I agree totally. These quotes from Warren Buffet might provide comfort while we wait. My comments are in brackets:
o Unless you can watch your stock holding decline by 50% without becoming panic-stricken, you should not be in the stock market (many of Warren's investments have declined in value but he held his shares as long as he had faith in the core business).
o Always invest for the long term (Warren tells time with a calendar, not a stop watch).
o Does the business have favorable long term prospects? (Review Whizknock's list of investment questions.)
o Buy a business, don't rent stocks (The PPS at any point in time says nothing about the integrity of the business).
I am sure someone will find a negative side of these Buffet comments and will point out that Warren would never consider a stock at this stage of Q's development. But that doesn't make us wrong . . . just more willing than Warren to take a chance. When I make my first billion, I will ask Warren for a list of safer investments.

guys today was a little calming..im waiting for the day the audit comes back so i can sit back and have a martini.i dont think we want to see less than .0007 otherwise too many people will lose faith ..so the way it looks like .....when frank sees that its gets on very low levels the next day he releases a pr..will he have enough prs to hold him off till the audit..thats the question nobody knows..if we knew we would either hold off now or buy more ..but u know what...we are less than 2 months away and i cant wait to see what ive been waiting for ) also..if u look on the risk grades on nasdaq.com ..u will see that qbid has only been going down in risk...yes the pps has been going down but according to the big guys of nasdaq are stock is actually getting less riskier..check it out...were one of the only pink sheet stocks that are in the 400 range..everyone else is in the thousands... risk grades on nasdaq .

That's a fact. Compared to most pinks we're right up there with Warren's picks. LOL!!!

Thank you for response on reverse split. I read there statement back in april, but i dont think anyone of the 14 billion + share float this is september I think they should restate that claim again, I emailed and called several time just for a simple answer no response. there is just tremendous amount of shares. The news there putting out about company events sounds good. But still alot of shares.

then i went to the WSNC.com website and buried there in the "do you need a biz loan" area is a link to Ludlow.
i'm a little hesitant on Ludlow's "impartial" involvement, but they do have their own equity funds, so their involvement wouldn't be all bad...

ps- whiz, i just googled the tel # for chits and giggles and, well, who knew?
Like I said, I'm in awe!
And you're right about Ludlow. They have their own fund and what a PR that would make if they bought into Q & put their money where their mouth is. They rated us a C+ & said they were watching. This could turn out sweet.

I have enough but I too will continue to buy on any dips. Thanks for letting us know another long is still here! Good luck!

hypno I am not sure what Ludlow's connection is to Q, but they advertise themselves as a "full service investment banking firm" and run several mutual funds. They also appear to "rate" the prospects of other companies, as they did with Q recently. Assuming their ratings are objective (unpaid), their support for Q could have a positive effect on the company's future. Thanks for your DD. Good job.
By the way, I just discovered that you list your interests as "hypnosis, stocks, weightlifting, etc." And you may be the answer to our current PPS concerns:
1) You hypnotize Frank and tell him to "take care of" the Q faithful who publicly support his dream (the "unfaithful" are on their own). If you can do that, we have to decide what we want Frank to do that will help us the most:
-Share buyback? -Solid audit . . . and soon? -Special dividend payable only to Q faithful?
If you can do that from your home, great. If not, we will chip in to send you to Frank . . . first class airfare, of course.
2) If you cannot do it, maybe you can "lean on him" a little, assuming your weightlifting training has paid off.
3) If the first two don't work, go with "etc" (I don't want to know what that is, so just do it.)

I've been holding Q since around May of 04. I bought in right during the first big runup and paid over a penny. I purchased 3 more times, as recently as .0013 about a month ago. My cost basis was at .0031, but I sold all my holdings in Q today it was only about 700,000 shares.
I've only been playing with the pinks about a year and a half ago, and I have seen alot of this lately that I could have gotten into and made some cash, and it was time to bail from this cruise ship (at least for now).
I had my eye on JWL late last week for .96 a share and was gonna sell Q then but I held on. Well it closed Wednesday at $1.36 and opened on Thursday at $2.50. Another double that passed me by because I was staying the course with Q. So I bought some JWL today with the $$ from Q.
I will say it took Scottrade 4 trades to sell 700K at .0009 today.

No. I didn't know the number was the same & yes. They're piad to do interveiws with CEOs.
Ludlow also stated somewhere a response to this issue without being asked. I really dont have the time to go dig but the short canned answer was that yes they are a pay for pump service but that Q had not enlisted nor paid for their services.
Its probably tacked on to one of the reports you can buy that had been posted here a while back.
Seeing how the company is fairly upfront (it takes very little research to find this out) about their pay to pump service I kind of feel I have to believe them when they say they werent paid by Q in particular. If they were... Frank sure as hell should have (or would have) paid more to get a higher rating than the C+ or whatever we were given.
Bottomline is our rating and the reports were not wholely favorable so it wasnt much of a pump by them, it was a let down as far as I was concerned, but their reasons were valid and have been restated here many times... can anyone say "we want to see an audit?"

This is a non reporting pink sheet with very high risk. From high risk comes high rewards. Dont invest more then you can afford to lose.

And the very fact that they gave QBID a rating that was not so great, & very honest as I remember, lends Ludlow some credibility. I'm willing to bet that they sell there reports to people with funds designed for small cap plays (high risk) There are investment firms that scout companies with potential but haven't proven themselves yet. The fund will buy & hold a basket of ten of these prospects. If just one of their plays hits it usually brings the fund 10 to 50 times what they paid for the whole basket. If two or three hit their returns are staggering.
I tried to sell this idea to some friends but their tolerence for risk was very low.
When QBID takes off I will start a fund like this by myself. In the past I've had 4 to 6 at a time but admiittedly I picked some real dogs which put a halt to that game for awhile.

Good morning to all you beautiful Qbidians. Today is the LAST day of the Third Quarter; Monday will be the first day of the Fourth Quarter. IMO, we will see a lot happen mid to end of next week and up to October 11th. I also believe that Frank will release the audit at or before the shareholders meeting. Coupled with the audit, I further believe that Frank will also reveal that we are a Fully Reporting company. Being in the Fourth Quarter means that Frank can still wheel and deal without revealing anything until reporting the Fourth Quarter, and Yearend, in January.
