Remember when Frank first said he was going after Pride. Their people said Pride was not for sale. Basically tried to make it look like they really were not interested but would consider all offers,
Right! This LOI is simply giving notice, they're working OUT the details now. QBID will own Pride. Matter of time, nothing nothing more nothing less.

Your memory is OK. The change in management will be significant &/or total. Frank might keep a few of them but we shall see.

PRIDEVISION ANNOUNCES EXPANSION AND THE LAUNCH OF A NEW GAY CHANNEL
Subscribers will increase from 20,000 to upwards of 700,000 after April 7th launch
TORONTO, (Canada), March 24, 2005 – Starting April 7th under new ownership, PrideVision will launch a new digital cable channel called OUTtv. On that date, the current premium channel PrideVision will then be known as HARD on PrideVision and will see its hard core gay adult content expanded to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. OUTtv will not have any hard-core adult programming and will be a 24/7 GLBT (Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender) Category 1 lifestyle channel that will be included at no additional cost with other digital channels in bundles or theme packages or separately on an ‘a la carte’ basis. Digital and satellite subscribers should contact their provider for details on exchanging a current channel for, or adding OUTtv to their channel lineup at no extra cost.
“PrideVision needed to divide into two channels due to high demand and the tremendously broad range of programming to serve the GLBT communities better,” says Bill Craig, the new President of both OUTtv and HARD on PrideVision. “Because OUTtv will have dramatically increased reach through package distribution going from 20,000 subscribers to upwards of 700,000 over the next few months, it will substantially increase relevant programming for the GLBT community currently not available on any other mainstream channel.
Starting April 7th under new ownership, PrideVision will launch a new digital cable channel called OUTtv.
Who could be the new owner...........
Look at the facts kids. A NEW OWNER will be taking over OUTtv April 7th and Pride will turn into HARD which will be a porn channel. Now who could be buying the OUTtv 86% of Pride and who could be running HARD 24% of Pride? Could it be that QTN has bought 86% of Pride leaving Pride's CEO with 24% and a channel called HARD?
Gee this is to hard to figure out..........

The new ownership is that they are taking about on April 7 is Bill Craig..You did not read the whole PR.
Pridevision/OUTtv is now under new ownership as it was purchased last year from Headline Media Group by a private consortium including Canadian gay businesses making the world’s first gay network majority gay

No, if you go back into old Pride info there is no question about it. The April 7th ownership deal was released and detailed earlier than anything related to Q. It has nothing to do with us.
Thats not a bad thing, its just unrelated. We are already working with the new ownership of Pride that becomes official 4/7 so its all good.

George I read the whole PR, but I came away with a much more positive outlook.
Bill Craig is broke--sooooo, he becomes the new president for a private consortium INCLUDING Canadian gay businesses.....
Wonder just who else (nonCanadian gay businesses) was included in that buyer group?

i dont see Q buying pride outright. new owners don't sell out without a huge mark up in price. some sort of merger is more likely. Q has a very good program line up but no real network to broadcast it on yet, 1 cable company does not a big network make. but teaming with an established network even if in another country will help open doors here. i am shocked that todays news didn't bring 50% at least.

Hi Richard,
I'm not sure if you received my previous email regarding the status of QBID's listing on the Berlin Exchange. I was wondering if you can provide me with an update. Thank you.

OUTtv: So this is where the Q programming is suppose to be going according to the press release, letter of intent.
So after April 07th the "Q" programming will be available to everyone who can get OUTtv (new format for Pridevision.
"I feel this is the first step in a long relationship between the two networks," said Olsen. "We have a great interest in working with OUTtv and moving Q Television forward with this venture. GO QBID!!!!!!
Subscribers will increase from 20,000 to upwards of 700,000 after April 7th launch AND we will be seen by all these people. NOW THATS BIG!!!!!
I have always said since the announcement on March 18th that "Q" will own Pridevision and become "QPride" and I stand by that. I also said that we would get a great PR on March 18th and we did. Now just believe and you will see.

Ricardo According to some of the "pros" who have posted here lately, you are a novice investor if you buy a stock and then think it will succeed. The "pro" investors buy a stock and then tell everyone it will tank and die. It's called being "realistic" (and other crap). Read back a few pages on the old thread and see what I mean. And remember the names because they also will be the first to say "I told you so" when QBID hits a homerun. Too bad we will have to listen to their bullsh*t twice . . . once is more than enough.
Remember, the glass is not always half full . . . it very often spills over the top too.
