well folks i dont know how much the a/s or o/s is but im certainly happy about this pr whatever the numbers may be.im sitting on 10 million now and i have an order to buy in more at .0016.i think i may be silly for not buying in at the ask right now .

volume is huge today .im now calling for a run in the coming days to .003 before some profit takers drag it down.although this could potentially be the new bottom from where we lift off of.i dont care if i sound like a pumper this stock is ready to run.i wish i new how large the share count was so i could know how much 50% is really. i bought a few more at .0017 today on the news maybe i should have waited a few minutes but im in this for the long hual anyways.

Ok if they know what 53% (they would have to to reclassify them) is then they know what 100% is - so f888888ing tell us!!!!!
I asked this question in an email to Richard last week and got no response.
Sorry, I am just very p.o.ed that they throw this 53% number around like its common knowledge and then go run for cover when we ask for OS or audit information. Audit has been complete for months, it was even stated as such and was handed over to the lawyers. I figured the audit wasnt released because the lawyers told them to go do more buyback, which they immediately did do.. so why the secrecy now.
Dont take this as a bash, I am still a strong believer, just tired of feeling like I have been cornholed.

How are the MM's holding this down?..It should be running to .003 on that news. This should be the breakout everyone's been waiting for. If the mm's hold this down the Feds should shut down the damn SEC!!!!

MM's probably not selling just buying.....got in early A.m at .0015 for 7 mil. They also have to cover those several 9 mil. trades that went thru at.0017

If he bought back 53%, the results should have been reflected yesterday in the pps (IMO) I'm out with a small loss. Good luck to everyone. I'll get back in when I see movement. (I still think this one will take off but not sure when)

Real nice news, needs time to get out but no doubt it will. IMO we will see the run within the next few days with a green close today. But look out for the 04th and 05th. Of course this is all JMHO.

QBID's ceo is a dumb*ss, did he actually expect this to move without stating what the 53% of the O/S is? hope you guys got out on the "big run". this will be in the triple zeros soon till the O/S is known and todays PR is just more proof QBID doesnt plan on telling the O/S anytime soon, if ever.

MANIPULATION. At least this is what it lOOks like. Buying preSSure is huge and they are holding it. Frank nEEds to put out those numbers so that it is plain as day and if there is manipulation it wiLL be clearly known.

460 million traded so far about 430 million appear to be buys. MM`s covering short positions? if so they will hold it back as long as they can. when they are finnished we should see a slow steady rise in PPS. until then they will lower the bid / ask to shake out as many shares as they can. future PR`s should have a more positive effect on the price from here on. good luck everyone!

He didn't "buy back 53%", he has converted all his personal QBID holdings into preferred stock, which makes up 53 % of the total shares.

Perhaps so. It was a shock to me. Whatever the o/s is when they release the numbers the scenario is going to look 53% better than it did before. Me like.

1. Is this hypothetical MM manipulation illegal or simply a normal phenomenon?
2. How does it work? Is it 'naked shorting' (and how does that work)? Do all the MMs have to coordinate this kind of thing? ... or does it take just one MM?
3. Is it maybe just possible that 700,000,000 shares could trade on good news in only two hours, and remain FLAT without some sort of manipulation?

Let me offer another take on today's news. For disclosure purposes, I am very long and holding.
I don't belive any one thought Frank's shares were in play. The concern is dilution through further issuance of shares and the subsequent sale of those shares to finance company operations.
Today's news does not materially alter the market outlook of QBID until the second shoe drops, which could take the form of audit, share count and/or company statement of no dilution or sale of company shares. Also we need to know that unrestricted shares are not being issued for further financing.
The news was good, but it's just the foundation for the other building blocks (news) that will move the pps.
Just my opinion. Again, I am VERY long and optimistic.
