Hutch Just checked the freerealtime message board, and I see what you referred to. Didn't see any details on the suit, just a list of many lawsuits filed in California. I am sure we will get facts soon. Let's not panic . . . okay, everyone?

When I first started learning about Q freerealtime was my first finding as far as message boards go.
My own personal opinion is that that board needs to be run from at all costs. It is scary the bs and misinformation that gets posted there. I am not saying that this is true or not true but I wouldnt believe anything I read there under any circumstances. I always assumed when the PRs about false information and prosecution issues where being discussed they meant them.
All that being said I do follow a number of boards and this seems to be the most level headed of the pack and where I spend the most time and trust the most information. Unless of course it is one of the cross posters from a few other places...
By the way, anyone else see the riddle and make anything of it? I have some ideas but am still researching a little before I make any guesses.

I sometimes play there but usually on Ultimatebet.com. I like the table layout better. The problem with any online free game, IMHO, is that the sites enhance the hands, giving novice players a false sense that they are catching really great hands that don't usually happen in real games. I've asked the sites to deal "honest" games so we can practice in real situations, but they insist their shuffles and deals are "more random" than real life, so maybe I am wrong. I do know for sure that 3 fullhouses, 3 flushes and one quad in ten hands does not "usually" happen in real-life situations. This happened in the last freeroll Holdem tournament I played.
I also play the players more than the cards, and I cannot see the players online, so I don't think I am playing my best game online.
But to paraphrase an old saying: "My worst day playing Holdem was still better than my best day at work."

Its not new news so he wouldnt be giving us anything we dont already know is in the works, unless of course it happened this week. Which this is the second time he has alluded to something this week that would be big or end the swing traders fun.

OK: I have been looking all around the Oxygen website and could find nothing about any Legal actions. Of course they might not advertise those types of actions to the public. I signed up for periodic press releases from them, so I can keep up with any interesting news that might affect Q. chau people

It always seems as though the mm's find out any information before we do. If it were true, then it wouldn't matter to the mm's at what pps they were picking up shares at. Volume is still average and pps stays mostly solid.
This "riddle" is just another pump. Watch the mm's action and you will confirm what the real story is.

We have enlisted another talented and connected person to give us larger access to celebrities and industry leaders. What in the world are they thinking? Why would they hire another person that has connections and can bring good things to Q?
Doesnt Frank know that he will never be able to drive the stock down to .0001 again if he keeps doing this???

Hell this is much bigger news than Oxygen, SCENE, America West, and most of the others of late in my opinion. Anyone that knows anything about Hollywood knows that its not what but who and that "who" issue has seemed to be Franks biggest roadblock as of late. Maybe this will help chip away at some of that resistance.

I understand. I got into QBID for daytrading but realized quickly that this company, despite its sub-penny pinksheet status, has long-term potential. So I quit hoping for rollercoaster action and started praying for solid steady growth. When the spikes and dips happen (and we'll see more before this is over), I agonize about taking profit and "maybe" missing the next runup. Daytrading a total pig every day is easy compared to waiting patiently for QBID to develop steadily and solidly into a real network. But I think the wait will be worth it.

I bought 1.1 million more today.... now holding 5.6 mill in total...so.. for those that questioned my motive for selling 3 million a couple weeks back, please note I have bought 10% more Q than I originally held and I hold a boat load of PLNI..... so now I am ready for both of them to run......and bump me to a higher tax bracket!!!!!!
