Investor Information 9/15/2005 - For Shareholders
Dear Shareholders,
Thank you for your letters. I’m aware of your concerns regarding our current share price and I would not say the drop in stock is entirely due to market manipulation, but we have seen certain instances where market makers will sit on the ask absorbing many shares and our investigation in attempting to uncover where that inventory is coming from. I also think some of the drop is a result of lack of awareness and education as to what Q Television Network is really doing.
One year ago, Triangle Multi Media was a shell with great plans and approximately 91/2 billion shares outstanding. With restricted shares committed against the Gay Games, films, contracts, stock bonuses, etc. the outstanding shares are now 19.5 billion, but only 14 billion are actually in the float the outstanding shares are now 23 billion, but only 16 billion are actually in the float as the rest are long-term restricted shares. This has allowed us to buy production studios in Burbank, California worth $25 million, a film library worth $2 billion - I’m aware it’s difficult to wrap your arms around a figure that high for our library, but the value of a library is for an indefinite amount of time and is calculated by monthly rental revenue and the high turnover each movie gets from different networks leasing them out. An easy example of this would be one of our many thousand of movies will be leased out for roughly $25,000 dollars and can be viewed 17 times. Now, our library has over 2000 films that again, will continuously generate these dollar amounts for many, many years. It has allowed us to do 1,000 hours of original programming which bring in $400,000 per year over the next 10 years and has bought us the rights to the Gay Games. Further, it has put us on RCN, Time Warner and Cox Cable. We are currently attempting to buy a teleport which will bring in $300,000 to $400,000 per month forever. If we purchase the teleport it will increase our outstanding share count to roughly 23 billion through restricted stock given as payment, but please understand in the end, this will produce a company powerful enough to compete with major networks and only increase your value in QBID.
So, ultimately, we are going to be a teleport, a production company, a gay television network and voice for the GLBT community – and more. I believe that as we continue to announce what we are doing, the stock will go up. We currently have an appraised market cap of $150-$200 million and we are trading way below that cap, we have recently been offered a nine digit figure for our company and tangible assets of over $1,000,100,000. This is not bad for a company that started with nothing.
It is my intention to put all of this information on a DVD that will be available in the near future. I believe that education and information about Q Television Network’s activities and progress will be key in helping to raise the stock price and increase overall awareness of Q Television Network.
I understand as a shareholder that the growth phase of a company can be difficult, but numbers do not lie and we are building a company that will have a street value of more than a billion dollars. We appreciate and would never take for granted our shareholders who have helped us get here, but what everyone needs to understand is we are growing and all the dollars, stock, etc. put into the company is being done strictly with the growth of the company and success of the shareholders in mind.
We will begin very shortly with a new page on the website outlining our financials, specific breakdowns of deals we have put into place and all necessary information the shareholders should view. This will outline our accomplishments and will aide you in mapping our future plans of becoming the most powerful GLBT network in the world.

Do you have additional info from this post in the last thread???
Member Rated: posted 09-18-2005 05:41 PM -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Read the last statement at the end of the article as to when Jack E Jett thinks Q will be available.
Q Television’s studios recently relocated to Burbank, Calif., but on-air gay daredevil Jack E. Jett hasn’t abandoned North Texas just yet
By Daniel A. Kusner Life+Style Editor
W ith the advent of the Q Television network last year, Haltom City, Texas, was transformed into the capital of live gay TV. Most North Texans didn’t know much about it because Q TV cable access TV. isn’t available in our region yet. With bleached hair, a disarming personality and a fetish for Playtex gloves, Jack E. Jett (aka Jack Pinson) was already a staple on Dallas’ cable access TV. And when Q Television set up shop in Texas, he became the network’s chaotic host with the utmost, working on a slate of live-television programs. Recently, Q TV relocated its production studios to Burbank, Calif. So Jett — who still lives in Dallas with his partner of 12 years — will commute to Burbank to shoot his newest program, “QueerEdge.” In order to catch up with the Grand Prairie native, we asked Jeff to answer a few questions by e-mail. Dallas Voice: Okay, what’s up with the dishgloves? Jack E. Jett: My love of cleaning wear started early in my childhood. I was always fascinated with feather dusters, the lemony scent of Pledge and dishtowels. I love that dishwashing gloves come in such festive colors, which makes dishwashing fun and more like a party. To me, they’re like a security blanket, and I freak out if they are not on and the camera is. I do wear them while having sex — just not on my hands. I hope that doesn’t come off as bragging.
With “The L Word” and “Will & Grace,” TV is already quite gay. Now there are three networks: Logo, Here! and Q Television. In 2005, what’s considered the final frontier of gay television? Television will never be gay enough. We have a lot of catching up to do. The final frontier would be something like, “Battle of the Gay Network Stars vs. the Straight Network Stars.” I don’t think that gay TV will peak until we see “The Edna Jean Robinson Christmas Special” airing on ABC.
Is America big enough to have three queer networks? Not if all three were competing with the same types of programs. I love Logo’s lineup — they’re bringing in some big names and amazing concepts. Here! has a great eye for comedy. Q Television is focusing more on the gay community itself — pride events, news and lifestyle shows.
What’s one thing you’d like to do that producers and general managers won’t allow? Let me see. I had a man swinging from the rafters on a meat hook. I covered a bikini-clad woman in ground beef and liver. And I conducted a sperm-tasting contest. I wanted to do a series entitled “Vagina 101.” I think gay men know so little about the vagina and all that goes on down there. But they wouldn’t allow me to bring in a fake vagina as a demonstration device. They suggested I use a sketch artist. I blew it off because I couldn’t find someone who could properly sketch a labia on live TV
In your opinion, what are the top two moments in the history of live television? I love it when anyone freaks out on TV, so at the top of my list is when Farrah Fawcett flipped out on Letterman. Second was when CNN came back on-air after a commercial, and Bernard Shaw had just taken a drag from a cigarette. It was a blast to watch the smoke seep out of his mouth as he delivered his first story.
Envision Jack E. Jett 10 years from now: By then, I hope to have completed my autobiography, “Not Without Poppers,” and laying in bed with my husband and dogs while watching “Seinfeld” reruns.
During your tenure on Q TV, what on-air moment are you most proud of? Sometimes I get serious. When I was in Washington to cover the Bush inauguration, I wanted to interview people at a homeless shelter near the White House. I asked this amazing, brilliant and huge black man if he had anything to say to Bush, and he gave a speech that blew me away and left me in tears. I was speechless. It is the only time I have had to stop tape. I was overwhelmed and I could not pull myself back together. It really made me realize what a vacuum I live in.
Who would you never allow to be a guest on your show? Fred Phelps or Pat Robertson — unless we had a pre-arranged fighting agreement. It would have to be one of those “no rules” fights, and I’d have my buddy Esera Tualo help me with the “interview.”
When will Dallas Comcast viewers be able to tune in to your brilliant work? Q TV is now part of the RCN, Cox and Time Warner family, which means soon, we’ll be on the air in Houston. I just heard from someone in the cable sales department say that Dallas will be one of the last cities because there’s so much conservative money in the region.

QTN Film Contest Invites GLBT Filmmakers to Earn Honors For Their Pioneering Cinematic Talent 10.01.05
(Palm Springs, CA) - Paying homage to the works and footage of the GLBT community's pioneer filmmakers, Q Television Network has announced a contest that will showcase excellence in GLBT film production. The "Q Television Network Film Contest" runs through December 1st, after which a panel of judges will award thousands of dollars in cash and prizes to the visionaries behind classic and new films that give a voice to the GLBT community.
In the spirit of celebrating these independent filmmakers, all winning entries will be broadcast on QTN, with top prizes awarded in January at the Queer Lounge, during the 2006 Sundance Film Festival.
Judging will be based on theme, content and production in five categories. The Feature Film category, any film over 60 minutes, will pay the top cash reward - $10,000. The Short Film category, any film less than 60 minutes in length, will award $2,000 to its top winner.
Student-made categories, Feature and Short Film, will allow young filmmakers the chance to not only win cash and prizes for themselves, but also for their attending film schools.
Rounding out the list is the Historic GLBT Film category, which calls for any personal film of important moments in GLBT history.
Commented Alexis Fish, Senior Executive Vice President of QTN, "There have been so many wonderful and important works from GLBT filmmakers over the years that have been relegated to single screenings at film festivals in large cities, as there was no other vehicle for their viewing. QTN is thrilled to be able to provide the platform to give these works the gift of national exposure. I cannot wait to see what this open call to filmmakers will bring, as their work is an invaluable part of our history."
Deadline for entries is December 1, 2005. Each submission must include an entry form and may be made using DVD, VHS, or BetaSP, but in NTSC format only. For entry forms and further contest information, visit www.qtelevision.com.

yes but dont forget that most of the revenue for tv stations comes from advertising
so realisticly i would think that 100,000 subs would be proffitable.
Pride vision in Canada has somewhere around 80,000 subs. the US has more then 10 times the population of Canada.

dont forget the carriers take away 50% of the subs $$, so you have to double the sub-ers.

Eddy we have been this route before, Frank is NO relation to your George. You guys could only wish that PRRM was bought out by QBID but that would be a major disaster for us to get involved with Dan and PRRM. Rumor and rumors alone.
Instead of posting rumors as you have for the past couple of weeks, why not bring some solid DD to this board to back up your rumors from other boards.

...it is called ethics, and we need to hope that frank has some.
frank implored his shareholders to buy & hold. he said longs would be rewarded. he has a responsibility to deliver on that promise.
now, conspiracy theory #101...
stock runs up from .0001 to .028. Q gets lots of attention, uses the momentum & exposure to get all us tv watchers to request Qtv from cable carriers. in effect, the attention builds the network, not the funds from the sale of the stock.
so, dilute the o/s while the pps is still nice and high, make an extra couple hundred mil for the company that will allow it to expand/acquire as needed to build equity.
run the price down to the ground, knowing that as soon as it hits .0005 yo're gonna buy back all htose shares you used to dilute at a fraction of what you were paid for them.
release audit/pr that states that the company is worth a bazillion bux and by the way, we bought back all those shares we put out there... plus we have all that extra money we made through the dilution, and all these new additional assets.. and shorts,ya better cover ur patooties..
it would be beautiful chaos.
thereby rewarding all longs when the chit hits the fan and it skyrockets!!!
...it could happen
~BB
I know I am going to make some of you think I am pretty naive, but here goes...
BB: I sure like your way of thinking! I too like to think that positive things like this can happen because people have the integrity to follow through on their word. I belive in the power of positive thinking and have had thoughts very similar to yours about how this could play out.
You're right... It could happen!

No way in hell they are going to buy back all these billions of shares they are selling... reverse split is the only viable plan. Why waste the money buying back shares when they can reverse split and then issue more at a fraction the price.

DTW, maybe you should sell your 30,000 shares before the pps goes any lower. Than your funds will be freed up to pursue the big money. Than you can start posting where all the winners are. No mention of amep please. Why haven't you been deported yet?
on a different note below is a link to some Q news mention of airing in Houston included. Fast forward about 1/3 to see Chrisanne talking.

I haven't lost any money on this stock. The price is down, but I still have shares in a growing company. Millions and millions of shares. I don't know if you lost money here. If you did you are the last person that I want to take advice from. You can say what you want here, but I think you are just playing with this thing. WHY DO YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR (30000) SHARES ON A SINKING SHIP AS YOU SEEM TO IMPLY? I might be misinterpreting you, but you don't sound like you are putting any confidence in Q having any success.
