i cant believe that you would worry about grammatical errors. what does that have to do with the progress of the company.

dont give me the educations bs as many people that never finished public school have run successful businesses.

someones education and looks does not render them a failure. only a shallow person concerns themselves with such petty things.

People that judge people based on these criteria loose out on business.

I will give you an example. I make very good money and i work in a dirty environment, and there for my clothes are not neat and tidy but rather have stains of pipe dope on them.

I went into the local Ford dealer here and looked at a new f150 pickup truck in 2001. I talked to the salesman and asked him to put together the numbers for me and build me the truck i wanted. He told me he would and get back to me. I never heard from him. I went back a second time and asked him to build it and put the numbers together for me, I told him i was dead serious, again he told me he would get back to me. I never heard from him again.

I finally went to a dealer that was 50 miles away made a deal and bought the truck. I went back to the ford dealer with the truck to show him that i was serious and that the next time he should not judge someone for thier looks. You should have seen the look on his face.

thats not the end of the story. I went back there 4 months later. went to the same salesman, told him i wanted a car for my wife, again he said he would put the numbers together. again i never heard from him. so again i went to the other dealer and got that car. drove back again with both of our vehicles and talked to the sales man yet again. Again he looked like an idiot. You think he learned from that?

This year again i bought a 2005 f150, again i went in asked the same salesman that i wanted to build this truck. again he said i will get back to you, and guess what? again he did not get back to me. Again went back to the other dealer and ordered it. I went back to that 1st dealer again and told him that i ordered it. this time his manager came out and asked me if i was still shopping, i told him that i wasn't and laid the whole story out for him. He was ugly when i left. I have not seen that salesman around the lot since.

Point of the matter is you never judge someone from an outward appearance.

This should be recorded and forever shine in quotation history.

I have a son who thinks the meaning of life is all about your image. I've always tried telling him that your attitude towards life is everything, but this is great advice, too.

I didn't like the allstocks star system, so I created the BL Star System. The rules are simple: 1) Only I can award stars (and take them back), 2) Good guys get one star, others get zip, 3) All loyal QBIDians (or QBIDiots, as noah likes to call us all) are good guys, anyone else isn't.

I award you a BL Star for meritorious service. Now you can trash that other system; you've already reached the top.

i agree completely with you FOT, but i will point to the other side just for the sake...maybe Frank has a reason (other than the O/S is higher than thought of) to post any facts regarding these numbers...just thinkin thats all

and 1 more thing about my posts about MM manipulation...i strongly belive that is what is pulling the pps down, but, but, but, you FOT may be correct in saying dilution...many signs point to dilution and maybe the scenario i pointed out is how they put the shares into the market..although nobody is getting filled with those orders, so it cant be dilution...man oh man...who knows..

only thing i know is that i am 99.3% sure that nobody is actually "selling" Qbid...

sorry for hogging the board, but 1 more thing is that we are 1-2 days away from a chart run if the charts fills in just a bit more...again, look mainly for the rsi regarding Qbid...any hit at 30 turns it into a pretty sizeable run and when/if we touch .0013 we should be ready to run..

candlestick just barely staying inside the bolli band and once it breaks that it will again be signs of a run...

i do not see it touching .001 anytime soon like some individuals are saying as that would send the rsi way way down and into way oversold levels, so right when you see the bashers bashing the most and the most people getting scared and selling--THEN--you buy! .0013 turnaround and reversal point according to the charts!!

good luck tommorrow guys

Great Story Penny Trader! The last 2 cars I bought, had the same kind of trouble. Because I never ever wear "nice" clothes when shopping for any big items, including my home. Im a shorts and flip flop kinda man, when Im at home. But, some of the best men Ive ever played with, smell like pipe dope. And Id rather play in a game with plumbers than "bussiness men" ANYDAY! More cash, and normaly less bitching, and whinning.

I take it everyone here believes that Frank calls Richard "every night" concerned about the the stock price and investors.

Hey , I'm not going to sell my 1.5 mil. shares over it. I'm in for the long haul, but why would he answer that before the koreanvet thing?
That koreanvet letter and possible forgery of Frank's signature seems to be pretty serious stuff. That signature is either real or not. And if they speak to eachother every night.

I'm sorry, I don't believe Frank calls richard EVERY night like Doctoall's post states.

I consider myself a positive poster, so I will reply to your comments. First, welcome. Hope you enjoy it here. Lots of interesting people post here . . . some are nice, some are not.

I also hope we are correct about QBID. But I won't tell you I am sure. Been a "poker player" too long to think I will win every hand, even when I was dealt great cards.

I hope you bought shares because YOU believe QBID is a good company and not because you've read the many positive comments posted here. As you can see, there are lots of opposing views on QBID's future.

I don't pump QBID. My success depends on QBID's success . . . not on how many people I can convince to buy shares. If QBID succeeds, the PPS will reflect that success and I will be able to sell my shares for a profit.

But I do express my positive opinion often, and I try to separate the flysh*t from the pepper as often as I can. My best advice to anyone is:
Consider everything you read here "as possible" but verify its accuracy before you actually believe it.

Again, welcome. Hope we all get rich . . . but no promises.

This is just a suggestion and you just may be satisfied with what you hear. [Big Grin]

When they are fully reporting and have posted the actually O/S numbers, it'll be worth it. Right now it is virtually impossible for the price to fall as low as it has. The only way it is possible is if there is dilution.

When a PR is released that says they are buying back 3% of the OS, they damn well better be posting the "unknown" numbers.

In the one email I had with Richard, I told him I understood if they didn't have the exact OS numbers, but wanted him to round to the "nearest billion or so". His response was, basically: "We can't do that, I'm sorry." The very next day that horrible 3% buyback PR came out and I emailed him back with a "WTF?". As you can imagine, I have gotten no reply since.

Richard and Frank are both just too slow to respond. It's almost like they care too much and contemplate how to best respond to each forum issue. Because of this, I'm content with saying the dilution issue is out of hand and leaving. The last time Frank posted the O/S count the stock blew up. All he has to do is do it again to make the same thing happen.

As a forum poster, it is ironic that you are held to a higher standard than a Pink Sheet CEO.

You sound jealous . . . LOL.

I don't know if Frank ever speaks to Richard, but I once had a job similar to Richard's, and I can assure you my "boss" called me every single day to ask what people were saying about him. And he wanted every word, good or bad. So, do I believe Frank and Richard talk every day? Sure, why not? Do I care? Hell no.

Welcome aboard Highside.

Here are 5 snippets I try to live by and some have saved me here more than once.

1. Believe nothing you read and less of what you hear
2. Question everything once and the answers twice
3. Never, ever forget that family comes first
4. Learn something new each and every day

About the easiest way to see if there is dullution occurring is to watch the type of volume a stock is getting when it is falling.
QBID for example has been seeing mostly buys all the way down.
This is not an MM game it is the company selling shares. The price drops because of simple supply and demand rules. Obviously demand is high. If deamnd is high and the price still falls then the only logical answer is that supply is higher.
