Q Television airing in Australia? you decide....
4 reasons why that may be the case............
1)from Q Television's show On Q Live tonight........... Posted by: skunksyard In reply to: zeus1 who wrote msg# 93866 Date:4/1/2005 7:46:05 PM Post #of 93914
what he said was he was going on vacation for his 5 year anniversary...they asked him where he was going...he said Australia.....they chit chatted back and forth then Scott said something like I'm going there (say for business, not sure exact words)...then put his index finger and thumb together and said Q Television is this close to airing in Australia (might not be exact words, but for sure that was the meaning I believe)....
it will repeat again tonight so we can listen again....
2)Q Television Network and PrideVision Sign a Letter of Intent PALM SPRINGS, Calif.
CWR & Partners, LLP Ronnie Welch, 508-222-4802 Ronnie@cwrpartners.com
Q Television Network's, (Pink Sheets: QBID) President and CEO, Frank Olsen and Bill Craig, CEO of Canadian OUTtv D.B.A. PrideVision announced today that they have signed a Letter of Intent to explore opportunities by which the two companies may take advantage of joint programming initiatives and a potential equity investment in the Canadian Television service.
The Parties have identified a number of areas of interest, including the telecast of Canadian produced live and acquired programming in the U. S. as well as branding and marketing opportunities for the respective television services.
Mr. Craig, said, "A relationship with Q Television Network could provide OUTtv with the opportunity to share gay programming throughout the world."
"I feel this is the first step in a long relationship between the two networks," said Olsen. "We have a great interest in working with OUTtv and moving Q Television forward with this venture. This also shows how committed Q Television and its executives are at making GLBT televisions succeed for the queer communities."

He will not give you any "inside" stuff but he can and will clarify info from PRs. It was Bill Craig who really let the ineternational inf out yesterday. I just called Rich and asked him if they were talking global! I wonder if we have any Aussies on any of the boards. They could start snooping around down under
4)By: joshgets46 01 Apr 2005, 11:45 AM EST Msg. 98139 of 98261 Jump to msg. # Rich Brown the IR guy told me yesterday that he is contacting institutions and funds trying to get them to take down the float so the day traders are forced out. They want investors in this stock. He also said, and he gave me permission to say this, that they are trying to become an international company. I asked him "internationally as in Global and he said yes. Think continents not just countries.

I was reading back on your posts. I am sorry if I spoke prematurely. The end of the last thread got so nasty I skipped alot of the fighting but saw alot of new faces. Again knee jerk reaction on my part. No hard feeling.

nice to see everyone getting along so well tonight, now what do we all think of our stocks performance today? market makers played their usual games although they did let it run up in the last ten minutes or so, volume was a little light but we held our ground.slow and steady gains ok for now but we need them to let it run. what are your thoughts for next week?

Australian Television History Article 2/2005
Current Conditions
What is glaringly obvious in the Australian television landscape of today is the complete lack of any regular and open discussion of lesbian and gay issues and lives; and almost no dramatization of same. Recent soaps featuring gays and lesbians in prominent roles were poorly promoted at home and failed to "sell" overseas. There is a total absence of a Queer as Folk or a Tales of the City made in Australia about queer contemporary or past Australian culture
Looks like a ripe market for the "Q"

but andrew we are investors we are in it for the long haul. I dont care how we get there be it a very very long gradual gain or several spikes. I realise that my money is tied in for a long hold on this one. that is what it means to be an investor as opposed to being a trader.
I got in this originally thinking that it was going to hit a buck in several months. that was last april. I have come a long way with my views on this stock and realise the potential of it and dont mind waiting a couple of years to hit 50 cents. after all at that rate i would make 850 grand. that would take me 12 years at my normal job. so ya a couple years to make that kinda coin is good in my eyes.
