Why would I sell? I still own shares of alot of companies I've traded... Still have three thousand GZFX kicking around my account bought back when it was PGHI. MCEL BCON UGNE STKR and many more... I try to hold onto anything that showed promise once.

Some on this board are starting to remind me of the ppl who still post on the CMKX board thinking it is going to run.
I don't think QBID is to that point yet since I have a buy order in and think money can be made on this stock.

Idea behide the saying is get out before it gets you. I rode this stock back when it was .0001 to .009. I made money. I am still a investor in this company just waiting out for .0001 so I can buy the house.
I don't mean to offend you, but you don't answer the questions because you don't know the answer or don't want to believe it.
Either way you would be smart to sell and buy in lower once the bleeding stops. I have sold in and out many times. You lose almost nothing that way and pick up more shares on the way down.
But hey your the stock man. Play it your way.

Just for the fun of it, I thought I would toss my two cents worth of thoughts into the fray.
I’m in for the long haul because:
Q is an expanding company both in product and scope. Recent worldwide interest is impressive. This consists of syndicated shows AND the entire signal. LOGO going beyond our boarders creates demand for Q by blazing the trail.
Q’s employee numbers are growing. People WANT to work for Q. An enthusiastic and vibrant work force. People are flocking to Q with new programming ideas.
The pps is in a disconnect from the company. Becoming transparent will help to resolve this.
New areas of opportunity have opened recently. Unforeseen revenue from the leasing of the studio. Revenue generated from NTI. Renting out the film library. Syndication. (The potential of Mary Hartman) Frank has a way of finding new opportunities for asset growth and network expansion.
The audit being complete means the next step(s) can be taken. Publishing the audit makes TMM a voluntary reporting company. A certified audit makes TMM a transparent company. Another “layer” of investors are waiting for the above. Resolving the “shell” issue with the SEC becomes far easer. The above paves the way to become Fully Reporting with the SEC. Another “layer” of investor is realized. The next step is to make application to an exchange. Just making an application to an exchange would invite another “layer”. Major investor groups and investment newsletters have been watching Q. Their time to act is close at hand. Q has the potential of becoming the next “Darling of Wall Street”.
I would not be invested in a company if:
Employees were being laid off while others were leaving for greener pastures. Cutting pay and benefits to its employees. A downtrodden work force.
It was selling its divisions and/or reducing the scope of others.
Withdrawing from their historic marketplaces.
Increasing its debt to “get by” from previous profitability. Rescheduling its debt. Y/Y losses keep widening.
Not developing any new products.
Cuts advertising budget and its presence in its industry.
An increase of negative press from its industry and public media.
Vendors becoming hesitant doing business with the company.
Loss of company vision.

This is an example of either spin falling apart or lack of expertise. Please investigate what it takes to become a "reporting company" Call the sec and ask.

RiescoDiQui Don't play games with me. I'm totally aware of what it takes to become a Fully Reporting Co. I sat in Rene's office and discussed what Q's situation is with attaining SEC Fully Reporting Status and in particular, Q's problems with it.

Jennifer We've warned you before about posting intelligent, logical and rational comments on this board. It requires us to think, which causes confusion, which causes brain-freeze, which kills brain cells, which causes memory loss . . . and before you know it, we can't remember why we bought Q in the first place.
We like to make our decisions the old fashioned way . . . we guess.
So listen up everyone: Heads we buy, tails we sell . . . anyone got a coin?

I had a big long "manifesto" typed up as to why I am still in this and think this is a great buy right now, but I am tired of the drama so I deleted it
Short version. I believe I will make money off of this company and it will significantly help my personal financial situation eventually.
Key word... eventually. I am willing to wait it out. It could be a smart move to wait before buying back in though if you are out.

Just a point, if the audit is complete back to 8 years ago, doesn't that mean the shell has been "cleaned" finally? I thought that was one of the points of having the audit.

HossTrader The problem is not with any of the Q years; the problem is with the years prior to Q coming into the picture. The single biggest problems Q has with the Edgar Audit is the months just prior to Q taking over. There are a few dozens of people that the previous owner gave small amounts of shares to that were never accounted for. There is little if any information on who they are and how many shares they own. Everything must be exact, to the last single share. But, there are ways around this and Q will use them to get Fully Reporting status.
