As you can see, the chart is pointing down. I think this is a good buying opportunity. We should also see .002 as the RSI dips below the the 30 mark again. This is only my opinion.
The infomercial deal Q Television will be airing was done through a broker who arranges spots with large networks and QTelevision found out yesterday that based upon the type of content that QTelevision airs, some carriers did not feel it was appropriate for people to view on basic cable. That said, Q Televsion has arranged it so that the carriers that are eager to view this professionally produced infomercial will be able to show it and the carriers that feel this type of programming should viewed through subscription only will be satisfied as well. Management is very sorry for the confusion and QTelevision feels to the best of their ability, the investors should always be informed as to the goings on at Q headquarters. Like Q has stated in the past, the deal is done, Q will air for 60 days, twice a day for 30 minutes. Please allow a small window to put this together the way the carriers desire. Management is speaking to many of them and would not want to disrupt the chances of being picked up over an infomercial spot.

Carriers, are interested in what we are doing, well those carriers need to come forth and contract with us, then they can do it their way. I know that Frank cannot push the carriers as we really need them to get this off the ground, But the carriers also need to stop playing with the "Q".
Come on carriers get on with it

More BS
It really isn't BS. I can see why an inexperienced shareholder would think so, but in all actuality, it really is not BS.

I can't see why an experienced shareholder wouldn't think so. I guess more delays are OK. What if your employeer said you would not get your paycheck for a small amout of time - Would you say it's OK?. The PPS continues to drop taking money out of our pockets. Is that OK?

But this is not Frank's fault. That is what I was getting at.

Reguarding the paycheck issue, this has actually happen in the past back in the 70's, a little known company couldent afford to pay their employees and even asked some of the employees to help pay for some of the company expenses to keep the company afloat... people went for several weeks to a month or 2 without a paycheck...
yeah a littlw known company called Federal Express which now makes billions of dollars and is always in the fortune 500 and 100 top companys in the US. Not bad for starting out not being able to consistanly make payroll

Frank would be very wise to listen to the potential carriers, this is not a time for him to balk at the carriers. They have something that we need very bad "national coverage".
Remember the carriers have the power, we have the programming and we need them more than they need us.
Sure Frank could fight with the carriers and be hard nosed and they would close their doors. Or he can play along and get a deal.
I know that I would not be bucking the carriers right now, we could loose it all in a fight that we cannot win. When a bull is in the china shop, the china shop is usually not the winner.
It will take time but it will get done.
Long,strong.holding and accumulating
GO QBID!!!!!

I am not an experienced shareholder but, I don't look at owning stocks as being the same as receiving a paycheck. When the pps drops it's not taking money out of our pockets, it's giving us, as Buckwheat said, a good buying opportunity. When the pps goes up there will be more money in your pocket. When people start freaking out because things don't happen fast enough for them I wonder why they play this game at all. JMHO and GLTA, Go Q!!

I look at all my investments as a paycheck. It's my money. And when I see an opportunity that is mismanaged I get a little hot under the collar. As long as everyone allows Frank to operate as is, nothing will change. Hope that makes sense.

Kerny Help me understand your concerns about QBID. I assume you own some shares and that you are worried about your investment. (Correct me if that is wrong.)
Your comments suggest that you do not understand how the stock market works . . . especially when dealing with startup companies. Is this the first company you have ever invested in? You seem to expect everything to happen as you think it should . . . and that is not reality with any company, including the oldest and best-run ones.
You also blame Frank for every delay. Since none of us knows everything that is going on with QBID's developement, we should not assume every delay is Frank's fault. He may be doing everything right but is facing obstacles that cannot be foreseen. Anyone who has worked in the business world knows that nothing is certain until it happens.
And your analogy about a late paycheck from your employer does not apply here. You may believe Frank owes you a "payday", but he owes you nothing but the "chance" to make money.
Your opinions are welcome, but help us all by providing information we can use.

I've retired from the "business world" and and understand the stock market and the "bottomline" is Frank is responcible and failing as the CEO. I obviously have a different perspective on running a business than others. Now, I will let the conversation die if everyone else will.

Kerny If you see every investment as a paycheck . . . I understand why you are upset. I don't agree with that concept, as I stated earlier, but at least I understand you better now.

You're asking a lot from that question. He is not the one doing the share audit. A lot of investors take every bit of info that comes out from Richard as official. So to put an estimate out there when he really has little information regarding the topic is a tough thing to do. You never know, he may reply in time. I wouldn't worry about the share count till the audit is complete. Matt

Richard has responded to each e-mail that I have sent him, but then again I do not ask him questions that he does not have the information to answer.
