I won’t go into detail but give you an overview of what your CEO of QBID said. I WILL NOT post if he said “we will” or “to be” because it’s possible it didn’t.
If you have an explaination or proof it happened, please go for it and tell me.
I believe in the potential for a gay network but things need to be addressed.
THESE ARE FACTS WHICH SHOULD BE LEFT UP SO PEOPLE CAN MAKE A REALITY BASED DECISION.

No pun to put forth here BT, but many of those articles you are posting short quotes from, had detail with regards to those quotes. The detail, when read, actually makes things sound opposite as to what they sound in you quote of fact. I am not intending to stir the pot here, but I think if fact such as that is going to be posted, the link to the actual article should also be included to get the full picture. Myself and Rod from this group, who is a well respected poster, know each other well and because of some certain things we do with our jobs, all fact is required and not just partial. I will let Rod comment on that one as well. Because the other side only uses partial fact such as you posted, people like Rod and myself, win at what we do.

As I said BT,it was not pun towards you and yes, I have done my DD and to a severe extent at that. My point was, partial infomormation is concidered to be misleading in a lot of cases and yes, that goes for both directions.

Oh crap. I really wish I had read all of this before I had spent 8k on QBID. I feel like such and illiterate, uneducated, scam victim. Wheres my mommy?

Thank you for your time and energy posting that information and making it available for current and future long term qbid holders. It is actually a very good starting point for people to use as a DD checklist. I have read and seen most of the original articles and references as well as I am aware that I don't care what the name of the company is on the street sign they all have possible misleading statements and broken promises. Things dont always work out the way they are expected to and sometimes CEOs speak a little too soon.
I should probably sell all my Time Warner stock too since I remember Steve Case telling me that AOL would be free by now as a service and 100% advertisement/other revenue based. That ass, he lied to me!
Hopefully I can buy some more QBID Monday am, before it goes back up again.

One thing I do agree upon is that it is an excellent starting point and it is the ultimate responsibility for the individual doing the investing to make the final call.

haven't posted in here much the past month or so but still believe Q has about the best shot of any seriously sub pennies to see over $1 and maybe much more. frank still needs to buy back 1 to 2 billion of the float & restructure insider shares into non-convertable prefered shares to get there plus a probable small r/s say 4/1 but that shouldn't hurt long time holders with 1 million or more shares much. something came to mind that has me wondering about something. since i'm a known paid basher now demoted to just a known basher on the CMKX thread i keep up with its crap. they just went into a problem because they were not reporting everything they had to with more then 500 shareholders. i find it hard to believe Q has less then 500 shareholders. there has to be 100 that are or have been posting here at allstocks. i could be wrong it may be that Q only goes over 500 when it runs & daytraders are in & out. i'm just hoping someone is keeping on top of this so that some of the problems CMKX (not that it really matters with a 703 billion o/s..lol) has aren't in Q's future.

Palm Springs-based Q Television Network is in talks to purchase Canada's PrideVision, the world's first LGBT television network.
On Thursday the two companies announced they signed a letter of intent to consider joint programming.
Q Television Network's presi dent and CEO, Frank Olsen, said, "I feel this is the first step in a long relationship between the two networks."
"This also shows how committed Q Television and its executives are at making LGBT televisions [sic] succeed for the queer communities," Olsen added in a press release.
Meanwhile, PrideVision will begin offering pornographic programming around the clock on April 7 while spinning off its lifestyle programming to a different channel, which will be named OUTtv.
PrideVision CEO Bill Craig said, "A relationship with Q Television Network could provide OUTtv with the opportunity to share gay programming throughout the world."
Thursday's news about the joint programming comes after a March 18 announcement that Q Television made an offer to purchase PrideVision.
At the time of the announcement, Olsen said, "By acquiring PrideVision, Q would be able to cut its expenses down on all of its programming costs."
"We will have some sort of ownership, whether it's a partnership or something else," Ronnie Welch, a spokesperson for Q Television, told the PlanetOut Network. "We are exploring our options."
Welch added that Q Television wanted to distance itself from the pornography offered on PrideVision. "We're not looking to put hard-core sex in Q," she said.
Welch would not reveal further information about terms of the deal.
Currently the content of Q Television consists of purchased programs and original content, which is filmed in Fort Worth, Texas. Q Television is currently available in half a dozen U.S. markets

Long and holding!! Good pr this week...crossing my fingers. Frank wants the pps to be higher because he feels they are working hard on(LOL) Q, and the price per share isn't reflecting that.
Can't wait to get on an exchange. Hope the IR are working on that still.Or whoever the job goes to.It will take time I'm sure.

No disrespect to anyone,but BT is right about playing the dips and peaks. Ever stock should be played the same. It will allow you to also increase amount of shares by reinvesting your profits. Although this stock has great potential,it is only a stock!

There's a huge difference between QBID & CMKX. QBID is a real company with a verifiable product that's much more visable even without filing. I won't bash CMKX but I would never put money on that company.
QBID will make shareholders wealthy! No one can say that about CMKX!

BigT I'm surprised at you we used to have good conversations. You where a great poster here and very pro Q and you used to talk about U4 now you have gone and taken his place.
I have seen your posts on IHUB and elsewhere. I have no problem with you swing trading this thing. what i do however have a problem with is the way you got outta here, lieing to us saying that you had to sell to bail your wife out of a bad situation. you could have been up front with us and told us you sold to become a basher.
I cant believe that you would come back here and start with the subtle bashes.
Ihave lost a lot of respect for you over this.

Bill1352 I agree that Frank needs to buy back shares and maybe 1 to 2 billion of the float. I would love to see this get to even .50 or .60 and I would be happy with that. I am long and really believe that this will work out, there are many great things happening for them now and it seems like things are coming together. My only concern is that there are so many shares out there and the market cap. You add up and do all the math, it looks like .10 is going to be price it will go to. I really want it to go up, but a buddy of mine who has been investing in stocks for 9 years now was doing all the calculations and said it looked like .10 would be about the high. I asked if even having Australia and Canada and also parts of Europe having the Q would make it go higher, he said it doesn't matter if these other places also have the Q airing, it would still be about .10 He mentioned that there are so many shares that it is impossible for this to get to 1.00 and more. I am hoping he is wrong, time will tell.

that's what bothers me too, and that's why i scare they'll do R/S before the pps we all wanted,(even tho they said there will be no R/S as long as its owned by the current management team) but you never know man, haha
