This seems like it could be a pretty big deal. Clear Channel owns radio stations all over the place, and if everything goes well in Los Angeles this month, it could happen a lot of other places.

that puts my calculations right at the 2 billion bought back.
I hope i am right, that is a very agressive rate at which they bought these back at.

The MM's are taking shares at the ask... if you watch carefully, they will buy/sell at the ask. They are not making any $ off the spread, but they are filling the buyback order and also stocking up for a future run! IMHO, this is why you see a slow drop in the bxa..... the MM's leave it at 20x 21 for a day or two, and when the sellers dry up at 20, they drop the bid to 19 and pick up new sellers at 20, because short timers don't want to get out at 19. The sells at 19 are those that don't have the patience to sell at the ask! It is yet again just one more game the MM like to play! I personally like these times because you can sell at the ask... make a day play on something else, and get right back in where you jumped out (minus trade fees of course)! This is an easy way to double up your shares of Q! I am up to 6 million now by doing this!

you need to remember the MMs work for the CEO.
Frank wants to buy back his stock and he has a set amount of money and a defined amount of shares that he can afford with that money. he needs to buy that set amount of shares to reach his goal. the mms job is to keep the price stable while Frank buys back his shares.
with the amount that he is buying, the price would rise without the mm's manipulation, and thus cause Frank to not be able to buy back the shares that are needed to accomplish his goals.
if you look back a couple weeks ago, the price jumped to .003 and all of a sudden the buyback activity after the bell stopped for 4 business days, till the MM's where able to bring the price back down to .002 at which point the buyback continued. then last week we closed at .0022 one day and the buyback activity did not occur that day either. once the price came back down to the .0020-.0021 area again the buyback continued yet again.
so to answer your question, Frank does not want the price to move up till the buyback is done. Plain and simple, market manipulation.
anyone that thinks that Frank does not have control of the pps is dead wrong. the mm's don't care where the price is as they make thier money on the spread, weather is is .0020-.0021 or .0099-.0100 they make the same amount of money per transaction.
now with that said, this is a good thing, as the cheaper is stays the more they can take off the street. the more they take off the street, the harder it is to get available shares and thus the price moved up.
its a matter of time and patience and this whole thing will fall into place.
we have been able to calculate what the buyback shares are going to be each night buy the days volume at 3:50 pm. and we have seen them buy up the 25% that they are allowed each night from April 29th till now except for the 5 nights where the price was not in the right range for the buyback.
we can see where they have bought back in the 2 billion share range.
this is all good news in my opinion.
they are setting up a party with Clear channel. they have something that they want to celebrate.
we are poised for an exciting month and hopefully my calculations are correct in stating that May 31 should finish up the buyback.
If that is so, then in the next couple of days we should see the after market activity stop and the pps will start to head north again. It may take a dip to the .0017 area like it did after the last buyback did and launch from there.
this is my honest opinion, and i feel that these statements are correct, However please do not buy or sell based on my posts, do the DD and do it well. make your own decisions. It is your money you are playing with and you want to be certain that you are going to keep it that way.

they are more then likely buying the studio from Valcom as they are in financial difficulty and have several studios that they will liquidate cheap to avoid bankruptcy.
its a turnkey operation which means that we have instant revenue coming in from this purchase. and more then likely will be enough to offset the cost of having the studio. don't forget up to this point we are renting studios. they are now claiming that buying this studio is going to reduce thier costs by 70% that is like getting a free studio when you look at it that way.

This is HUGE! Clear Channel is one of the biggest Media Groups in the USA. Radio, Billboards & TV.....Get it. My source said 2 weeks ago he heard QTV had a deal done with Direct TV and the buz was out in the industry that the Q will be one. he couldn't tell me specifics, he works with Clear Channel. i will not be supprised if clear channel will air the Eurogames for the Q. Carriage pR should be coming soon, all the signs are there and things are making sense.

Just got off the phone with my friend at Clear Channel. Now he's all tight lipped about everything once he found out I post on a message board.I think that relationship with CC and QTV now run deeper than what we seen in todays PR.

Awesome DD Rod,you know your Q!!! I agree with everything you pointed out. And since we have a studio and don't need the money to buy equipment,I would do flips if Frank retired the 2 billion!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Something to remember about buying back shares; if they were able to take 2 billion off the market then they could easily retire an equal amount of their shares.
Not to offend you Rod but I'll believe it when I hear about it from Richard Brown or in a pr. That's just how I'm taking things right now. You've provided some great research that has more than a 50% chance of being correct. I'm glad someone can do all the great DD since I no longer can't. Best of luck to us all. Exciting times ahead.
