I'm glad to see it moving back up. I'll trade for more when I break even. You can just here the guys six months from now, hoping it will go way down so they can accumulate. I'm ready for the flight to the moon. Eventually the window of opportunity to buy this at this price has to pass. It sure beats the price to pay for an IPO of most tv networks.

wait shareholder meeting is TUES!! and we still have no p/r confirming this, time etc? ?? Frank whats up? I'd expect some word tomorrow before the weekend, wild guess but it would make sense because Monday is Columbus Day, less people would be working or paying attention to the market in my opinion. so somethign would be said tomorrow. well all this means is I'm not working monday basically ahha:) go Q later everyone!

yeah i would expect some additional info outlining the details of the meeting, etc...
We closed today at .001 with only 1 MM on the ask...UT twice today showing the bulls are still in control but not enough just yet...
We are holding steady at are gains, and are sitting ripe for a good run on any news....

The Q management is doing this for a reason, and lets hope the reason is worth the costs...if nothing else it continues to create excitement around the Q television network...

I have been catching up on 3 days worth of messages, doesn't seem like too much happened with Q, except for being up a tick or 2, but risk metrics are up to 710, last time I checked on Sept 26 it was 447. Any idea what could cause such an increase? Also, thanks Whiz, your "list " keeps it in perspective for me. One more thing, how long is long? Does one just choose a sell price & hope for the best?

September 9 - 15 Mr. Olsen wonders how he can promote this purchase to shareholders , He writes a few varying shareholder letters to see what sounds the best. He decides to go with the private equity group story, he just hates the word dillusion and couldnt (DUMP) that on the shareholders. No private equity group Gave Frank Olsen 5 million dollars, or bought him a 5 million dollar company. NTI was purchased with cash from dilluted shell shares, cash from investors in QBID. The private equity group is there to create a golden parachute for Mr. Olsen should QTN go bankrupt if the share value is so low that share sales wont cover opperating expenses.. Name the group or the idividuals in the private equity group. Banco Ambrosiano collapsed following the disappearance of $1.3 billion in loans the bank had provided to several dummy companies in Latin America.

I'm sure he's a nice guy, but we better get on him about audits and disclosure or we will get screwed. If Doctoall and penny trader and the rest would jump him about this stuff we would already have that audit. And the pps would go up. We would be at 5 cents right now.

9\15\05 We are currently attempting to buy a teleport which will bring in $300,000 to $400,000 per month forever. If we purchase the teleport it will increase our outstanding share count to roughly 23 billion .
3.5 billion shares (3.5 milion dollars)buys a company that has 3-400 thousand a month in revenues.
Q Television Network, announced today the purchase of Network Teleports Inc.(NTI) of New Orleans. The purchase will be made with private financing of five million dollars, and will not dilute Triangle Multi Media stock, QBID. The purchase will include an ownership position by the private equity group, but controlling interest will be with Triangle Multi Media.
Now the private equity group puts up 5 million cash to have a non controlling ownership position. The whole company could have been purchased for 3.5 million in stock, with no liability to this private equity group.
The private equity group bought a non controling interest in the company for double the entire price .
Now TMM (QBID) either owes the private equity group a share of the profits, or in the case it was a loan, double the value of the whole company.
The purchase will include an ownership position by the private equity group, but controlling interest will be with Triangle Multi Media.
What I just outlined could be the cause of the pps drop, all I can glean from the prs is that this is a way to skim profits from the shareholders.
