now some of you will look out for the third week of november as he sad in his PR, but even then you wont see the audit, even if it is by then at 0.0001 then it would be stupid to buy.

We have seen him move before. I don't think it matters at this point. Major dumping going on and no cure in sight.
Pennies, i dont believe i have seen him move since i started watching Q's level II's since like august. I know he moves when the buying pressure knocks him off and there are only like 1 other MM, but he never moves off the ask when everybody is building up.

No nothing can be done to pumpers or dumpers. The only time I saw anyone get nailed for pumping and dumping was a 14 yr old kid that made a few million from it. But I think they went after him because he was 14.

I think you misread my post. I mentioned the person that manipulates the message boards by removing posted warnings about bad stocks. Would have to be an administrator of a message board.

i dont think hes bluffing, just think its going down until the right moves are in place to move the pps. no sense in losing the rest of my money. ill get back in as soon as i know for sure. the one thing i know for sure is nothing has been certain with this stock ever.

Let me also say that it is easier said then done buying back massive amounts of shares without raising alarms...
Yes they could buyback 20 Billion shares with only 10 million dollars ( i dont know the math at hand right now)
But, you cannot buy 20B shares fast, it has to be done over time while the investor confidence is low. Keep the PR's slow in coming and release them AH instead of during the day.
Dont buy up to many shares at a time that it will alarm anyone and set off signals that you are buying back. Switch the MM you are using to buyback shares. Frank (if he does) will be buying back shares right infront of our eyes, and it will take probably a good month to buyback the float.
Its not a crazy thought, but will take a lot of work

Frank mentioned something like he has a sound mind, I wonder why he needs to leave his pills out on a table for the world to see if he has a sound mind and can remember to take his pills. Oh, I forgot, he can not remember to take his pills unless they are sitting in front of him.
