There maybe some restrictions in place that we ae not aware of that prevent him from that option. I do however agree with you.

That way they buy from now until next month on any dips below that set price.

today pr just stirred up alot of smoke out there. keep reading thr pr over and over, still cannot make it out. if frank wanna buy back shares, why announced it for the pps to run up to cost him more? unless the buy back has been done. but this time, the pr only mentioned the buyback, and not with the retirement.

IMO, yes I am of the opinion that the initial meeting with the lawyers went well. I also believe that they have the share count done and the lawyers indicated to Frank that he will have to reduce the share count to get to another exchange. Now don't quote me on that because its JMHO But never the less a good guess.

Even Frank knows when you do a buyback and reduce the outstanding it increases the value of what you have in your float! Makes a much better bargaining chip when purchasing equipment for equity!
"I am committed to running a well-rounded company. One that serves the purpose of the gay and lesbian television community and also keeps investor sentiment high," stated Frank Olsen, President and CEO of Q Television Network. "This immediate investment in our company will also allow us the resources to purchase even better equipment for the Gay Games," added Olsen.

Or lack of carrier information, etc. I was running the show, and I wanted to buy back as many shares as possible at a low of price as possible. Then, I would try to keep every one confused. I would have people bickering on raging bull. I would try my best to keep the share holders discouraged, so they would sell as many shares as possible. I would put out press releases that were not very much. I would just slowly keep buying shares, until I owned just about every share out there. If you do just a little math, you can see how little money it would take to buy many shares. If my calculations are correct, it would only take $2,200,000.00 to buy one billion shares. And you will say that is a lot of money, yes it is. But it is not very much money to people who have money. If you hold onto that one billion shares for awhile. And then the share price goes up to .022. I belIEve that the original $2,200,000 investment is now worth $22,000,00. That is am easy way to make some Quick money. The only downside of this thinking, what if QBID never goes up? But if you know that you have a good product, and you already know how you are going to sell it. SO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? BUY, BUY!!!!!!!!!!! - - - - -

I have often wondered if Frank and Co. put out the incorrectly worded PRs and sometimes flood the market w/ PRs that IMO should be placed on the website on purpose. I have never met Frank or even talked to him, but I think he has the knowledge to make the company a contender in the GL market. That's one of the reasons that I have stuck w/ this stock. S-

Jump to msg. # Oldone&Stocken, make no mistake about it Frank and Co are behind the current pps performance. I agree it is much cheaper to buy back shares at these pps and also allows the people that have faith in him stay long or continue to add to their positions. One of the major accomplishments that was achieved is that no matter how fledgling we are labeled to be, is that we are the only GLBT network on 24h a day 7 days a week in the US. I think signing up RCN was a big deal. We are on the air, there are people actually paying every month to watch our programming right now as I type in several major metropolitan cities. That is not something that can be ignored and belittled. Frank proved to us that he can do it, now we will have to let him execute his business plan. Do not get distracted by the chatter about GMGA show, Oxygen law suit and such. These thing matter less than we most think. HereTV and LOGO are actually the ones watching every move as close as possible because Frank has put them to shame not only in the eyes of the industry but in the eyes of the gay community. Some will say we are having trouble signing other carriers, so is LOGO and HereTV is VOD. From what I am hearing it is te foreign carriers that are knocking on our doors not the other way around. Just wait and see. Let the foreign carriers put the heat on the US carriers it will not take long. Now, Verizon has decided to join the fight also so that would put extra pressure on the Comcast and DirectTV.Let C. Rasenberger handle all cable accounts and let Hinnant handle all satellite accounts. It will happen for us, no doubt about it. It may take longer than we thought but it sounds so good that I will repeat it again: "WE are the first and only 24/7 GLBT network in the USA right now, you can not deny that!

I cannot repeat myself enough. Frank knows what lies ahead for his company. If he didn't think Q Television was going to be successfull in the very near future, he wouldn't keep buying more shares. Of course, this is my opinion only, but does it not make sense?

Our system posted a BUY CONFIRMED today. The previous SELL recommendation that was confirmed was made on 03.23.2005 (38) days ago, when the stock price was 0.0034. Since then QBID has fallen -35.29% .
Were you eager to go long? Well, without doubt, it was the right time to do so. The BUY signal was finally confirmed, and most probably you have called your broker and placed your long orders with no hesitation.
Don't worry if you have missed this buying opportunity. The market may now give you a second chance. You may still find good prices for buying in the next session.
[MOTTO OF THE DAY] Buying was right in a nice bullish day Hold your stocks now whatever they say
