I do not have too much money left, but i will be loading up...

I will say that i would not be surpised at all to see this drop to .0001...
Yeah thats right millertime thinks it will...

And to add to that, i believe that would be best case scenario for Q, as long as they will seriously engage in a massive buyback..

Now, thats not to say .0001 will happen, it may not...i just think we probably will see it, and at this point in the game! im betting on QBID buying back shares, so lets go--lets hit .0001 on monster volume!!!!! just my opinion

If frank's kids are diluting, they are doing it because he told them to specifically so that the price would go down so he can buyback.

I just read the website update....

With debt lower than was previously told to us, I am VERY curious why they have not secured long term financing to initate a massive buyback! If they indeed have assets worth $1Bill or more, and debt less than $10 mill, they should be using those assets as collateral on a long term financing deal to purchase shares back! The other added benefit is that the interest expense would also be tax deductible. It is a win win situation!

I also have a question, now I don't claim to be a genius by any matter, but if he does have the money what is stopping him from buying 20 billion shares back for 20 million or so, retiring 3/4 of that and matching with his. Leaving around 14 billion, now if he releases the audit showing 1 billion in assets, would roughly make pps 7 cents, now turn around sell your 5 billion extra you bought for 357 million. Just idea that I would have if I was in has place. But like I said not sure if could be done.

Buy back
Buy back
Buy back

We have no proof that's what is happening, yet the eternal optimists are screaming buy back from the rooftops.

I really hope you're right, but your track record is dismal thus far to say the least.

Honestly, these posts piss me off more than the blatant bashers with their R/S and dilution theories because it drives people to buy this thing when we have no idea what is going on. Stupid investing, but inexperienced investors will jump on it.

I have not risked anything I cannot afford to lose and my break even is much lower than many of the longs here.

I dunno, I think I'm just getting sick of the unintentional pumping that's going on in here.

i dont like to guess on things like this but this is what im thinking.

I haven't seen it mentioned here, but the after hours trades where huge last night.

there was 140 million shares traded up after hours.

this to me sounds like they may be starting the buy back again.
if that is the case, then im thinking that we will not see below .0005 or maybe .0004 as the worst case scenario.

Im not saying for sure that is what has been happening but this is the start of something new..

I have not seen any major after hour trades in a while, and now all of a sudden they are back.

something has changed, and i would be keeping an eye on the after hour trades.

I hate to say it but this stock has become a crap shoot!. no one posting here can say with any degree of confidence where the price is going! even the MM`s are not shure! all MM`s on both sides so far today are raising their prices but the bid side blocks remain higher than the ask side blocks witch indicates we are stalled for the time being. if the ask side blocks exceed the bid side blocks and MM`s continue to raise there prices we may see some green, maybe a couple of ticks anyway! but until then we are stuck right here. no official PR yet is not helping!. all those with real time L 2`s keep an eye on the block sizes and the MM`s working them for a clue! good luck and hold ( or fold ) tight!!

Let's face it, with this stock and it's history this isn't an investing board, it is a support group!! [Big Grin]

Obviously, I am upset the audit was not published as Frankie hinted during the CC (by Halloween); and as stated by Richard during his RB board posting (he mentioned end of Oct). But, in Frankie's Sept 21, 2005 - Q Television President & CEO Addresses Shareholders PR, he states "The additional assets of Triangle Multi-Media will also be disclosed in the audit, and this audit will ultimately bring us to reporting status. Please allow another 60 days for this to be completed." Frankie should've stuck to that date instead of hinting on an earlier date. It is this kind of stupid stuff sh!t that pizzzes me off!! Fankie stated during the CC that TTM and QTN = QBID and I thought that clarified things. But when I read the investor 10/31/05 communication, it seems to me that TTM and QTN are two different companies. Again, it is this kind of stupid sh!t that Frankie does that pizzes me off!!! I am also upset at the PPS – just venting now….C'mon Frankie get it together. G -Dammit!!

Actually MM,

The best thing anyone could do at the moment is to listen to Rods recording extremely carefully for details on the topic. I have not listened to the the tape recently, but it would be a good idea. type it as you go and then reread it later. There was some double talk while on that topic. That is why I am suggestinf to listen very carefully. [Smile] I have no doubt it is coming out but it's just a matter of time.

Now why would Frank want to put the company in debt to buy back shares? As I said yesterday, to him the pps is of no consequence. Why should he want to do a significant buyback (the small ones he's done are just a bone thrown to us investors), especially if he can now borrow to pay the bills if necessary? If he no longer needs to use stock to pay the bills then the pps is meaningless to him. He know he owns 53% and I'm sure he knows what he wants to sell the company for. What does he care what the rest of us get?

That having been said I'm looking to buy 8M shares at .0002 and then just sit back and wait and hope we do indeed get at least .05 per share from a buyout (although .20 would be perfect so I can retire now!)

The after hours activity in the past was clearly not a buy back. I think that was confirmed by what the outstanding share count is to date.

You'd use the cash you have available to buy back stock instead of building the business? Probably not the best use. If Frank had $20M he'd have that Mary Hartman show he is excited about. All of the buy back talk is completely ridiculous.

That is my belief, MM`s can be seen often to trade 10 to 20% of the days volume on heavily trade issues after hours, I have seen this many times in the past and have found no direct corrallation to the following days price movement on a given stock as a result. I believe it is simply market makers balancing thier trading books for the day.

Having thought a little about what I posted I can thing of one good reason to do a buy back -- the same reason we buy the stock, he thinks it's a good investment. But there the pre-supposition would be that the company would at some future point sell it, or use it as payment for an acquisition, all when the price has improved. Under this sceanerio the results is not what we all want, buy back and retirement, but buy back and re-issue later.

Keep in mind, anyone who is looking to buy the company doesn't really care how many shares are outstanding. They will offer a flat price. The share issue can be taken care of after the sale with an R/S if they like.

If reading positive opinions about QBID "pisses you off" and "makes you sick", the only logical action you can take is to quit reading the board.

In most cases, what you call "unintentional pumping" is simply someone expressing a personal opinion, as you have done several times today. A message board is a forum for sharing information and opinions. This board performs that function very well.

There is a huge difference between "pumping" a stock and simply expressing positive opinions about that stock. The difference is INTENT. The intent of pumping is to encourage others to buy. The intent of posting a positive opinion is to share ideas with like-minded individuals. Therefore, simply expressing a positive opinion does make someone a "pumper".

The same explanation pertains to "bashing" . . . for opposite purposes.

I cannot speak for others on this board, but I have been expressing my positive attitude and sharing my positive opinions for many months and have never "pumped" the stock. The purpose of my posts has been to share my opinions with other like-minded shareholders. It's called support. I have never advised or encouraged others to buy Q until they have done their own DD.

We all know that no one should buy a stock based on the opinion of others or buy a stock unless they have done their own DD and believe the stock is a good investment. If someone buys Q based on the "positive opinions" expressed here, so be it. Might be the best "stupid" decision they ever make.

You are entitled to your opinion, as we are to ours. None of us know if we are right or wrong, so we pass the time waiting for confirmation by exchanging ideas with others. I call it communicating . . . a simple and enjoyable passtime. Please join us by sharing your opinions. But don't be surprised if we don't always agree with you. [Smile]

If you didn't hear him say end of October then you are missing something. He probably said a couple of things. And you can have your pick.
