Just did some reviewing of the website for srffllp.com. The site and the information look pretty substantial to me, but I am by no means an authority of any kind. I think this is probably a Great move, and I also feel that something BIG will be here very soon. Ricardo

this is probably answered but i'm still catching up.
to be off the pinks and fully reporting is huge. it means that they report all thier income thier expenses their financials, their share structure, everything. what this does is gives credibility to the validity of the company.
it tells us that they are not diluting the stock and it tells us if they are making or loosing money.
therefore you will get a valuation of the company that will reflect in the pps and you will get more serious investors on board with the company. Many many people that are successful investors will not look at or buy pink sheet stocks because of the risk involved. the reporting gets rid of those risks and fears.
that is why you don't see any large companies traded on the pinks.
hope that helps you some.

What does it mean for QBID to get off the pinksheets and to be a fully reporting company, assuming it bypasses the OTCBB and gets on an exchange like NYSE or NASDAQ or something to that affect.
thanks
-------------------- Dont buy or sell on my opinions, do your research. Make sure you know what you are buying before you buy.
This is a non reporting pink sheet with very high risk. From high risk comes high rewards. Dont invest more then you can afford to lose.

It's not going to bypass the OTCBB unless it has something HUGE in the works to make it a solid above .10 stock. The only other exchange it could go to would be AMEX.
UNLESS it does a R/S. But Frank is so damn afraid of doing a reverse split that he would never consider doing that. IMHO, this is destined to be an OTCBB stock. If it were NASDAQ or NYSE caliber, Viacom would have already bought them and told them not to look at moving to another exchange.
However, it is worthwhile to note that by moving to the OTCBB, they will be posting their financials, and when they do that, it might take all but a week for a buyout offer to hit the plate. If they can seriously move to the OTCBB, then they will get bought out immediately IMHO.
The only way they will get to the AMEX is if they are buying back another two billion shares and Frank retires another billion of his.

To add to what Penny Trader is saying: When you are publishing your financials, you are not lying. You're being fully accountable to your shareholders, you're also hiring an accountant or accounting firm. Frank has to have some cash stored away to be taking the steps he's taking. But he's spending it wisely.
Please note that a move to the OTCBB will most likely cost enough that the acquisition of Pridevision will be delayed.
You guys have no idea what kind of pressure is on me to bash this stock so I can load up some more just a little bit cheaper. But I won't do it, so no worries.

For some funny reason I think it will all come together just around the same time. If the aquisition happens before moving to OTBB, the price could be decent when the move happens. If it takes place after the move, then that would be a pretty hefty first PR and may really make the price move. Either way Q and the share holders win!

You know, I'm inclined to think the same. It would seem to me that if Q is serious enough about moving to the OTCBB that they must have some really good PR to support it. And the sad thing is, the MMs HAVE to realize this and know they'll be forced to cover any shorts if they do, they might be doing the last of their accumulation soon. We'll have to see what PR, if any, comes out this Friday.

As you all know Pridevision has a new spinoff called OutTV and it started to broadcast on April 12th 2005. The Pridevision channel is experiencing difficulties getting carried by the previous carriers and Mr. Craig is working at getting that problem resolved. See following letter.
A LETTER TO OUR SUBSCRIBERS: As you may know, we have recently launched OUTtv, an exclusive lifestyle GLBT channel, and are continuing to offer PrideVision as a standalone pay service. The carriage of both channels has been met with enthusiam by Rogers Cable, and other Canadian cable companies. It was our intention, and expectation, that other cable companies including Shaw Cable, and the Canadian satellite companies Bell ExpressVu and Star Choice, would at least continue to carry PrideVision TV as a standalone pay television service, as would have been appropriate.
Instead, to our dismay, at the time of changeover on April 12th, these companies opted to provide their customers with OUTtv in the pay television slot, but they have refused to carry OUTtv in a package. For your information, the carriage of OUTtv as part of Shaw Cable's, Bell ExpressVu's and Star Choice's "theme" packages, as we have been stating is mandatory, is the subject of a number of Complaints by us currently before the CRTC
ENTER Q TELEVISION:
So does Frank want Pridevision, I would have to say no as it is to provocative for the needs of Q Television. The OutTV broadcasting is more in line with "Q"'s mission and plans.
In the e-mail that I received on 04/18/05 the Director of Programming for OutTV indicated that they were in the process of evaluating the "Q" programming for possible inclusion in their lineup. She stated "that I just may get my wish to see "Q" programming on OutTV.
If you look at the programming grid for OutTV they appear to be struggling to get their time slots filled and IMO that is where "Q" comes into the picture. OutTV is newly broadcasting in its current format and the company will have to scramble to keep the customers satisfied. Their current line up is not going to do it.
IMO. Frank will wait to see what happens with OutTv and how their new customer base plays out, before he makes a move to acquire the operation.
The Pridevision situation will cause Mr. Craig to be further cash strapped and the prospect of selling OutTv to Frank will look more attractive each passing day. The wheels are already in motion on this one. I feel that we will get a PR late this week or early next week telling us that OutTV/Pridevision has agreed to start carrying "Q" television programming.
The market situation, if you all remember some time ago Frank made a trip to Boston where he apparently met with the Boston Market and AMEX officials. Shortly after that meeting he announced that he would like to make QBID a reporting company and take it to another exchange level. IMO "Q" has revenue coming in and we will be very surprised when he releases the financials. IMO this will happen in mid May to the beginning of June.
Of course this is all speculation but its my take on what will happen, I will of course update and modify as information becomes available.
Long and holding here, sorry for the long winded post. But this should give you something to talk about

Dear Mr. Craig: I would truly appreciate it if your new television company OutTV would start carrying the original programming of Q Television out of Palm Springs. I am a viewer of Q and I must say that their programming is awesome. I feel that the Canadian viewers would truly appreciate what this company has done to promote the GBLT life style.
Please consider carrying the “Q”. I am confident that your company stands to gain by the broadcasting of Q Television.
Respectfully Submitted

I have a test question for you folks. Ok, I know everyone hates to take tests so I'll call it a survey instead. Assuming that Q manages to move off the pinks, which imo looks like it will happen soon, how do you think the news will break.
will it be: 1. The news will break in the middle of a trading day and the PPS will rise from .003 to >.03 in like 10 minutes. or 2. ...Qtv has completed the move off the pinks… and plans to start trading on OTBB on Monday. The PPS will open @ .03... or 3. No one can tell. (Feel free to add to the list) Also, does anyone know if a move off the pinks has helped or hurt a company in the past?

If they are really at 6 billion shares, then expect a price per share of .0075 (Market value of 45 million) for short term and maybe .0115 for longer term.

News like this does not do much for the PPS. We need the mother of all mother PR's (carriers, programming deals, share count, reporting status, off the pick sheets) to get it pumping.
