I mean, someone came up with that drop-down menu list. It's quite specific.

I usually conclude that but RCN is not there and Chicago/Philly haven't been covererd yet...it may not be in Q's plans to pursue RCN for those areas right now...

In 2003-04, Adelphia became the first leading cable company to offer XXX-rated pornography programming in a major market (Southern California). This move marks a sharp change in the company's attitude towards such programming. In 1999, Adelphia dropped the Spice channel, which featured soft-core pornography, from several newly acquired cable systems, citing conflict with founder John Rigas' morality.
what a difference a few years makes. ~BB

interesting if true.....then it could explain why no push for RCN in those areas.....

Jenny, Thankyou for your exaltations.
Since you spent two hours with the CFO, you can probably tell us how QBID is paying for all there expenses. This would include, payroll, Q mobiles, studios,about four different PR firms in the last 18 months, legal fees, contracts for companies dealt with, PRs that Frank puts out, and satellite time, etc.
Jenny, please, tell us how all this is being paid for.
Frank may not be dumping shares into the market himself but is he using them to pay for services?

These are the markets that the comcast/twc deal took over from Adelphia:
Adelphia borrowed $1.5 billion for the upgrade and split the management into seven regions:
* Vermont, New Hampshire/Eastern New York.
* Cleveland/Greater Ohio Valley.
* Florida/Southeast.
* California/Western.
* Virginia/Maryland/Colorado Springs/Kentucky.
* Pennsylvania and Western New York.
* Connecticut.
Adelphia, the nation's fifth largest cable television provider with 5.3 million subscribers in 31 states, Puerto Rico and Brazil , filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in June 2002. The move was an effort to reorganize and rebuild in the aftermath of the financial scandal that led to prosecutions of the company's founder, John Rigas, and his sons.

and when i put in the zipcode for downtown chicago on comcast.com it said: Welcome to Comcast of City of Chicago zipcode for Phili came up Welcome to Comcast of Center City Philadelphia
And ya know, they can't roll out the deal yet or launch their new services til the FCC approves the merger, which I cannot find evidence of having happened yet. The deal just took place a few months ago. And it will allow TWC to become a publicly-traded company.

Is this the end of the finger pointing and false conclusions. I hope so. Now we can get back to launch.

skunks, I did not post that post that the feed is not up yet. I sent a message to the people in charge here to tell them that obviously someone is posting as me. This is unacceptable. A basher I am sure. When have you seen me include a link to qtelevision, never. Something is very wrong. If they cannot find out how this is happening then I will have to delete myself here. This is terrible.

zues that was you replying to firefly at 18:46. it looks like you responded to it without adding anything to it. the repost of it makes it look like you posted it. it is a bit of a quirky system till you get used to it.
go back to those messages and take alook.
it will take you a bit of time to get used to this board. it is not the most user friendly at first untill you learn all the tricks for quoting messages. hang in there you will get it figured out in the next day or so.
I hope this helps you Rod

the web cam is not working tonight i see that sucks. i would be more disappointed though if they had a sound track with it. it gets a bit boaring to watch the show with no sound.
