I'd be happy with .0060, actually. It'd be about right with the valuation, too, according to Frank. Course no one is going to try to actually value QBID with an audit coming out Monday.

As I am an investor of "Q", it's always good to hear any and all opinions from those of you within the gay community.

Content is defiantly what sets QTN apart from LOGO, I have not seen or done any DD on HERE. They are both great and will both succeed. There is a great difference between major “networks” and entertainment “channels”. LOGO is a gay entertainment channel providing great entertainment shows where as Q is a gay network providing news, reality shows, talk shows, comedy shows as well as entertainment. Most of the people I speak with are interested in Q for that reason.
Everyone I speak to do see the potential in Q, many of these people are not from a business background but realize a network such as Q is much needed for the gay community. I think that Q will not have a problem competing with other gay network/entertainment channels. QTN is QTN….LOGO is LOGO, it is really hard to compare the two.
Q will, in my opinion, become known as the gay network of choice. Once we sign on a few more carriers the word will start circulating within the gay community and we will see Q explode. From there it will grow very rapidly, it’s only a matter of time.
There are several key states with large gay populations: California, New York, Texas, Florida and Illinois. First goal is to get a carrier in a key city of each state from there we should be able to sign on carriers throughout those states. Looks like Frank has done his homework, and been on key with signing on new carriers. He has been doing a wonderful job but where is Florida??? Come on Frank, I can’t wait any longer. LOL. I have been making constant requests to Brighthouse Networks here in Tampa Bay; they are probably starting to get really annoyed with me now. If it wasn’t for living in a townhouse, I would have already gone out and purchased a dish to receive QTN.

DIG As most of you know, I usually am obnoxiously positive about Q and about Frank. And I feel the same about the audit.
However . . . I think I remember Frank telling us the audit would be released within 60 days, which means mid-November (anyone remember the exact date?). In the last CC, he told us he would like to release it on Halloween, but I heard a "hope" instead of a "promise".
I hope we see the audit on Halloween as much as anyone, but I just want to temper the prevailing attitude with some caution. I believe Frank wants to do many good things quickly but often forgets that most worthwhile things take time.
I'm still "obnoxiously positive", but I don't want Frank to get lynched if he doesn't hand us an audit for Halloween.

You are correct; Q is not available on a pay dish system yet. It is however available as a "free to air" satellite station on C-Band Intelsat 13 (120 degrees west) on Transponder 18. This can be viewed by anyone with a standard satellite dish and a "free to air" receiver.

I'm still not sure why people think the audit will be etched in stone by Monday and if it isn't that the pps will drop to .0001 I think neither of the both will happen.

If he really wanted to surprise us, he could do something GOOD for once, release the audit EARLY. Like early tomorrow morning. That'd cause one hell of a gap up if it was even remotely good.
Otherwise, it's just another missed date and another two or three ticks down.

But I have to explain this further regarding the audit: 1) Frank did not "promise" the audit on Halloween. He only said he would like to do it on Halloween because that is a special gay holiday. He did "promise" it sometime in mid-November. So, if the audit does not come on Halloween, I hope everyone will contain their panic for a couple more weeks. 2) A company that has not been audited for 8 years CANNOT guarentee an audit completion date . . . untill the audit is done and certified and reviewed and approved. So . . . (see #1). 3) We all know Frank speaks quickly and dreams deeply. I believe he knows where he is headed and expects all his dreams to come true immediately, and he forgets (or ignores) that delays are inevitable. Not a problem long-term, but every delay causes his loyal shareholders to question his honesty. So . . . (see #1 again).
If anyone thinks I am obnoxiously positive, so be it. But I prefer to call myself patiently positive. Waiting is all we can do, because whining hasn't helped so far.

We'll see the audit, like we 'll see the DVD! you know if the audit doesn't come out on monday as I believe, why would you believe Frank on his words when he sad we 'll be profitable in 2006...
