noah I like the shirt idea, and your slogan ideas are good too. We could also put screen-names on the back, assuming everyone is willing to reveal themselves publicly.
But no matter how strong I feel about QBID, I think we should wait till the money is in the bank. I'm using all my spare change for more Q shares.
By the way, they are televising the 2005 World Series now. ESPN, I think. I watched one of the lesser tournaments last night. Not sure when the main event will be televised. Do a websearch for World Series of Poker and you can see who won. It was another guy I never heard of.

i would be totally into revealing my screan name and identity once we meet in vegas.maybe when this starts to move ill go ahead and get some made up then when we are to meet in vegas ill be there waiting with shirts that on the back say usernames like whizknock or bottomliner or pennypincher ect........ that will be so fun i think.until then i aggree with you i am using every extra cent i have to buy more qbid shares at these prices.i actually took a loan from a family member to buy up another million today @.0016. now sitting on 8 million and hoping to pick up the other two mil soon before this runs.
until then i am a proud qbidiot who is under heavy (relative to my income) accumulation.
8million on lockdown and counting.

Bottom, I just got back from the series. Was on a featured table in day 2. ESPN said that wouldnt be aired until OCT 26. They are showing all of the smaller tournaments now.

First, thanks to noah129 for the name "QBIDiots". Not sure if he created it, but the first time I remember seeing it was in one of his posts. I like it.
My real reason for posting, however: The person you are replying to above posted this comment:
"Doc you could not have possibly bought in lower than the current price unless you have been holding this stock since just after the first run in Feb of 2004 ... it got down to .0011 and never looked back till now."
I am quite sure this is incorrect but cannot find the PPS history. Can anyone confirm QBID's PPS for the past year or so? Starting about January 2004 would be great. Thanks for any help.
By the way, in case we are dealing with a paid basher, I refuse to mention his name. Seems like a lot of bashers are coming out from under their rocks . . . and that is usually a sign of good things to come.
I am not a paid basher you twit... I made alot of the early QBID threads. Yes the price got down to .0011 a mere two days after the first run up to .0036.. now the close for that day was not .0011 it was more like .0017... but my point is no one here could possibly be in the green because none of you have been holding this stock that long.

Doc, it has been very quiet. I wouldn't mind if they just mentioned how many people requested Q in June, just to hear something till something bigger comes out.

You have no clue as to how long I have been holding this stock and frankly it's none of your business. Unless you are sitting in my chair and looking at my screen, you don't know how green it is.

Dirty Thanks. I will put that on my calendar. I just checked the WSOP website and found out who won, but I still like to watch Holdem tournies over and over. A fascinating game.
So you actually played in the Big Dance? Great. Hope to do that sometime myself. Now I understand your screen-name.
Ever play at the Orleans in Vegas? I am a low limit player, so I usually play the 4-8 game there and some of the daily tournaments. Last visit, I tried to play in the "cheap" no limit game they have now, but after an hour, I went back to the 4-8 tables. Too many local pros trying make their rent for the month. The Orleans treats us very well (never costs us anything to stay and eat there) and I usually do pretty well in the poker room, meaning I always have at least cabfare back to the airport. Going back August 21 for a few days. Hope our Q-celebration is the same week.

jmc Wow, another Holdem player. When Q hits, maybe Frank will start a QBID invitational Holdem tournament, similar to the Gay Games, except open to everyone. I love Holdem, but I won't switch my sexual orientation just to play the game.
I have several close friends who are openly gay (and a few who still deny they are ) and really enjoy being around them. Most seem to be happy and well-adjusted despite the many obstacles they have faced in life. I guess that comes from accepting yourself for what you are and having no doubts about it. What's the old saying: "Anything that doesn't kill you only makes you stronger."

Bottomliner, Oct 26 was just for the 2nd day of play, there were 3 starting days, before that. So not sure when they will start showing it. And if next year is even close to this year, you have to make that trip! But next time in Vegas, try Mandaly Bay. They have a great tourist game there. Not as many pros. Palms is good as well. But for 4-8 most rooms will have a good game, on weekends. And yes stay out of the 1-2 NL. Youll make more in 4-8 lol. NL is a differnt game than limit, and most never ever figure that out.

DiQui Thank you for the "polite and intelligent" reply. Can't imagine why anyone questions your information. You seem like such a trustworthy person, and your documentation is always so complete.
And I don't care who or what you are since I never expect (or want) to meet you. I said earlier I don't respond to total idiots, but until now I was unsure about the "total" part. Now I can ignore you completely with a clear conscience. If I just helped you bank a few bucks, it was worth it. Have a nice day.

Dirty I tried most of the existing poker rooms a few years ago when we started visiting Vegas. But a lot of casinos closed their rooms for being "unprofitable" so I settled into the Orleans and really like it (as I said earlier, they teat us very well). Now that many casinos have opened poker rooms again, I should try them all again. Thanks for the info.

Robin Welcome to the "pending" QBID Invitational Holdem Tournament. You're now on the player list. I've been off-topic most of the day. When I hear "poker" I lose all sense of direction.
I usually play UlitmateBet.com but I occasionally play PokerStars also. I will watch for you. On PokerStars, I am BeeToo.

Degs7 doesn't want left out either. He's a poker addict too on PokerStars. Out of almost 1400 in tourney last night..he place 147 The pay-out started at 135 to first place. He wanted to win so badly..first place paid, I think, $1800....He wanted to invest his card winnings by buying more QBID shares.

Robin Got you both on the list (sure hope it happens). Tell Degs7 congrats. Out of the money but still a really good finish.
So . . . do I understand he plays poker to get money to buy QBID, then will sell QBID (at great profit) so he can play poker all the time? I consider that a perfect plan. I'm trying to do the same thing.
