I have a number of gay patients and they all say that they "would die for cheesecake". These patients even have cheesecake parties. In addition when the CheeseCake Factory opened here in Sacramnento, the gay community had their own opening ceremony and even hung the Pride flag on the site. I would say that this community loves it's cheesecake BUt I would not want to try to sterotype all gays.

I for one sure hope that the pps takes an upward movement soon. One thing is for sure that the mood in this room sure has taken a turn.
What we could once say in this room is now being taken as offensive. We are spending a great deal of time defending what we are saying and offering apologies to long time members.
I would say that patience is wearing thin and it's apparent by our lack of tolerance for other posters.
A number of our old posters have moved into the lurk mode and I am not sure that it's a bad place to be. As I said I sure hope that something happens soon so that maybe this room can get back to what it once was. Now back to lurk mode.

Why would we need to move up in price to move to the otcbb? I figured all we would need is reporting status. I've seen stocks in the pps range that qbid is in on the otcbb. Do you think Frank is going to jump from the pinks straight to Nasdaq?

Slowly but surely i believe we will make that point, and im not in a hurry for that to happen. I know that i will be holding for a couple more years yet before i see the price i want to exit this thing. So dont expect to see the end of my posts any time soon. lol

yes but not at this point in the game. that is something that may be needed down the road. but then again it may not be needed either, it all depends on how many shares the company buys back and what the o/s count is once we get the audit.
If we assume that the company has told us the truth, we had roughly 15.5 billion outstanding, a buyback of a billion and a retirement of a billion, and the they claim that they are not diluting, then that leaves us with 13.5 billion of which 6 billion is the restricted shares. that leaves us with 7.5 billion of which rank owns 53% leaving us with about 3.5 - 3.7 billion in the float.
Frank has made comment that we should be values at about 1-3 billion dollars in the first year which with out any multipliers puts as at between .30 - $1.00 a share.
so depending on whether they are telling us the truth or not we may not need to look at a R/S
I choose to believe them for now as no one can bring conclusive evidence to the contrary.
U4 has been spreading his propaganda around and in his latest ploy is contacting people and dropping them a letter that he supposedly sent to Frank.
The problem with U4 is he has lost all credibility in my eyes. When i asked him if he owned any of the q anymore, he stated that it was TOP Secret.
The thing is when you see these type of actions happening with the bashers, you know something is up. they dont bother with a stock that is going nowhere. Go look at the CMKX thread and see if you see U4 over there. You wont because there is not money to be made over there.
he is only spending his time in stocks that are about to run. stocks where the charts are setting up, the RSI is approaching 30 and sitting at a 2 week low. that is the type of stock that is about to run and make quick 100% and 200% profits.

it all depends on what exchange they want to move this to.
reporting status is going to be a bare minimum requirement. Im sure there are other things to that will have be looked after to get there.
its not going to happen over night. bang monday we are reporting and Tuesday we are on the new exchange.
they have to apply for listing on the new exchange, and there is a pile of paperwork involved in moving to the new exchange, and im sure that there is a waiting period for approval to get on to the new exchange. Its not an informal conversation. you dont just go up and say hey im Frank from QTN i would like to list on your exchange, can i sit here and start trading.
I would love to be wrong about this and have all the reporting and move to a new exchange done tomorrow morning. but reality tells me that this is not about to happen.

He's not moving to the otc, this is a process that takes a minimum of a year... countless audits and countless reviews. Please do some research before spouting emotionally driven hopes. Moving to the NAZ means the company has to be worth a minimum of two million dollars. PPS of atleast a buck a share. The A/S of this company is well in excess of a hundred billion. Therefore a dollar a share will never happen. The company has no assets. Therefore they could never prove a valuation of two million dollars. Please think before you type. Please take a moment to review before you hit the submit button. Each and every one of you "pumpers" could easily be brought up on charges if ever there was a lawsuit brought against Either QBID or even Bob for allowing this mindless cheerleading.

One good indicator for purchasing Qbid shares is threat of lawsuit by pumpers, also pumpers atempting to trace ip addreses in order to administer some form of punishment to bashers. Mr. Olsen idetifies this as out of control behavior and indicates to his MM to stop selling shares for a few hours and attempt to raise the pps in order to regain a steady stream of new Qbid shareholders.

I'm not a basher I'm one of the guys that was here from the begining... Been on this board long before there was any talk of QBID. Remember the day dardadog posted the PR that got things rolling. This QBID thread and the things going on in it are bordering on criminal.

Whats realy going on with the pps decline is the dirty shell that was purchased has some ghost ownership, they sell shares of company xyz and it drops Qbids pps. Ive actualy made money on it. I've purchased qbid at 50% of the Quoted bid ask. So somebody was dumping shares and it wasn't even registering on the automated system. I did it six times in one day.20 30 and 40 % less than the quoted bid ask I kept asking the brokers how I was getting Away with it and they said they didn"t know. The mms or frank figured it out and they take it for themselvs now. But it doesnt hurt to put in some crazy low buy orders.

I didn't read it , I just remember before one of the runs, some pumpers were talkin about tracing ip addresses to sue the bashers , I thought it was funny then the pps jumped, so I took it as a buy signal. LOL

QBID 66 billion shares, six shares for a penny. think of how many shares he has to selll every day now to pay for stuff. at this price alot... thats why we see the huge volume days and no movment inpps except maby down atic (6%)Mr Olsen, Why have you had an inacurate share count posted at Pinksheets.com for over two years ? In April 04 When you diluted this stock With 50 billion shares, how did you get the insiders not to dump their shares?
