i respectably agree with most of your statements. but this one i think you have the wrong twist on. and i mean this in the utmost respectable way. I'm not trying to argue with you is what i mean.
here is the way i read it and i believe that is what they really mean. but i may be wrong.

"Both" would seem to indicate two larger carrier talks. Because of QBID's history, they probably said upfront they don't want to talk about it. My guess: Verizon's potential new service and Time/Warner.

Hey g-invest, When we heard the lawsuit rumor, and the next day it was cofirmed. I checked the pps from the date the lawsuit was filed. They took us down about ten ticks. The mms and daytraders didn't do it. So not only was the oxygen pr false, they're suing us, and the insiders are selling off before us investors catch wind of it. That did it, I sold about 80% of my qbid the next day when I saw that 3 tick spike. I made money on the April 04 run, a few nice trades this year. I'm still in, just cant take this blind pumping. The chart guys crack me up(rounding bottom reversal) What? Ya the pr was good... fully reporting so investors can better guage their investment... Shawn

An excellent compilation of what is on the Q Television Network. The infomercial ran from 1:30 to 2:00 west coast time on Oxygen and urged viewers to call 1-877-ITS-4QTV. It was great to finally see Jack E. Jett (this guy has star quality and the Q should focus a lot on the Jett), Nick Oram (I'm not gay but this guy is one good looking, buff guy), Scott Withers, Crisanne, Cassean, Toria Tolley and the rest of the Q group on the screen. The infomercial is composed of snippets from the Q shows, focusing on On Q Live (Jack E. Jett), Q on the Move (Nick Oram), Infoqus (Scott Withers), Women on Women (Torie Tolley and some women with spiked platinum hair, both who seem excellent, and a sampling of the movies, broadway musicals, concerts, and some of the series (Concrete Jungle, the Agenda)shown on the Q. It also focused on some of the hosts, including all of the personalities from On Q Live (Jett, Withers, Crisanne, Cassean, Jackie...), Nick Oram, Torie and the other hostesses of WOW, Honey, Cary Harrison, and two women who I was not familiar with, a Chelsie and an African-American women who skunks has mentioned but whose name I missed. It also showed many of the places the Q goes to -Sundance, Palm Springs, Washington, etc. and showed quick clips of celebrities including Jenny McCarthy, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Ted Danson (holding a Q microphone), Donny Walberg, and Boy George. Sounds like maybe the poll that was mentioned earlier in this thead was taken seriously especially where the issue of following through on PR's. Bravo Franky!

QBID needs to be fully reporting. They intended to do so way back in 1999 (view the QBID FAQ for the source) and didn't. What changed? Why are they more serious this time?
I'm a firm believer in sandwiching a positive between two negatives. QBID needs to do this. They need to acknowlege that they have said they wanted to be fully reporting in the past and failed, and explain WHY THEY FAILED, and what it is about this attempt that is different.
I think they *are* serious this time. Why? Because they actually named a CPA firm that is going to audit them. They actually stated the firm they spoke to about becoming fully reporting. These are checks and balances so that we, as investors, can contact those 3rd parties and confirm that QBID is not lying.
They need to show that they've learned from their mistakes. One good indication they have is their reluctance now to say what they are doing. While this hurts the PPS for the short term, it improves their relationships with carriers and advertisers. I'm disappointed they used Oxygen's name and Oxygen got upset, but it's a lesson I'm sure they've learned, and they will likely never make the same mistake again.
We have a LOT of reasons to be happy and in this for the long haul, but some of the PRs have been misleading and hype-worthy, and level-headedness is exactly what we need. Horizontal trading in the .0020s is exactly the kind of support we need for this stock. Blasts to .0055 on PRs about private investors and bids for other carriers they have little to no chance of acquiring are NOT what Frank should be doing.
Anyway, sorry to rant. Yes, it might seem that I'm bashing the stock, but I like to think that I'm being simply reasonable and forward thinking. Suppose QBID signs a huge carrier and the stock flies to .012. Are *you* going to sell, knowing full well that they are going to fall again if you drop your 5 million shares? I don't intend to, and I think what I'd like to see is investors that are in this to see Q Television not only become 24/7 and widely available, but a good wholesome gay lifestyle channel that EVERYONE is talking about.
Q has huge potential for branding and brandname recognition. While it may be a while before they get there, that alone should be enough to get people thinking.

Also, please don't think I'm one of those guys who rated you one star. Truth is I've never rated you at all but am giving you 5 right now because I feel like we are both long and not dumping when Q hits .012. Holding Long and Strong until Q is living up to it's potential!

I did notice the drop from good support at .0028 -.0031 to .0020 - .0023 *before* the QBID PR about not airing on Oxygen and the subsequent lawsuit. But I don't think they're going to fight it, they'll settle and, more importantly, apologize.
So if those 9 million sells were insiders trying to take profits, is it then safe to say that these buys at .0022 at the end of the day are the insider buys so that it can get run up to .0055 again?
