6,030,000 as of 2:42 EST--a quick burst of volume since last post. Today's lower volume is not too surprising in that it's following the volume trend downward since 11-7-05. Sometimes volume must rest before gaining its legs for(hopefully)the higher climb.

If someone did sell,it was probably to gain some revenue on something else thats fast moving. Some people do that when they tapped on funds in their account. I sold some NANN this morning at a profit and bought some more TNOG.It will be ok,I keep adding a little bit at a time. I would look at CSJJ if you arent already.

Just a quick question, stupid and rude ameritrade customer service pissed me off and didn't really answer my question. I sold mmic the other day and the funds are still not non-marginable. I did also buy some mutual funds though, but that should not have anything to do with this. Does anybody know what the hell is going on, every other time i sell something, the funds are non-marginable immediately.

Thanks for the reply, but in the past the funds were non-marginable instantly after selling.

if you used unsettled funds to buy a stock and then resold before the funds settles,in most cases puts the account on a restriction for a certain amount of time. during this restriction you can only use settled funds. You may ask them if your account was put on a restriction. I screwed myself one time and did that and it took a phone call and begging to get it out of restriction.(they smacked my hand and told me i was bad basicly)

IME further PRs or MRs from CNES may not be the catalysts for upward movement that this issue needs for break-out. I'm keeping a close eye on recent volume behavior and not necessarily analyzing higher volume but looking for other volume trends; including a potentially momentous point where volume of CNES will appear to effectively 'dry-up.'

No Derek sorry for the ambiguity--if volume suddenly dries up from current levels it COULD indicate that accumulation phase is over and volume + price are ready to move up. I can't say whether this is a 'dud' or not but I do hold a position here--

Interesting article in December issue of SmartMoney magazine "Utility Meters That Read Themselves". Niche tech firms draw curtains on meter readers. Sorry, no mention of CNES. It highlights Badger Meter (BMI), Esco (ESE) and of course Itron (ITRI) - the 3 top makers of remote meter-reading equipment. If anyone can find electronically please post. - "Over 80 percent of regulators are very interested in utilities installing automatic meter reading and many are allowing the companies to recoup some of the cost of the technology, says Patti harper-Slaboszewicz, a researcher at public utility consulancy UtiliPoint International.

I am seriously getting sick of getting up in the morning and watching this thing keep hitting 0.003 - 0.004 constantly for more than a month now. most boring stock IMO.
