How's everyone over here....posted a couple weeks ago if I should put a buy order in for .0014 and here we are....going to try and pick up a couple mil on Mon. and put a buy order in for 2 at .001, I think this is going to be a hit, only thing is I think Frank has been bringing the stock down while buying it all up
I know there must be over 10 billion O/s and Frank probably owns half that by now
Getting real close to breakout time JMHO.

Hi all - I am a shareholder with approx 1.1 million shares. Istrictly am a lurker unless I feel I can add something of value.

Concerning the naked shorting special on 7/31 - please note that it is scheduled for Dateline (not 48 Hours) on Sunday at 7pm. Also note that this has been cancelled at least 3 times. The naked shorting issue is huge for shareholders - this counterfeiting of shares is illegal & the SEC is doing NOTHING to stop it. It hurts the regular investor like me and I am sure, most of you. We are being robbed blind. If this finally is being aired, make a note and watch it. You will not believe the amount of moeny that is being taken from us on a regular basis by the investment banks, MM's, DTCC, SEC, etc. The SEC is willing to start wielding its power in regards to this - however, they want to gransfather all that has happened beforehand, which would allow all the thieves to be free from prosecution.

Sorry for rambling - a very imporatnt issue regarding investments.

Again, a Q long that is hoping (& praying) thatwe hit it big down the road. Regards.

Those of you who have been watching the market manipulations may be able to communicate it to the NASD:

I got filled for 5m at 14 didn't even try 13. The letter from Frank came out and I didn't know if I could ever get 13. A 14 in the hand beats a unfilled 13.

interesting story...
Gay Audiences Getting More Attention

A New Cable Channel, Plus Movies, TV Shows And Salutes To Walt Whitman
July 25, 2005
By GREG MORAGO, Courant Staff Writer

Gay Pride Month may be over, but that doesn't mean gay and lesbian issues are out of the spotlight.

Gay life just got a visible boost in June with the debut of Logo, a gay-and-lesbian television channel owned by Viacom that promises 24-hour programming of acquired films and scripted and original programming. Launched as basic digital cable, Logo reached 10 million homes last month and has grown to 13 million this month. (It's available in Norwich and Bridgeport but not in most of Connecticut.)

Logo joins here! and Q Television Network, both premium cable channels that debuted in 2004, in the expanding entertainment options geared specifically for the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community (GLBT).

"At the end of the day, these gay channels offer to the gay community what other niche channels have offered for years, and that's choice - the choice of shows that more inclusively reflect the reality of our lives," said Damon Romine, entertainment media director for GLAAD, the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation. "Until now, the majority of [gay and lesbian] characters and stories have been geared to mainstream audiences, which has been tremendously important in driving cultural understanding and awareness."

But a diet of "Will & Grace" isn't enough, Romine suggests.

The advent of gay TV is one positive step, he said. "Cable television is all about serving a niche audience. Yet an entire community like the GLBT community has not, until now, had a cable network we could call our own. So it's incredibly important."

Logo isn't out there waving the rainbow flag on its own. Other gay and lesbian themes are currently in play in pop culture:

Gay-themed movies are out there. Director Gregg Araki's "Mysterious Skin" examines the lives of two Kansas teenagers who are haunted by the memory of a sexual encounter with their Little League coach. "My Summer of Love," set in the Yorkshire countryside, involves two teen girls - one working-class, the other frilly and pampered - who become friends, then lovers. "Mysterious Skin" is playing in New Haven and at Trinity College's Cinestudio, and "My Summer of Love" has come and gone in New Haven.

Although it was shown at this year's Sundance Film Festival, "The Dying Gaul" has yet to see wide release. The film, directed by Craig Lucas, concerns a Hollywood screenwriter who has written an autobiographical movie about his lover's recent death from AIDS. A bisexual film producer offers him $1 million, but only if he changes the boyfriend to a girlfriend, thus setting up themes of greed and betrayal. Peter Sarsgaard, Campbell Scott and Patricia Clarkson star.

But the most eagerly awaited gay-themed movie of the year is "Brokeback Mountain," based on the slim novel by Annie Proulx. Directed by Ang Lee, it stars Jake Gyllenhall and Heath Ledger as homosexual cowboy lovers. "Brokeback Mountain" opens Dec. 9.

This is the summer for gay icon Walt Whitman. July marked the 150th anniversary of the publication of "Leaves of Grass," considered one of the greatest books of American poetry. In 1855, Whitman published his first edition of "Leaves of Grass," consisting of 12 poems including the well-known "I Sing the Body Electric" and "Song of Myself," considered his masterpiece. The New American Library's 150th anniversary edition contains a new foreword by U.S. Poet Laureate Billy Collins and a new afterword by Peter Davison.

Although Whitman's homosexuality is often left out of classroom discussion, there is evidence he not only had homosexual attractions but also romantic sexual relationships with other men.

Whitman inspired Pulitzer Prize-winning author Michael Cunningham in his new novel, "Specimen Days" (whose title borrows from Whitman's 1882 autobiography). Whitman-quoting characters figure in three stories set in three different time periods. Whitman as a muse binds the three stories. "Specimen Days" was published in June.

On television, ongoing series featuring gay characters, such as "Six Feet Under," continue gay themes on this most visible media platform. Showtime, the home to the groundbreaking "Queer as Folk," which is in its fifth season, is also airing "Same Sex America," a documentary that looks at the fight to ban same-sex marriages in Massachusetts through the lives of seven engaged gay couples. The film is on tonight at 6:30 on Showtime Showcase; Wednesday on Showtime Too.

"The L Word," the critically acclaimed lesbian series, is filming its third season for Showtime. The new season of CBS's "Big Brother 6" includes a house mate who is the series' first lesbian contestant (Ivette) joining the token gay man in the house (this season represented by Beau). On public television, "In the Life," the Emmy Award-winning national television series by and for the GLBT community, is celebrating its 13th season.

so the question is LOGO doesn't go across Connecticut, neither does TWC or RCN....so who carries gay tv to Connecticut

Mahan gets her turn at the rodeo
Steff Mahan signs on as the celebrity sidekick in the upcoming IGRA rodeo in Atlanta
It was announced on Tuesday that Steff Mahan will appear as a special celebrity commentator for the upcoming “Southern Spurs Rodeo,” that will air on the Q Television Network. This announcement was made by Hero Unit Productions, Inc., which produces the IGRA rodeos. Mahan will join Brad Ecton in commentating the rodeo this coming Saturday and Sunday in Atlanta, Georgia. “Steff's personality will add to the atmosphere of the taping in many wonderful ways,” Ecton said.

“A vast amount of Q Television viewers have wanted to experience Steff again,” Ecton continued, “after they viewed her concert (taped at Nashville’s 3rd and Lindsley) on the network earlier in the year.” Mahan and band were again at the local music venue last Saturday evening, with a standing-room only early show.

For more information about Steff Mahan go to www.steffmahan.com . For more information about Hero Unit Productions, Inc., go to www.herounit.com.

Steff Mahan has a knack for finding the everyday experience in her alt-country style. He powerful voice and heartfelt lyrics let listeners know she has an inside track on the emotions that inspire her songwriting. Steff was recently featured in concert on the new Q Television Network and spent much of 2004 on the road promoting her debut CD "Love Me Enough." Her new CD "Steff's newest release "42.50" was produced by Nashville indie legend Mike Grimes and features contributions from Will Kimbrough, Brother Henry and J.D. Wilkes of The Legendary Shack Shakers.
She was the recipient of the Sirius satellite Radio Network's Country Newcomer award and is garnering rave reviews for both her recordings and her live performances. Succeeding on her own terms, it's obvious that Steff is in it for the love of the music and her desire to share that powerful force with the rest of the world. To hear Steff Mahan perform is become a part of the family, one where you'll always be welcomed home by a smile and a song.

now we can see, even though it's June, that's ok...QTN via Cheryl Jacques got some coverage in the Bay Window (Boston gay newspaper)...and don't forget folks....this doesn't cost QTN a dime to get written up in most of these publications...again, Frank showing his brilliance. Let's bring on Cheryl Jacques, a popular Massachusetts former 6 term state senator and people will write up her naturally...

While many would argue that politics has disappeared from Boston's annual gay pride celebration, the politicos have not. In fact, elected officials made the rounds at a number of recent events held in honor of Boston's GLBT community, from the June 9 Unity Pride kickoff at the Harriet Tubman House in the South End - where state Sen. Dianne Wilkerson summed up her longstanding position in support of gay rights with the statement, "There are not gradations of equality. You're either pregnant or you're not; you're either equal or you're not"- to a service at the Cathedral Church of St. Paul on June 11, where Congressman Barney Frank told an appreciative crowd that he hasn't missed a Boston Pride parade in 33 years.

This year's parade, however, proved to be a bit of a workout for the openly gay congressman, who joined the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN) on the parade route. But after being interviewed by former state senator Cheryl Jacques, who was weilding the microphone for Q Television Network's coverage of Boston Pride, Frank must have wandered away from the big yellow school bus that doubled as GLSEN's parade float. Shortly after the bus pulled away from the curb at Copley Square and rolled toward Clarendon St., a congressman in a bright yellow GLSEN T-shirt was spotted jogging down Boylston St. after it. Never let it be said that Barney Frank missed the bus.

But Frank wasn't the only openly gay pol who found this year's Boston Pride Parade more akin to the Boston Marathon. Planted in a shady spot after the parade emptied onto the Boston Common, state Rep. Liz Malia, who marched with Mayor Thomas Menino's contingent, acknowledged she had a tough time keeping pace with Menino's stride.

Malia, Frank and Menino were among the many elected officials and assorted candidates who took to the streets for Boston Pride on June 11. Our apologies in advance if we missed anyone, but here's a pretty comprehensive list, in no particular order:

From the Boston City Council there was President Michael Flaherty, Mike Ross, John Tobin, Maura Hennigan (who touted her mayoral candidacy with a large contingent of sign-toting supporters), and Felix Arroyo. With his panama hat, floral print shirt and freshly-pressed dark slacks, Arroyo was clearly the coolest looking of the bunch.

State Reps. Alice Wolf, Carl Sciortino and Pat Jehlen, a candidate for the state Senate, marched with the MassEquality contingent.

State Rep. Byron Rushing also joined the Menino contingent.

Openly gay state Sen. Jarrett Barrios marched with a contingent of supporters touting his candidacy for Middlesex County District Attorney, as did his rival state Rep. Mike Festa, who is also campaigning for the D.A.'s post.

Gubernatorial candidate Deval Patrick and his wife Diane were joined by a large contingent that included state Sen. Dianne Wilkerson and openly gay Cambridge City Councilor Ken Reeves.

Suffolk County District Attorney Daniel Conley was also among the marchers.

Openly Gay Provincetown Selectwoman Sarah Peake joined parade grand marshal and fellow P'town resident Ann Maguire on the route.

A host of Boston City Council candidates also turned up in the parade, darting from curb to curb in an effort to shake as many hands along the route as possible: At-large candidates Matt O'Malley, Joe Ready, John Connolly, Kevin McCrea and Sam Yoon. Though she did not march herself, at-large candidate Patricia White was also represented with a contingent of supporters. And Susan Passoni, who is challenging longtime incumbent Jimmy Kelly for his District 2 seat, made good use of a pedi-cab along the parade route.

wouldn't it be safe to assume that Q is targeting specifically the cable operators that they list on their website "request your Qtv" form?

I mean, someone came up with that drop-down menu list. It's quite specific.
