Paper, I just talked to Alex at Rasenberger Media. The cableworld mag will carry QTV on their cover in the early Aug issue. I asked whats up and he said, everything is looking really good. He had no update on the ctam as it was just winding up. Said he had to go, because he was in a meeting with the president of the company. His take on the TW carriage is that its very big. End of hoax theory. I wonder where the picture of the cover is coming from? He added that the bashers have a right to say what they want to. Yea I noticed the volume was low today. I'm glad to see it was'nt another day of selling a 100 million shares at 14. Whatever it was I don't want to see it no mo. I don't undersatnd why if all of this manipulation of prices is possible, let the price go up a lot more than 0015 before selling, even if you got them at a lower price. Some day i'll know these things.

Here is an email reply that I have just recieved concerning Frank selling shares. All I can do is take this at face value. I hope these guys are honest. It was cool to get an answer.

Think about it for a second. if it was a forged document they would have had a lawyer all over it. they didnt and they didnt deny the letter.

You obviously are sticking around here to catch any good news. because some that doesn't want anything to do with a stock would spend the time you do in here reading and posting.
It will be a good feeling for you when you finally get a job and can get out of the house.
you obviously dont do anything but sit and watch the computer all day. you cant be investing in other stocks, because you seem to spend all your time looking into the Q.
so why dont you tell us what your next buy in point is, as you are not affecting the price, nor the decisions of anyone on this board, in other words your time is very much waisted do nothing of any importance. Time is money and seeings how you spend little time making money then you obviously dont have any money.
Get yourself a job, and take some of the money you make off of it and pay your bills, and what you can afford, invest it in some of these wonderful pinks.
You see most of us work, and invest small amounts in the pinks, and can afford to loose what we invest, that is why we dont need unemployed people to inform us on how good or bad an investment we have. I could cake less if i loose this money i have invested. I on the other hand have no worries about this money as i dont feel that i will loose this money. I'm here for a long time. either its going to make me a killing or i loose it, no big deal.
i feel for people like you though that have to worry so much about a small amount of money.
You know the great thing about money? they make more of it everyday, and as long as i live i have a guaranteed income. That is how i dont have to worry about it. My food will always be there, my house will always be there, my vehicle will always be there.
My advice to you is if you feel this much stress over a pink sheet stock, then you cant afford to be playing here. If you can afford to then that is great!
Time to get over yourself and realise that people really dont give a crap what you think, for ever investment there are a buy and a seller.
one of them is right and one isnt. one is betting the price will go up, and one of them is betting that the price will go down. Unfortunately only one of them can be correct.
We all know this when we buy a stock, why you would concern yourself with why one would buy or sell a stock is beyond me.
So Place your bet and put your money where your mouth is. either buy or sell, but dont whine about it when you are wrong, and dont gloat about it when you are right. either way you could be on the other side of the fence on your next investment. Learn from your mistakes, and you will be a better man or woman for it.

the brilliance really shines through when you realise that he rode those shares up to almost 3 cents and back down to where we are now. I'm no genius, but i know one thing, that is not the brightest move i have ever seen.
the biggest thing that gets me is he spends all this time in here over $45 worth of stock. maybe that is all he can afford. If he is telling the truth, he is up 15 times on his original $3 investment, and spends all this time worrying about it. LOL now if that isnt pathetic, i dont know what is.

I am also going to find time tonight to add some more to my MM manipulation as i have researched it some more today and am feeling quite confident now about what exactly is going on...
speculation from me is that maybe, just maybe, because the MM were not playing games today, they may have gotten filled or even covered their shorts and are now ready to run Q...just plain speculation though based on my research

i know i never really asked richard a question---i felt compelled to just send him a polite email about the emotions investors are feeling...
my thinking behind this email was to send him this and have it stay in his head...not be pushy and yell, but just say "richard something needs to be done whether it be something little or not"
i sent it i believe on monday night (maybe last night) and i guess just got it a couple hours ago...

You done me proud. Thanks. If we can beleive Q mgmt, they are'nt selling so the dilution is coming from somewhere else. If at all. Today was a very different day as you probably noticed. The volume was low like all of a sudden there was not a ripple in the water. So RUN,RUN,RUN. W'ell buy cheap later after we look at some big green for a while.

Jenny, Thankyou for your exaltations.
Since you spent two hours with the CFO, you can probably tell us how QBID is paying for all there expenses. This would include, payroll, Q mobiles, studios,about four different PR firms in the last 18 months, legal fees, contracts for companies dealt with, PRs that Frank puts out, and satellite time, etc.
Jenny, please, tell us how all this is being paid for.
Frank may not be dumping shares into the market himself but is he using them to pay for services?
