Everyone connected with this stock is wanting the answer to your question. The FCC approval seems to be the PR that's nearest. I'm looking at the last week of November or the first week of December. I guess I should say I'm hoping to see it by then. I honestly had expected that information a week or two ago. I'm told that the time frame to process the approval is lengthier than expected...well...
I am not pleased at all by the lack of communication via a PR informing investors of critical information relevant to this investment. I don't think I'm being impatient. This is the most closed lip company I've come in contact with since being involved in penny's...I'm not sure why that is...It makes me think that CNES is not considering the investor or have an aversion to press releases...Either way, it seems irresponsible on their part to not release significant information if they in fact have it...
Their MR is a vehicle they use too often and need to use the PR as a means to communicate to the public...I'm disappointed in their lack of consideration for investors at this point and am trying to get answers concerning this issue from management but to my dismay have as yet to be successful...

I thought that for a while too. I have the same sentiment for Greenspan. What I really think is happening is management keying in on making the product work.
They're keeping quiet on purpose, because there is no real news. I respect that because it gives them credibility when there is real news to share.
Everyone saw CNES shoot to .01 about a year ago when their single channel H-net was approved. Some of that was speculative, but much was real belief that they are getting close to being able to operate like a real company.
Until the next piece of the puzzle is put into place (base station approved) pps will probably remain flat.
Recently I read an article (maybe their monthly report)that talked a little about their problems with market barriers. It looks like they will need to expand their pilot program in Valencia, CA and prove their system is superior.
I don't think they want to broadcast their approach to the world yet. There's always that chance of someone else stealing the show before they are ready to deploy their system.
Once they are up and running and a contract in hand, they will still need to perform. Heck they may still be trying to work out the kinks in the H-net power supply. Who knows? But it's obvious that they are not quite ready.
I think they are being smart though. Without those 7.5 billion shares recently approved they were pretty much toast. Dilution can buy them a little time, but the good news is they may not have to use those shares.
It would be nice to know if there are any more contract proposals on the table, and/or their status. I haven't had time to research it.
Sorry to be longwinded but I think we're all anxious about the same thing.

I agree, I would like to know if there are any contract proposals on the table. If we do get a contract, and the FCC approval, this thing will break out big time!

There was an article in SmartMoney Magazine about Automatic Meter Reading. Old news. The 3 top companies listed are: Itron, Esco Technologies, and Badger Meter. Itron has the biggest presence and widest product line. (not real time meter reading, of course), Esco Tech makes power-line systems (transmits over the power lines), and Badger excels in water meter reading.
Lists advantages as: improved billing accuracy, rate setting according to demand, and conservation encouragement. Those advantages appeal to lawmakers.
Article by Eleanor Laise.
Somebody needs to write the editor and inform them of the best technology, CNES. If someone will volunteer, I'll provide the contact information. I'll also put a copy on Warren B's desk. No kidding!

Folks...This was just posted on RB and I was wondering what a company the magnitude of Charles Schwab would be doing posting the bio on their website of a nickle/dime company like CNES....hahahahahahahahahahahaha Hang on something good may be coming sooooonnnnn !!!!!
By: charter70123 30 Nov 2005, 07:12 PM EST Msg. 43550 of 43551 Jump to msg. # Company Background as put out by (Charles Schwab) on their web site... CNES Functions as a development stage company (as of Jan. 26, 2005) is designing a low-cost automatic meter reading, or AMR, solution. The company's AMR solution includes a proprietary system employing specialized hardware and software that will allow for residential and commercial applications Standard & Poors
Actually the company has been around a lot longer than (Jan. 26 2005) but the company has made strides towards FCC certifications. They have two and thrid certification should be coming in December below is more info:
The Company's Mission Statement
ConectiSys desires to be a leading nationwide provider of Wireless Commercial Telecommunications. The Company is specifically targeting the "Automatic Meter Reading" (AMR) market for the Electrical Utility Industry. Our products and services were designed to satisfy the needs of a newfound deregulated energy market.
History
ConectiSys Corporation (the "Company") was incorporated on February 3, 1986, in Colorado. Since 1995 it has been a commercial telecommunications company in the development stage. ConectiSys is the parent company of two wholly owned subsidiaries, United Telemetry Co., Inc. and eEnergyServices.com, Inc.
ConectiSys Corporation is a Colorado company with approximately 6,000 shareholders. It is the desire of the Company's founders and affiliates to finance and market its wholly owned subsidiaries while preparing the path for an initial public offering (IPO) of said entities, thus allowing the incubated entities to fully mature through greater public participation. ConectiSys Corporation is an OTC,BB; trading symbol: CNES
ConectiSys has developed a low-cost Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) solution for both residential and commercial utility markets. H-Net™, our product, is imbedded within an electrical utility meter. The H-Net™ Network has been designed exclusively for the Electrical Utility Industry.
The H-Net™ core is a unique proprietary architecture that allows for two-way communications between a meter and the Network Operation Center (NOC). The wireless network architecture employs peer-to-peer communications for up to 20,000 meters per dedicated BaseStation. The NOC displays real-time consumption data, 4 times an hour, 24 hours a day, via the internet at a fraction of traditional meter reading costs; all this within a wireless, tower-less network
Future Goals
The Company is cleaning up its final stages of development for sales, after eight years and 15. million dollars; we can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. H-Net™ is just in time for market entry as the wireless AMR market heats up. Based on proposed and current state legislation, it is likely that the PUC will require Utilities throughout the Nation to retrofit a percentage of existing meters and install AMR metering systems to most new installations within the next 12-months, if deregulation is to move forward. This will create the catalyst for new technology such as H-Net™ to explode into the market in a truly vertical manner.
We are taking advantage of the opportunities for advanced metering applications that have resulted from utility deregulation. We are looking forward to bringing to the marketplace, a new commercial Network. H-Net™ is designed as an added value solution while providing the high performance required by modern AMR.
H-Net™ will revolutionize wireless data and acquisition for real time two-way monitoring, evolving as a new standard for Commercial Telecommunications.
The Company’s focus will be to fast track its network deployment efforts with a single goal of delivering energy consumption records for the electrical utility industry, four times an hour, twenty-four hours a day.

DD is required of all stocks but especially penny stocks. The company is has reached a pivotal role; their product is ready to market. If they can make it to market (I believe they could go vertical) you win big BUT if they can't you lose. At least you won't ride out a 5 year wait like some have here. Something will go down either way by the end of 2006. IMOH
