For six months now we have been going down, but Frank said he hasn't diluted at all.
Our OS is now 44 BILLION. From 9 BILLION I might add.
SO how does the OS go from 9 to 44 BILLION wihtout any dilution?
Since I don't understand what is happening please tell me?

The thing that roasts my nuts is that he said he is going to release the audit. "BUT" it won't be up to date and they won't file it to the SEC. So what will change when the audit comes out? NOTHING!!!!! Listen to the CC he still calls this a dirty shell they have to clean up! COME ON!! It should be clean by now!

Penny-Trader. I have not cried once about anything. I sold and everyone knows that. I don't pump or bash and u know that. Answers my questions...
I still think Q has a great product, but that doesn't mean they will or care to have a great stock price.
I mean look at it this way. Frank has controling interest over a Television Network which is on the air and picking up carriers.
What did he pay for all of this? A few million if that! Who paid the rest? The investors sucked in by buyback PR's, carrier news, audit promises, and fictional OS numbers.
Once it starts rolling he will be making bank and will always own 53% control and looks to make the most from selling Q.
The only ppl that will make money is Frank and his staff. The investor is screwed in this case. Why would he buyback shares? It doesn't do anything for him.
Ask yourself these questions.
Why.... Release Audit PR's when most companies announce they are going to do an audit then don't say another word until they file with the SEC.
Release PR's stating the company is worth 10x the current stock price?
Say you have over a billion dollars in assets alone? (In videos)
Announce Two buybacks. (That as we can tell never happened)
Announce the audit is done, but once you release it you won't file with the SEC because you have a dirty shell. STILL!
Anyone have some answers?

i would hope that is true. they should not be worried about the pps, but rather that the company is doing well and if they succeed at that, then the price will reflect it in time.
if they where spending all thier time worrying about the pps then i would be worried.

I know Frank said it would be done by the end of October, and I got to thinking, what is stopping them from saying that it is complete, but they just need a few weeks for planning Q's financial future. That would be one hell of a way to pull Frank's big foot out of his mouth and get them back on track to the Nov 20th date that most people have considered the real audit completion date anyway.
Just a thought.

Peaser is not the only one keeping track of this board. I assure you there are lawsuits coming. I'm not bashing at all... nor issueing threats... It is simple logic. Stock price goes from two pennies to five one hundredths of a penny with a whole slew of unprovable PR's. It is inevitable that lawsuits are coming.

its not stock manipulation to buy back shares of your own company. Stock manipulation is illegal, if it where illeagal, then the SEC would not have layed out rules allowing for this to happen.
All i can say is read the bottom of my post and apply it to these fellows that are here for the arguement and not for anything else.

common guys, there is not going to be any lawsuits.
there is no way in hell that anyone is going to be sued because you choose to sell your shares at a loss.
you guys kill me.
the stock market would collapse and cease to exist if you could sue everytime you loose some money because you made a bad investment.
really what is anyone going to get out of a lawsuit from a company like enron for instance that went down the tubes.
this is the stock market, there are risks involved. no one should invest more then they are willing to loose, you know that coming in and you know that going out. no one wants to loose on the market, but many many many do. that is the simple reality of it.
I will continue to hold this stock, as it will eventually turn around when the company gets fully reporting.

i heard that it would be done by the end of the month, not made public by the end of the month.
i heard him say it will be a couple of weeks to make it public, I still feel that it will be the 3rd week of november before we see anything.

I don't care about any of the crap others have been whining about all day. I don't even care that the PPS didn't spike today.
But damn it . . . I say the audit was done by Halloween and Frank owes us a photo of himself in a Kate Smith costume. I am a basher of this stock because I could see that there was a huge drop in price coming, and when I was warning everyone, everyone said I was a looney toon.....
Its a legit question.. Maybe I would like to get into this stock when it drops to like 1 or 2

people get a little funny when they are loosing money. they get to personally attached to thier investment with thier feelings.
they want to lash out when things are not going good, and they want to brag and cheer when it is all going right.
we are hurting right now, and many are crying because they have overinvested in this.
i used to be like that at first when i started trading, watching every tick of every day, it drives you mad.
now i dont even look at the price all day, catch up on the posts when i get home. My stress level dropped right off.
Why? because at this point i dont care if i loose my money in this, because i have invested only what i can afford to loose.
I however really dont believe that i will loose my money.
im in it for the long haul.
