Morning all,

Just to comment on the chart about:

Volume of Purchases. An issuer’ purchases, when aggregated with any
affiliated purchasers acquisitions, may not exceed 25% of ADTV in any trading
day. An issuer’s block purchases are generally included in the 25% limit and in the calculation of ADTV. Issuers may make one block purchase per week without being subject to the 25% ADTV limitation, provided the block purchase is the only purchase by or on behalf the issuer in reliance on the safe harbor on that day. Shares purchased pursuant to this block purchase exception may not be included in calculating ADTV.

"Thanks to Rod".

If you look at the chart and only include the blocks of of 9 million, this would conform to the rule. Friday we had a volume rounded to 222,548,000. 25% would give us 55,625,000. The block bought was 54,000,000. Focus on the blocks of 9 million only as they have to be equal,in the last 10 minutes, can not exceed more than 25% of ADV. Lets keep a close eye for today and check for those bocks at the end of the day. Now the only question is, although Frank has announced a buyback,he has not anounced the amount of share he will buy back.It is assumed equipment money is being used but not confirmed. It may be more than 1 billion this time therefore in 30 days movement may not happen as expected. I have no problem with that as long as those end of day blocks keep showing up. Smile, it's a good thing! [Smile]

It's still very early here in CA, the pattern has been, little PR's either before or shortly after market open. Usually the mid-day PR's have been meaty [Big Grin]

Seriously. It's the next logical step. I *am* a tad bit worried that these .0022 sells at the end of the day are dilution because Frank is acquiring financing for the audit or something else.

If that's the case, we might see .0017 again on an initial announcement, but potentially a jump back up to .0055 and then upon completion of an audit, .0150 or higher assuming they really have only 7 billion O/S.

I think QBID is probably a potential $350 million market cap as fully reporting, but just announcing they are going to be fully reporting is only going to get a few daytraders on here to pump. Since we don't know the O/S, it's hard to say what the actual PPS would be. I think a billion (in QBID's current state) is a little high, but QBID *does* have content and won't just be running movies like LOGO, so I don't know.

We really need to hear about the roadshows, SEC, and whether or not they are seriously going to pursue trading content with OutTV. The rest of their PRs, including new hires, should probably just be investor relations.

Wendy: They say that no news is good news, but getting some news would be much better. Once again it looks like your program grid is complete for this week.

Is there any movement on the part of Q Television to get that program exchange happening? I also wanted to know what your plans are for moving forward to the US, I understand that you have carrier contracts.

Good luck with getting the Q programming.

g-invest....

If my memory serves me correctly, when we were in the last buyback, the stock stayed put at 35x36 for about 5-7 days. I had a buy order in at the bid and it never filled for 3 days, so I just bought at the ask. As soon as the BuyBack appeared to be over, the price dropped back to the low 20's before going up.

What I fear here, is that if they are doing the buyback, they are going to remain absolutely silent about everything. Then, when they are done, the pps will go down because daytraders are tired of waiting and will sell, but with no buyers (becuase the buyback is complete), the pps starts to tank thus causing a panic selloff to an oversold condition. I sold some Q last week to buy extra PLNI and VICI. I will wait to see what happens upon the buyback completion before I buy back in... if I were to guess, we may drop back to 16/17 again before we take off.....

If it falls back to 16/17 the daytraders will have a field day and take it up and then back down to where it is now. Thats the problem I see.

Gah, I am still nailed on the 90 day restriction so I am stuck waiting for funds to clear to buy more!!!

My wife would kill me if I did a bank transfer without a PR warranting it. Hopefully this price will hold two more days for me.

Hey FatherOfTwo,

Do you think I should sell some Q and buy PLNI for a short term gain then buy more Q?

I have not sold any Q yet since Jan05, and don't think I really want to, but I'm watching your PLNI go up up up...

Anyone else have any thoughts about this?

Thanks,

Kevin

Father of two, that seems like a reasonable assessment, assuming we don't hear anything big. An audit is going to take time, anyway. One pink sheet took a year to complete their audit, forgot which one, but boy did they really fly when they did.

I think we might see some levelling off with a lot of bouncing between .2 and .23. If it breaks .2, my only guess is that Frank did dilute some more to pay for auditing. That's problematic for me, because you don't release a PR saying you are buying back shares when you're actually diluting, that's bad form. Even if it "ultimately good for the investors", it's still using them.

Maybe its not diluting, but I'd be interested in where this money is coming from to pay for the audit *AND* to buy back shares. Private investors again? Naw, they'd just buy the stock directly.

Note: I'm defintely not saying he did that, but I'm at a loss to figure out where the money is coming from. Are they getting subscribers that we don't know about?
