Thanks for all the great advice, everyone. This is why I read every post on this board. Saves me from doing any DD of my own. Thinking gives me a headache . . . and takes too much of my time.

I will cancel my CHIT order Monday and put in a buy for SEED and BULB. Hope my lazy broker moves faster this time.

Should I also buy a few shares of QBID, just in case SEED and BULB don't sprout?

The glass is not half full or half empty. The glass is always full. Even if it is only half full with water, the contents of the other half are just as important. As long as you are on earth, you can not even empty the glass without it filling at the same rate.

I noticed as soon as i got it that is seems to have caused some upward movement on SEED, and BULB.

i find though that too much in the portfolio can burn some growth and you end of with some spin off shares in MOLD.

Rod

ROFLMAO. Too bad you didn't post that on the original thread, that would've been great.

Rich, I'm glad it's going down too(I guess) but go back to the Q threads of the second week or so of March and you'll see how they were below 500.
Now please don't come back at me with a "I didn't say it was, I said I believed it was" statement.

Stashu,

Rich is making an observation and posting that observation with proof of where it came from. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. RM is concidered to be a piece of a puzzle. How do you complete the puzzle without all the pieces? I might suggest if Rich posts RM or any other info, if you wish to discuss it then do so. Don't bash him for an attempt to supply something that others aside from you may value.

i have sent a letter to Richard at Investor Relations. I stated that i never get an answer from him and would appreciate him answering this one.

I asked him 3 questions.

one was

I have read that Q television has backed out of a deal with the Hero Unit to produce Pride in the Heartland. What happened to this deal?

next

one other question I have is about the buyback of shares. I realize you must have 1000's of questions on this subject, but if you could can you give me an estimate of how many shares they are buying back, and / or the amount of money being allotted to the buyback and the estimated duration of this buy back

and lastly

My last concern is the audit. How long is it expect for this audit to take place, and how soon after this is done can we expect the company to be fully reporting

if i get a reply form him i will post it.

I would not suspect an answer though. I have sent him at least half a dozen emails with no reply.

Rich no problem.

you should hold off on the posts though that are profane. it is not a good way to handle it.

take a few seconds before you hit the send button and think how you would handle it if you where the one receiving the message.

your a good guy we are all a bit on the touchy side right now with the price being this low, and the lack of communication from Frank is getting to us as well.

lets hang in there and all try to get along and see how this thing all works out in the end

Richard: I am wondering if you are still with “Q” as we are not getting any answers to our e-mails and there is a lot of complaining on the boards that you are not giving replies to anyone. Nothing from you and nothing from Frank in over a week does not look good. Must all be busy at Pride or enjoying cheesecake in Palm Springs.

There must be something to report to the shareholders as we battle the bashers and naysayers on the boards.

for those that don't want to sign up here is an overview.

Frank started off by describing the network

he went on to say that by the end of June we would be available to 34 million households.

the interviewer asked when we would move to the OTCBB.

Franks reply was that the auditors and lawyers are working on it and as soon as they are done that this would happen.

interviewer asked if there was any interest from the carriers.

his response was that there was and went on to explain the comparison of the Hispanic channel having a 30 million household audience and that the gay market from the official census shows that there are between 35-37 million households.

The interviewer then asked what the advantage of the Pridevision acquisition would provide for us.

Frank explained that he can not comment on that because it was not a completed deal and he did not want to jump ahead of himself on that one.
We are waiting on the Canadian Broadcasting company to place their blessing on the deal and that it is taking time. But when it is complete it will help to reduce the production costs. and this is what brings you the money.

The interviewer asked about the management team.

Frank described all our people like Cathy Rasenberger and the crew and what they where all about and where they where from. and stated that they where lucky to have the crew they have.

The interviewer then asked what was thier next milestone.

Frank went on to say that every time we sign a new carrier or satellite carrier that each of those are major milestones.

secondary milestones are every time they sign a new advertising contract. weather it be big or small it slowly shows the other companies that they can advertise on the gay networks.

we picking up advertising contracts with fortune 500 companies.

In conclusion Frank say that he has always stated that when it comes to investing in pink sheets you should never invest more then you can afford to loose at Vegas, and that is why they are trying to leave the pinks.

All in all it seemed like a great interview.

the points I liked is that they are still working on the Pride deal.

they are going to be available to 34 million homes by the end of June.

34 million homes.... isnt that what LOGO is going to be available to??????/

interesting.

NEW INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY…

I would like to take a moment to tell all of my new friends here about an investment opportunity that’s floated by me recently. I’m considering selling all my QBID stock and investing in this new venture. I really think you would find this a swimmingly good investment as I have done much DD to insure the strength of this unsinkable stock. Let me introduce you to Titanic Industries. (Symbol SUNK on the North Atlantic Exchange). Many years ago Titanic launched with much fanfare. Having left the docks of corporate England, it set sail into the dark and murky world of international commerce. Its industrial engines roared to life as it set a course to dominate the world of shipping. At that time Titanic was a bit naive as to the impediments along the course to success. The CEO at the time was rather stern in his desire to go “full steam ahead” in an attempt to get ahead of the competition. This mismanagement caused a great conflagration with Berg industries (COLD on the North Atlantic Exchange). While Titanic was hot to trot, Berg’s management style was quite the opposite. Berg would rather stay put and go with the flow. Titanic endeavored to skirt Berg but Berg’s CEO was a cold minded sort and would not budge from his position. Inevitably, these two were bound to clash. COLD’s hidden assets would prove to be overwhelming and would inevitably undercut Titanic’s lack of foresight meaning more than a casual brush with Berg.

It was a clear moonless night when these two giants, both positioned on the North Atlantic Exchange, came into contact with one another. Destiny brought them together and it was Titanic Industries who buckled. Quickly, Titanic came to a halt. It’s massive engines of industry stopped and Titanic stood still while looking upon Berg industries as the obvious victor in this industrial battle. Berg was little scathed while Titanic, in a flood of hopelessness, had to expel many of its employees into the cold and release its customers to fend for themselves. The rapid progress that Titanic was making came to an embarrassing and abrupt standstill. The remaining staff attempted to help, but to no avail. Quickly Titanic took on massive debt and started to settle into its new position as a dilution process began. The problem with this strategy was that it weighed Titanic down causing its stock to sink precipitously. The downward plunge continued until it hit rock bottom.

SUNK is in a negative state of buoyancy and their prospects for the foreseeable future does not look positive. This having been said, it is very impressive how far SUNK had traveled prior to meeting Berg. After that COLD encounter SUNK’s float quickly dried up and was reported to be nonexistent. When compared to QBID, SUNK’s float has bottomed out. All current assets are now owned by Davy Jones Enterprises (DEAD on the North Atlantic Exchange). These ghostly remains can be had for bargain prices.

I’ve conducted much DD and have found SUNK shares to be languishing at the depths of gloom for many years. Broken and shattered its stock has been collecting barnacles while unnoticed by the outside world until relatively recently. Some have gone about the task of rediscovering Titanic and they have been met with success. In the vast ocean of commerce, they have found a company in a high state of liquidity. The ebb and flow of the corporate world has found SUNK in shambles, its pieces are strewn about the floor of the economy. Though no one is currently at the helm, it is still relatively intact.

Titanic’s nemesis, Berg Industries, seems to have disappeared. Its assets have melted away and Berg poses no threat to the resurrection of Titanic Industries. Though the vertical movement of SUNK pps seems Herculean, the solution can be easily handled by a large infusion of capital and the Titanic Industries flagship would be on the float once again.

After much research I have determined that there is nowhere for Titanic to go but up. It is at the bottom of its earnings curve and some pieces could be brought up from the dismal depths of despair and into the light to be sold for a handsome profit.

Although Titanic’s former investors fate sank on that memorable night, its share value is at a rock bottom price. The down side is negligible and the upside potential is only limited by its current state of liquidity. The removal of Titanic’s large quantity of liquid assets should buoy its framework and allow it to steam ahead.

No one has herd from Titanic Industries in many years, although it still enjoys strong name recognition. With your investment, we can bring this stately industrial wreck back to the surface from the doldrums it currently rests in.

Pea,

That was U4's way of saying the price was going to drop all the way down to .0001, and he'll join our team when he makes that buy. I wouldn't recommend paying much attention to his posts.

qnique,

Please review the User Agreement for allstocks. At the very least, your post is inaccurate, as you changed the meaning of the statement by cutting it off where you did.

“You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this BB to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.”

Here is the same transcript, with the whole text.

-----------------------------------------------
Begin excerpt from transcript:
-----------------------------------------------

Moderator: Sir next question is from Brian

Frank Olsen: Yes Brian, where you at?

Brian: I’m in Denver, CO, can you hear me?

Frank Olsen: Yes I can hear you good Brian.

Brian: Wonderful. First of all I’d like to say you’ve done a great job. Everything that you said you’re gonna do, I mean you missed a couple, you know, but really everything I’ve seen you done you said you going to do.

Frank Olsen: Well we want to thank you for that, we try very hard and there’s a big staff that trys here and a big unpaid staff.

Brian: Very, Very impressed and I support you 100%. My question is, what movements are you going to make to get off the over the counter and move to another exchange?

Frank Olsen: I’ll give that to Renee

Renee: As you know when TMM was purchased we purchased a shell company and we then filled that shell up with assets that we had like the Network. Unfortunately for us the shell that we bought was not as clean as it had been represented to us when we bought it. So it highly unlikely that we can ever pass an audit, we can pass a financial audit we cannot pass an Edgar audit on the shareholder base. So it is very unlikely that we are going to get off the pinks for quite sometime. However that doesn’t mean we aren’t looking around to go and see maybe some innovative way to get off the pink sheets and get onto an exchange but it is to early for me to answer that. Besides there is a lot of work to be done and I don’t want to be quoted as saying, “we’re going to be off within a certain period of time.”

Brian: Ok, Very great.

Frank Olsen: Thank you very much. Next call please.
-----------------------------------------------
End excerpt from transcript:
-----------------------------------------------

“So it is very unlikely that we are going to get off the pinks for quite sometime.”

Guess what guys; it has been “quite sometime” since the call where this transcript comes from.

I guess we are all here now [Smile] You'd think the market was open. I guess none of us want to miss anything.

Thanks guys, I still own all my QBID, not gonna let little things scare me off. Yeah, I only own 500k now, but hey, that was only a grand. I can afford to lose a grand. In fact next week when I add another 500k or million, still don't hurt if I lose it. I know I'm not gonna lose it though, this sucker is primed. Oh, and thanks for not slamming me for asking. Good job, Rod. I will listen to the whole interview, but your summary has given me a heads up for the key points. Thanks.

Great job, Jennifer. I hate weekends when I am waiting for QBID news, but you've helped me pass an otherwise boring day. Thanks.
