i like your thinking millertime lets just keep up the buying pressure and let the audit come when it does ,let the subscribers roll in , let this dream slowly unfold.for those that have never sold a share and continue to buy this is truly a gift.imagine if qbid had run and we were trading over a penny a share it would be quite a bit more expensive to try and accumulate shares at those prices.i understand the frustration as i have been frustrated but if you are long this stock for a few years than this was a gift from you know who..........hehehe.
i cannot wait to buy in some more.

I recieved a reply from Richard after requesting my DVD. I'm new to this game but he told me he would personally make sure that I was included on the list. Which was cool. The only thing is that I didn't give him anything more than my name so does he have some investor list or something or will he have to get back with me to get the info. Just curious.
Ohh...I haven't heard anything from "The Empty Closet" (see my previous post) about the info I sent them so I don't know if that even helped.

Why does this post look so familiar, we had another post a week ago that used the same wording Jonas had the same problem and posted it earlier in September.

This is why nobody wants to hear from you. You left out the PR that actually stated the teleport did not use shares for purchase .......................
I was aware of that and reposted afew minutes later explaining the purchace with 5 mill cash....just went back to grab it and it's gone. many of my posts have been deleted. so I guess you dont have to here from me so much.
the pr stated the purchase of the teleport would cost 3.5 billion shares.(3.5 million dollars) instead a private equity group purchased it for 5 mill cash, and has a non controling interest. why would they pay almost double the purchase price and not have controling interest... sounds like a way to skim money away from the shareholders. do we owe the private equity group a 1.5 million loan fee? do we owe them a share of the 3-400 thousand a month in revenue? I would rather have the shareholders have total interest in the teleport, than have this private equity group be involved. Frank Olsen only discloses partial financial info. He can now funnel cash out of the company through this private equity group. The teleport is now just a leaky tire on this Q bus.

" Private Equity Group" In pink sheet stocks that means a "black hole" that cash and assets can disapear into. "Private Equity Group" can also have private side contracts with the owner of the company, even operating at a loss, a company can have substancial revenues. The owner chooses to pay the private equity groups debt first leaving debts tied to the shareholders unpaid. the other classic pink sheet scam is to sell the assets to a private equity group at less than market value, then a kickback is paid to the owner leaving the shareholders with a small percent of there investment. Until the shares are virtualy just vacated , as we all see the pps lowering with what seems to be great progress of the q television network, I believe this pink sheet disease has infected QBID.

That's where the risk is in QBID. We know they have a plausible product and are in the process of getting it distributed. The financial aspect will be cleared up with the audit. From my recent posts, it is easy to tell that I've been pretty negative on that side of the business since the last statements from Frank. I think the audit will be ugly but it will be a start.

Here's an email reply from Time Warner - Desert Cities. Looks like they haven't decided which channel to add.
Hi there, Thank-you for your feedback. We are indeed looking into getting some gay programming here in the Desert Cities marketplace. We’ve had discussions with Logo, Here and Q. Right now we’re in the process of evaluating what would be the best fit for our line-up as far as content and programming royalties are concerned. Sincerely, the marketing department. At TWC.

Hello,
I have noticed other Time Warner systems adding Q Television Network. Does Time Warner - Desert Cities plan on adding this channel as well?

I got an answer on the second request. I am sure all those who requested the DVD will get them.I am also sure a lot of investors did not get a reply back due to how busy Richard is or who ever is looking after that issue.

1) I had an order in for 0.0008 all day and never got filled, so at least Qbid is holding out at that level.
2) The Stock Prowler -- one of my favorite market "gurus" -- has just announced this as one of his fall picks. He only picked 4 stocks, and Qbid is one of them. He's rarely wrong.
3) Getting picked up by some Time-Warner cable providers is huge news and a great sign. With this news we can see that thre is substance to Qbid and we're not just dealing with a shell of company that has a flashy website (http://www.qtelevision.com/). It makes the possibility of being picked up by DISH and/or DirectTV and/or more local cable providers much more real. And once this channel is offered in more markets and people begin to hear abuot it in the general public, we'll see a flood of new investors coming in, driving the stock price up.
Negatives:
1) As others have noted, Qbid is going to have a hell of a struggle staying afloat even if their business does pick up and more satelite and cable providers offer Qbid as a channel, because the money and marketing power behind MTV's LOGO network could easily squash a small channel like this. Viacom is a multi-billion-dollar entertainment behemoth that can set up sweet packaged deals with TV providers, giving them discounts if they order LOGO as part of a Viacom cable package.... And they can market LOGO for next to nothing by placing ads on their popular channels (MTV, VH1, etc.) and use their media muscle to get lots of press coverage. Qbid very likely won't stand a chance against this kind of competitor unless Viacom really drops the ball or another media giant comes in and buys Qbid out.
2) There might be billions of $$ in the gay market, but gays don't only want to see gay programming. Cheesy gay reality shows, gay beauty pagents, and gay sports will only get Qbid so far The gay audience is not that differnt from a straight audience -- they like watching prime-time dramas, edgy sitcoms, regular sports, "The Simpsons," "Arrested Development," etc. They like musicals that have straight couples falling in love as the principal stars just as much as they love gay musicals. Except for a small, really hardcore segment of the gay population, they love lots of non-gay-specific things. And this is fine and good, but it's important to keep this in mind when talking about how much spending potential gays have, because not all (not even half) of this spending potential will be spent on gay-only enterprises like Qbid. Even more so when the other TV networks and pay channels are beginning to cater to the Gay culture with leading gay characters finding their way into sitcoms, dramas, cartoons, and more. So the number of gays anxious to have a gay cable channel will not be on the level that a broader niche group might provide, and the niche itself may very well be fullfilled by LOGO and maybe HERE.
3) The charts, trends, and AB rating for Qbid are all terrible -- sell, sell, sell, wait, sell ... across the board.
The audit and the private equity group/teleport info could be seen as glass-half-empty or half-full, so my jury is still out on that. But currently it looks less than perfect by far.
Personally, I'm still trying to decide whether I should bump my bid up so I can grab some of the pie before Qbid explodes. But the risk of implosion also seems very high, all things considered, so I'm wary.
My thanks to everyone for keeping us up to date with all the good DD.

Lucas, I would like to turn your negative #2 into a positive by stating that Q Television is gay tv for the gay community by the gay community, therefore I think they have it figured out when it comes to what gay people want to see. From what I've read and heard, Logo hasn't.

Just because LOGO and HERE advertise, it doesn't mean that gays are going to like the programming. There must be a reason that carriers are picking up Q. I'll just have to watch and see. Jeeves Asko.

Lucas: I think you make some good points on both the positive and negative side; I have been thinking some of the same things in my own personal analysis.
I would also like to bring out that I think that we have a big advantage in the fact that QTN has been put together and is being run by the same community that they are serving (GLBT). Advertising and large budgets could very well give the other networks an edge in the beginning, but I truly believe that content is king and eventually people will figure out which network is really the best (QTN!).
