How long does it take to get an "E" removed from my trading symbol? Generally, it takes one business day after compliance is verified. However, depending on timing of the company's filing and verification by NASDAQ, it may take two business days.

Here's the deal...if they file and then put out a PR with something significant then this could turn quick...Not saying it will just saying I won't be far away...I'm not sure how long after you file the "E" gets removed...Anyone???

BEFORE THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA ...
Findings of Fact 1. SCE, ORA, TURN, CCUE, and Hunt have entered into a voluntary settlement to resolve Phase I AIM funding and cost recovery issues. 2. The proposed settlement is supported by all of the active parties eligible to participate in this proceeding.
Where does CNES stand with all of this?

this part is good - Patricia A. Spigno served as our Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary from August 1995 to August 2005 and was a member of our board of directors from August 1995 until October 1997. She resigned as our Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary in August 2005 but is currently our Acting Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary and is expected to remain in this position until her successor is appointed by our board of directors.
this part sucks- As of January 23, 2006, the aggregate market value of the common equity held by nonaffiliates of the registrant was approximately $2.7 million. The number of shares outstanding of the registrant's only class of common stock was 8,945,816,280 on January 23, 2006. (2005 10k was aggregate market value of $6.33M and 1.985B shares OS)
this part sucks too - We plan to register for resale with the Securities and Exchange Commission a portion of the shares of common stock underlying the convertible debentures and notes under which we are in default and expect that the convertible debentures and notes ultimately will be converted into shares of our common stock and that we therefore will not be obligated to repay the outstanding principal and accrued and unpaid interest amounts on those debentures and notes.
so does this - As of January 23, 2006, we had outstanding 8,945,816,280 shares of common stock, of which approximately 1,904,500,000 shares were restricted under the Securities Act of 1933. As of that date, we also had outstanding options, warrants, convertible debentures and notes and preferred stock that were exercisable for or convertible into approximately 22,069,000,000 shares of common stock, approximately 21,699,000,000 of which are covered by registration rights. Sales of a substantial number of shares of our common stock in the public market, or the perception that sales could occur, could adversely affect the market price of our common stock. Any adverse effect on the market price of our common stock could make it difficult for us to raise additional capital through sales of equity securities at a time and at a price that we deem appropriate.
