It actually means that they filed a NT 10-K on Dec 30 and had 15 calendar days to file the 10-K from that date. They did not meet the required deadline and will receive the 'E' on Friday morning. Not a huge shock based on past performance IMO

jesus, this stock looks more and more like a bankrupt company...
No PR's, No Returned phone calls No Returned e-mails No submission to attend convention.
Looks like they are gonna be gone within the month. Looks just like a windows and doors company that went belly up. I wish I could find out if they have been paying rent, cause if they haven't we are all screwed.

I do not believe that CNES will go belly up. The AJW Group apparently really enjoys lending them money in exchange for super cheap shares which they then sell thereby diluting all of us. I'm sure Bob can get some more money from them :-)
A year ago there were 1.6B shares OS, 8.2+B shares today and another 11.5B+ needed to fullfill the existing CD commitments. We will see more dilution unless CNES pays off the CDs and I do not believe that will happen.

So then same shyit as a bankrupt company. They keep getting loans, going into more debt while selling the shares off. Someone is putting our money in their pocket then. Looks like a washing machine.

My opinion is that there is a long, very long outside shot that someone might give them an order sometime in the future. It will be in SPITE of the management if they win an order IMO.
My shares are worthless today so I have no choice but to sit back and wait. If I had a chance to do it all over again, I would have gotten out the first sign of CD dilution. Live and learn :-)
I would suggest that you call Bob Spigno and ask him for an update on the NOC,the pilots with SCE and the delinquent SEC filings. He has been willing to talk to investors in the past and, it is after all, your money he is using.

Relax all... if the 10Q were just the "some ol' shheeeet" as some say about our MRs than they'd just change the date from last 10Q and insert the usual boiler plate info.
I look at this as a POSITIVE not a negative; this 10q could very well have some substance to it.
No biggie to have an "E" at the end of a symbol. "Q" now that a different story!.

Already talked those issues till we're blue...go back and read the thread...
Hard to trust a guy who comes here today with the name CNES Screw...just sits funny with folks who have been here a while...wonder why that name???...so it's OK with me if your done...All those issues are in the CNES MR's...read those too...

All of those are discussed in the past few MR's...The pilot is with SCE...Pilots are talked about this month...FCC is at the Lab...10K is late...
NOC, FCC, will come in the form of a PR when complete...anything else?

Since 1/6/06, 1,427,788,638 shares traded. Anyone wanna venture a guess as to how many have been added to the OS since 1/06/06?

Here's how I see it. They either get a contract or annouce news of a buyout. Don't doubt they will sell the technology if they go belly up.
