I've seen buybacks and share retirements over the years, but this one seems to be doing it faster than I've seen before. IMO, the more shares they retire, the more the PPS should firm up. I also agree with the post having to do with the retail sale of Cybertracker. If HISC does half the business it is forcasting, next year's financials should be very pretty. I have a sale in at .05 for enough shares to cover the cost of shares bought, so I will be playing with somebody else's money if it reaches .05 again. Meanwhile, my plan is to load up if it drops below .02 again.

You may be correct. I think it will around October, when their CyberTracker goes on sale at the stores.
We may see it rise faster with more DOD contracts and Security of the Ports, apparently the DOD contact is there, do not be caught with your pants down, when they announce BIG Contract to defend our ports.

Quantum Sniffer Technology The Quantum Sniffer employs a novel technology for the detection of explosives vapors that is more sensitive than existing detection devices. The advanced technique detects the presence of parts per trillion (ppt) of explosives molecules, without physical contact and in real time. The unique "tornado" sample acquisition system collects the sample, ionizes it with the unique QS™ opto/electrical ionization scheme, identifies the sample via standard ion mobility technology and, if an explosive is present, will produce a visual and audible alarm. The LCD will display the identity of the explosive present and the audible alarm can be switched off if required.
QS-H100 The QS-H100 Portable Explosives Trace Detector was developed in conjunction with the U.S. Navy (NCIS and NAVEODTECHDIV) and PSEAG. The device is capable of detecting trace amounts of most commercial and military explosives, including RDX, PETN, HMX, Black Powder and Ammonium Nitrate at nanogram level concentrations. The detection is “real time” with immediate cleardown which dramatically improves throughput. The instrument is totally non-contact and does not use expensive consumables. The QS-H100 uses a proprietary opto/electrical ionization technique rather than a radioactive source for ionization and hence there is no need to deal with complicated NRC regulatory requirements.
Product Features Unique tornado sample acquisition system Rapid analysis with immediate cleardown Automated self-calibration Detection in parts per trillion (ppt) 4-hour re-chargeable battery
