This is not my doing but a cut and paste I saved from another board a while back. The numbers may be changed but the math should make your projection close:
If you hate math...skip this post...
I just got back from dinner with some fellow QBID investors. The topic of QBID's future pps popped up...and from our discussion...this is what we came up with...keep in mind that three of the other investors are very conservative engineers...You should have seen the table clothe when we were done...chicken scratch everywhere...lol
1 Year PPS projection
20-30 Million Gays and Lesbians in the US (that are out of the closet...this is a very conservative stat)
3% ROI (marketing effort)= 900,000 subscribers by year 1
900,000 x $9.95 = $8,955,000 x 50% (industry standard...cable companies cut) = $4,477,500/mo or $53,730,000/year
Advertisment/Founding Sponsor program...20 spots at $250,000 per advertiser or $5,000,000/year
Industry average is $2,500.00 per commercial x 8-10 commercials per hour or $20,000 per hour x 8760 hours per year (24/7 programming) = $175,200,000/year
Total Revenue
$53,730,000 (subscription per year based on 900K subscribers by year 1) $5,000,000 (Founding Sponsor program based on 20 spots) $175,200,000 (Commercials based on Industry standards of $2500 per commercial/8-10 per hour...24/7 programming)
Total Revenue by year 1
$233,930,000/year
Expenses (assuming 40%)
$93,572,000
Net Operating Income
$140,358,000
Per-share earnings
$140,358,000 / 4.5 Billion (assuming 9 Billion OS...after buyback of 50%) = .0311 earnings per share
assuming a very conservative (S&P) PE ratio of 18 and 20...
P/E of 18 = .56 pps P/E of 20 = .62 pps
However...QBID is a very speculative stock...and could possibly have a P/E ratio of 30, 40 or 50...
P/E of 30 = .93 pps (our pick by year 1) P/E of 40 = $1.24 pps P/E of 50 = $1.55 pps
We agreed that a PE ratio of 30 was very conservative for such a speculative stock...if QBID's soft launch goes off without a hitch...and they PR a major advertiser within one week of the soft launch...our views of QBID being a short term hold will change...we would consider holding a position long term (1-3 years)
.93 x 4.5 Billion = $4.185 Billion Market cap...
At this stage of the game the market cap is the value that the world of stock market investors has placed on the company (at least for today) Much of this perceived value is due to the expectations of a company's future prospects. Market cap is not dictated by how "big" a company is.
Here are some related links on advertising and calculating PE ratios...

IMO that is where the "Q" comes in and provides the original programming that will be needed to fill Mr. Craig's schedule Remember the "Q" did sign some sort of intent with Mr. Craig.
Waiting for a good PR on Monday and at the latest Tuesday but most likely Monday
Go QBID!!!!!! Bring On The Green.

Dear Mr. Craig: I would truly appreciate it if your new television company OutTV would start carrying the original programming of Q Television out of Palm Springs. I am a viewer of Q and I must say that their programming is awesome. I feel that the Canadian viewers would truly appreciate what this company has done to promote the GBLT life style.
Please consider carrying the “Q”. I am confident that your company stands to gain by the broadcasting of Q Television.
Respectfully Submitted

Remember the post from some time ago. In order for Frank to take this company to another exchange there has to be a huge amount of business going on. If I remember right in order for a company to be on the NYSE, the company has to have 500 million in sales. What exchange would he take it to to really add some clout to the company other than an exchange like the NYSE. Q's not even close to 500 million in sales so the NYSE is out...I would think? Anyone hear what exchange he hopes to move to?

Do you know something about the "Q" revenue that we don't know. Do you think that he gave our programming to Pridevision/OutTV, think again!!!
Just have to wait a bit longer, now that he is going to start reporting both the share count and revenue will have to be disclosed. I am willing to bet that we are all going to be very surprised about the revenue "Q" has

http://www.tangobluesentertainment.com/news.htm Tango Blues Entertainment announces four-year broadcast deal for Coors Cup Hockey Tournament with Q Television Network in negotiations for North American broadcast telvision rights
April 13th, 2005 (Hollywood, CA) – Tango Blues Entertainment (TBE) announced a four-year broadcast licensing deal with the Los Angeles Blades, Inc. and the Colorado Gay Ice Hockey Association (CGIHA) for the annual Coors Cup Hockey Tournament. Under the terms of the agreement, all Coors Cup Hockey Tournament broadcast rights are granted to Tango Blues Entertainment for this annual event through 2008. The deal calls for TBE to produce and distribute events to broadcast television, Internet, radio, home video, DVD and other ancillary content to promote the growth of the sport and visibility of the event in the gay community. The Q Television Network, home of the Gay Games VII broadcast, is currently in negotiations with Tango Blues Entertainment for the North American television broadcast rights to the Coors Cup.
The Coors Cup brings the excitement of hockey to the gay community with a weekend full of competition on the ice. The Coors Cup is in it’s second year, bringing more then a dozen gay hockey teams with over 150 participants from throughout the US, Canada and Europe together to compete in a professional forum. Over 150 league members, both men and women, compete in three divisions for the Coors Cup. Each of the winning divisional teams receives a donation of $1000 to the team’s charity of choice, courtesy of title sponsor Coors Brewing Company.
"This is a unique broadcast deal, and we are very proud to be a part of it," said Andrew Briskin, President and CEO of Tango Blues Entertainment. "The Coors Cup Hockey Tournament is one of the largest gay hockey competitions in North America, with over a dozen teams competing on different levels for a good cause. Our goal in obtaining these rights is to bring exciting and unique gay-oriented sporting events to the forefront of the community, providing packaged television, Internet and radio content for the emerging gay media outlets to take advantage of. "
“The LA Blades are very excited to be in partnership with Tango Blues to film the Coors Cup II Labor Day ice hockey tournament” states Brynne Van Putten, “We feel the event will capture the excitement and camaraderie that occurs on and off the ice. Broadcast exposure will allow others to experience the thrill of victory and an inside look at players and fans. This will truly be an event like no other.”
"This agreement will benefit not just the Coors Cup but I believe it can benefit GLBT sports in general," said Andrew Winsett, president of the CGIHA. "With broadcast quality production values and professionalism, Tango Blues gives the tournament a platform to show the GLBT athletic community that events such as this are even more exciting, rewarding and commercially viable than ever imagined."
“Q Television Network feels this event will be another jewel in our crown, bringing the community to the community.” stated Steven Grunberg, Executive Vice President of Programming for Q Television Network.
North America’s only gay charity hockey championships, the Coors Cup alternates between venues in Denver, Colorado and Los Angeles, California. This year’s Coors Cup II is held in El Segundo, California, from September 2 nd – 5 th. The $24 million dollar HealthSouth Training Center facility, practice center for professional hockey team the L.A. Kings, provides for a spectacular broadcast facility and venue for this exciting gay entertainment and sports event. In 2006 the Coors Cup takes a hiatus during the Gay Games, followed in 2007 with a return to Denver, Colorado and the home of the CGIHA .

There is another gay and lesbian channel out there called LOGO? NO WAY! When did this happen? How come no one here even knows about it or mentions it? How could I invest in a company that has competition? The horror!
(If you are new to the board please ignore the silly people posting bad news and trying to scare you about QBID. I will bet it gets worse for a few days again.
