

Don't bother! I'm just getting ready to buy big when the dust settles. If Frank can just get that audit out & make a legitimate case for 1 billion net worth all the stars you'll see will be in your bank account!

With the soon to be released audit, these last minute buys are POSITIVELY a STEAL. I had planned on buying my last 5M shares today but unfortunately, because of the holiday, the fed was not processing wires. So I will surely be buying Monday as .0004 looks to dang good to pass up!
