Someone else may remember when The "Q" obtained the money for the new equipment, but it was in the range of $$3-5 Million. Now if he is using that money for the buyback, then he is buying back a very large # of shares.

There will no doubt be a large number of bashers who will show their faces over the week-end, especially with the large buyback that Frank has started.

Hang on and be tough no matter what crap they bring to this thread. They will mix lies in their post and there will be no validity to their post.

Be especially leary of new posters who will post old stuff from bashers that we know and blanket statements that they cannot back up.

The bashers know that they have a limited amount of time to accumulate before we become a fully reporting company and move to another exchange.

GO QBID!!!!!! Bring On The Green [Big Grin]

A big welcome to those who this week joined the "Qmillion" club. And welcome to all those who became new Qbiddians this week.

hey guys i just recently got involved with QBID, and very much enjoy it

i know you wont like me as much, as i am mostly just a swing trader of QBID, but i am bullish on QBID.
i was wondering if you guys could help me out with the honest truth of the short term(1 -2 day outlook for the stock) using charts and stuff.

i bought 500K more shares at .0021 with like 5 minutes before close so i got lucky
i am either looking to sell into a run soon, or just swing it, but......

i want to also know--the last 3 days there have been over 55 M shares BOUGHT after the close...now, for some reason not much attention is brought to this--DOES THIS ALWAYS HAPPEN WITH QBID??if not-it has got to be the buyback--and why havent people caught on yet?

thanks guys

Rod

O.K. Rod, here is my fortune teller story......I haven't been posting lately--just reading the board and thinking about this--can't believe that I'm finally posting this.

You shared so I will too.

Last month, a friend invited me to go with her to an outdoor art fair. She immediately recognized a well-known psychic who was looking at pottery. (She has assisted law officers in solving crimes...been on television.....)

She started a conversation with the psychic asking her if she could see anything about the artist when she handled the pottery. The lady was very gracious but didn't answer the question.

I kept thinking how could I ask about QBID but hated to be obtuse.

They continued to chat a few minutes about the pottery... As we were leaving, she turned to me and said, "I don't mind if you ask me your question."

I just stood there looking blank and feeling ridiculous--could not move my mouth--kind of like a child caught with a hand in the cookie jar.

Then she said, "It could be as long as three or more years--after it is sold."

I finally found my voice and said that I don't care if it is ten years.

She laughed and said, "No, it will not be that long."

My husband still can't believe that I didn't ask her more questions. Oh how I wish that I had asked several questions.

I was just so stunned that I didn't even tell her "Thank you". I know her services are expensive.

I made my friend repeat exactly what she had said to me to be sure that I remembered it correctly.

She finally wrote it down so that I would stop asking her to repeat it again. I just liked hearing it again.

My friend has now decided to get into QBID.

If you are wondering about my question, it was

"When will I get the mega bucks?"

Yes, I believe this lady has a special talent.

Since those who read this do not know me or the psychic, I completly understand if you are skeptical.

It still seems surreal to me too.

I choose to believe her prediction.

Hope everyone has a great weekend.

We are looking forward to having all of our family with us.

What are you talking about. You don't know nothing so why are you posting.

Before April 11th share count was 7.5 billion with a 3.5 billion float.

After April 13th it went to 9.5 billion with a 4.5 billion float

In June there was 6 billion restricted shares issued to secure a loan make O/S 15.5 billion

In December 2004, 1 billion shares bought back making a 14.5 billion o/s

Frank retired 1 billion shares to make it 13.5 billion o/s. If you take out the 6 billion restricted for loan then your back to the original 7.5 billion shares with a promised buyback still coming and that means a equal amount retired by Frank after buybacks over.

I hate dilution and if there was one here I would run fast but there isn't. As long as loan is paid then we are set for the future.

By the way any stock over 20 billion in o/s is .0001 or less. And I mean all of them and Qbid isn't. That alone tells me your very mistaken. Just look at PRRM with 65 billion o/s. It can't move even on great news.

This is the post that I posted back in December breaking down o/s over the year of 2004. If you notice A/S was raised to June 2004, prior to that it was 15 billion so there was no way the o/s was that high in April.

Facts from PR: In Feb 2004 the O/S was 7.5 Billion with Frank owning approximately 4 Billion Shares and Float was 3.5 Billion shares. A/S was 15 Billion

SO around
4 Billion Frank
3.5 Billion Float

Total O/S 7.5 Billion

After pps increased the Stocks was diluted by 2 Billion shares to 9.5 Billion O/S. 1 Billion shares sold on open market over a period of time and 1 Billion to Frank so he Maintained majority ownership.

So around
5 Billion Frank
4.5 Billion Float

Total O/S 9.5 Billion

June there was a loan given to Q to buy movies and rights to the gay games. In exchange for this loan 6 Billion Restricted shares was issued for collaterial on the loan. The A/S was increased to 50 Billion to support the collaterial and take over and merger protection.

So around
5 Billion Frank
4.5 Billion Float
6 billion restricted

Total O/S 15.5 Billion

Over the last few months a buyback of shares occured for a total of 1 Billion shares completed Dec. 10th 2004.

So Around
5 Billion Frank
3.5 Billion Float
6 Billion Restricted

Total O/S 14.5 Billion

Now that the Buyback is finished Frank can retire 1 Billion shares he issued himself to maintain majority back in May 2004. So One year later we are back were we started with 7.5 Billion plus the restricted that will never hit the market.

So in Early 2005 One year later

4 Billion Frank
3.5 Float
6 Billion Restricted

Total O/s by Feb. 2005 13.5 Billion with 50 billion A/S and float of 3.5 Billion

Very interesting. I'm not sure if it means anything, but I noticed the exact same buying pattern for IBAC twice today. Just after 2pm and just before close, 2 large blocks were traded at 0.0003 as follows:

5 x 9 million
1 x 5 million

for a total of 50 million shares.

Perhaps IBAC and QBID are using the same brokers for their buybacks ...

bear with me for a minute im going to post the rules for a buyback of stocks.

a couple of the most interesting points of the buyback rules are that they have to be bought all through the same agent and only in the last 10 minutes of trading and after hour trading.

the other interesting point it that they can buy up to 25% of the days volume in the aftermarket trading. This would explain the large volumes that has been going on for the last little while.

think about it for a while and you will see what im talking about. They are buying back the stock, they are not doing this to fail. they are looking to better thier possitions.

ok im going to go and make my next post with the rules of a buyback.

that is a great post- but i dont understand why nobody else is seeing the 50-60M shares bought after hours!!!
this should get the stock movin up because people can see with their own eyes the buyback in progress

any guess on how long or how many shares they will buyback...just an idea

I have a naive pink question in relation to the buyback/MMs and PPS.

If there is a agreement between issuer and broker(s) couldnt they hold the price steady on purpose regardless of how many shares traded?

I dont see why they couldnt, I can understand why they wouldnt, but I can also understand why they would do so if they knew that the stock was in buyback mode this would be a good time for them to keep the price steady to allow it to happen so as they could also be accumulating themselves?

Have the after hours purchases been through the same broker every day or is it changing on a daily or bidaily basis. The way I understood the "one broker" requirement was it was for that session, not for an extended period.

Everyones favorite seer/jester has said a few comments of late that strike me as more interesting now. He said that there would be large 5 mil and 9 mil buys coming at the end of day and he also said something to the effect that the swing traders were not going to be happy soon. "Soon" would be now as that post was a week or more ago.

So if they are all intentionally holding the price down and the buyback is truly occurring he was correct in both of those statements...

PER FRANK OLSEN FEB 2004:

"15-BILLION SHARES AND 6,000 SHAREHOLDERS"

6-BILLION MORE ADDED. 50-BILLION MORE AUTHORIZED (WHICH INFO WAS LEAKED AND YOU WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO FIND OUT ABOUT IT).

THE REGISTERED SHARE COUNT IS 50-BILLION SHARES FOR QBID REGARDLESS OF WHAT WAS LEAKED.

KEYWORD REGISTERED SHARE COUNT.

LET'S SAY THIS AGAIN:

REGISTERED SHARE COUNT

ONE MORE TIME.

REGISTERED SHARE COUNT.

A PUBLIC COMPANY IS REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN A SHARE COUNT AND FOR ANYONE WITH ANY COMPANY TO STATE OR IMPLY THEY DO NOT KNOW THE SHARE COUNT IS STRICTLY FRAUD.

QBID HAS 50-BILLION SHARES.

WITH NO REVENUES WHERE DOES THE MONEY COME FROM TO DO ANY BUYBACK? FURTHER, FRANK THE FRAUD ISSUES 6-BILLION MORE SHARES BUT THEN TELLS YOU HE'S DOING A BUYBACK.

"CAN I BORROW $10 FROM YOU TO PAY YOU BACK THE $10 I OWE YOU?"

FRANKIE THE FRAUD TELLS YOU HE HAS 100,000 HOTLINE MESSAGES AND 50,000 INQUIRIES BUT HAS NO SUB BASE FOR Q-TV.

HE SPENT $7-MILLION BACK IN 2000 ON FAILURE, $1.5 MILLION ON OPERATING EXPENSES FROM 2000 TO 2004 AND CURRENTLY $800,000/MONTH.

SO WHERE IS ALL THAT MONEY COMING FROM?

WELL FIRST FRANKIE TELLS US HE HAS GUARANTEED 5-YEAR BROADCAST FINANCING ONLY TO BE FOLLOWED BY HE OBTAINED A $2-MILLION DOLLAR LOAN TO SECURE THE FIRST YEAR BROADCAST.

SO IF YOU HAVE 5-YEAR GUARANTEED FINANCING, WHY DO YOU NEED A $2-MILLION LOAN FOR THE FIRST YEAR BROADCAST?

HOW DO YOU UPGRADE A STOCK WITH 50-BILLION SHARES? SIMPLY PUT, YOU CAN'T. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE.

AMAZINGLY, WITH ALL THATS "HAPPENING" AND "Q IS DEFINITELY ON THE MOVE" YOU HAVE A STOCK PRICE THAT IS .0022 WHICH IS DOWN MORE THAN 10,000% WHEN NOTHING WAS REALLY HAPPENING.

HUM....

THIS IS NO DIFFERENT THAN MICROSOFT TELLING YOU IT JUST OBTAINED A $4-TRILLION DOLLAR GOVT. CONTRACT, $50-TRILLION TO PUT WINDOWS IN EVERY SCHOOL IN AMERICA AND EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS TO BROADCAST VIA THE WEB EVERY SPORTS FRANCHISE THEREBY ELIMINATING TELEVISION OF THE NBA, NFL AND HOCKEY AND THE SHARE PRICE GOING FROM THE CURRENT $25 TO .001.

MY BOLOGNA HAS A FIRST NAME:

IT'S FRANK

MY BOLOGNA HAS A SECOND NAME:

IT'S FRAUD.

I'm not yet in the Qmillion club. 500k+ though. Every time I set my buy QBID always flirts with it, but never goes that low.

I do have to say that I find the end of day trades odd. I'm not certain that's typical of a buyback. Something more dubious might be going on, like a hedge fund investment or potential takeover (that Frank might not be too pleased with at the current PPS). I have a feeling QBID would rather deal with a multitude of investors than one huge one.
