That doesn't make sense. The o/s is listed on their website at 10.7B. Unless of course they've neglected to update the site. They're not very good about updating it.

i am not sure where this rumor started about their being a gag on the os but i called thursday and had no problem getting it and just called again monday the 26th at 1:50 pm est and got it no problem again. it is still at the 10 billion+ figure that is on the websight

I called the T/A Friday and was told "the company request the shareholders to contact them". I called today and she gave me the O/S which is 10,793,385,517. Curious why they didn't give it to me Friday. Somethings going on.

not sure b unless they were busy friday and didnt have time to get it for you. i know each time i have called them it took a few minutes not seconds for them to get the numbers for me. maybe it was friday and they wanted to go home lol. anyway another individual said they talked to ed on his cell phone friday and dan said he was on vacation till tuesday and everything was good and nothing to worry about and was really pissed about the transfer agent not giving out the numbers and would call them imidiatly. i personally did not talk to ed so i can not verify the conversation

i think ican i think ican.i dont mind being called a pumper i own alot of shares and would love to see this fella people refer to as ed follow through on a few of the pr's that were put out.pinksheets are scary frustrating and exciting.i hope to one day hit one good.havent had much luck yet but ive only been playing pinkies for one year.otcbb are much easier to make a few bucks on.but the ten and 100 fold returns are less common in my opinion.

I agree with you MrsRuth and Noah.I would like to see this go to atleat .0005 but i am not real confident.I think this Ed guy will have no choice but to do a reverse split or i think this company will just be gone.Sorry about being negative but Ed threw us all a curve with this company knowing that this won't be around much longer.

This may be a dumb question but if Ed reaaly bought thouse hotels this company can not just be gone can it. I would think at its worst it would be bankrupt. I hope not. I am not as invested as you guys but I do have 5 million shares.

I have heard from several sources that have spoken to Ed that next week is when he is supposed to make things happen for this company...for better or worse. jmho...fwiw.

If you haven't heard tomorrow CWMF is having a forward split. For every 100 shares owned you will receive 50 shares!!! They do have a FEMA contract number and trying to bid for contracts in the relief effort as well.

I think both...The only thing I heard from another investor is that when he spoke to this person, he told them to sit tight til October, and then we will see what he is going to do.
As I said, this is hear-say...so take it for what it's worth.
I will believe it when I say my portfolio move into the green

yeah, I haven't seen or heard anything, so I'll sit and watch the game. It would be nice to see both the merger and the financials in October. If that were to happen I think the share price should rise pretty high maybe into pennyland.

well..yeah...but, he could also buyback shares...retire those that he bought back and then merge.
We can speculate all day thru every scenario. We won't know anything til Ed gives us hard facts and pr's those facts that we can search own to be true..such as filings.
Til then, we are walking down a dark alley with no flashlight!!

if it is a forward merger it will be a real good thing. ed has said all along he will take care of his shareholders and if he is being honest i think we will be rewarded very nicely.
