I think this has been touched on before, but I was just curious. If we're liable for posting false or misleading information, why is Frank not liable as well? The thought donned on me, thinking about the potential release/ non release of the audit. Now I, as many of you did, heard him say this would be wrapped up by Halloween. (I realize there is some debate as to what exactly he said, but just humor me for a second) So Monday comes and goes with no audit, why are there no legal avenues for us to pursue. I'm not asking if anyone thinks its a good idea or not. I would hate to see QBID tied up in court eating in to "our" profits. I'm just curious why we have to be careful with what we say, when Frank seems to be able to say what he wants and isn't legally held accountable.
Little info on me, I'm a long time lurker I DO NOT have any agenda other then making a bunch of money with QBID.

Funny you mention that, I was thinking the same thing right after the CC. I already have my plan in place.

I could almost swear that Frank's waiting to release financials after we bounce off of .0001 a couple times. The mere fact that he hasn't published them is why we get a daily decline. The only reason I can dream of that he would hold back is the possibility he will buyback one huge piece of this company.
Presently I'm holding a fat chunk of change earmarked for QBID & must report that I have a hair trigger waiting for that report.

Q website has changes, Franks statement about his health has been removed as well as the report of Richard's visit to RB. Richard did say that Frank's statement would only be posted for a couple of weeks.
So whats going to happen today?

Could it be that they are getting ready for some additional inquiring site hits outside of this qbiddian base? Could it be the SOMETHING in the near future might cause some inquiring minds to stop by the website?

B/L concerning the audit discussion. I know I'm tough on you kids sometimes, but i'm just weighing the evidence here. Trying to go on the leads that are available, looking for more hidden clues etc. Thanks for your support.

OK maybe we won't see the audit when we wanted to. But I know Frank was going to have a meeting to dicuss the pps and get back to us by the end of this week. Stated he would begin a buy back if neccessary. So any minute now, I would think. Inquisitive minds want to know!

id say 65:35 sell to buy ratio..
you can tell what a buy and sell are by looking at my level II posts (as long as i keep them updated.lol)
a trade currently at .0006 is a sell a trade currently at .0007 is a buy

I hope Frank does not let us down again. I really want to believe that he will come through with a good audit, but history tells me not to get my hopes up. I am actually expecting the free fall to .0001, at least that is what my logical side is telling me. I have already told myself that I would hold the bag because I believe in the business. I want you to reward my faith Frank. Now!

The one thing we have going for us is Frank can't let his kids down. So, if they win, we win! That would be a win-win situation. My adoption didn't get approved yet so I'm still in the same boat as the rest of you guys.
