Actually to throw in one more monkey wrench. ICAN is now a year old and hasn't filed yet. As a pink he has to file a yearly report. Pretty soon the SEC is going to throw an E at the end of ICAN and say they are in none compliance. Just one thing to think about. He could just let the SEC take ICAN off the market by never filing.

alrighty folks lets just be patient and hope for the best and expect the worst.we all know that their is three possible outcomes to this.we hang in this area for eternity, we go bankrupt and lose our money or we RALLY ONE DAY. it seems to me that it is possible that one day this stock awakens and hopefully in a big way.best of luck to you all.im not adding anymore at the current moment as i need to see a bit more volume and also good pr's.

Leardron, that's an ugly scenario. Possible I know but ugly.

Yeah, go to the website and there is a section on the main page for a message from the president. It's a pdf and I haven't yet figured out how to get a copy of that on the board.

October 1, 2005 Re: Company Update Dear Shareholders & Employees: Just a little over a year ago management took over a company (IBAC) with no assets and no revenues and proceeded to add two hotels, a high end steakhouse and two management companies representing several million dollars in assets and revenues with over one hundred employees in three states, needless to say the mechanics of acquiring these assets and integrating new management with existing employees was daunting, we are now ready for the next level of growth and that is what I will discuss here today. The Sanibel Restaurant Group has undergone some changes in management and direction, the first change the group has experienced was the removal of Karl Wenzel as President, the group will operate temporarily with myself as President with an operating general manager of the Ft Myers Location, secondly the group had under contract two additional Sanibel Steakhouse locations in Bonita Springs & Naples Florida we have re evaluated those purchases and have concluded that resources would be better utilized for other acquisitions specifically hotel/restaurant properties with the company owning the real estate. The Royal Arkansas Hotel & Suites continues to make great strides in the areas of event catering and banquets while increasing average daily occupancy and is exceeding all projections at this time, the minimal cosmetic upgrades and renovations are on schedule and within budget. The recently acquired Memphis Airport Hotel & Restaurant is exceeding expectations and is operating quite efficiently under our management, we are currently awaiting a determination from Denny™s for a franchise license this will enhance revenues at that property, if we are not awarded a franchise we have other backup options and will have a functioning family restaurant at that property by years end. We are also in the process of changing the flag (franchise) at that location that will enhance the reservations and revenues. National Hospitality Management continues to hold an exclusive five year contract with four five year renewable options with The Pine Bluff Convention Center for all food, beverage and concessions at the facility. The parent company, IBAC Corporation of all these subsidiaries continues to integrate management, financial controls and other standard business practices to maximize efficiency and profitability. IBAC will continue to pursue additional acquisitions to increase revenues and assets.

Whoa - they are not aquiring the last two Sanibel Steakhouses? They fired Karl Wenzel? This is big news. Why do they post it as a letter instead of a PR?

and why does it still say "The Web site for the Royal Arkansas will be up soon! Please Check Back" on the Royal Arkansas website? That aquisition was almost six months ago - does it really take that long to update a website?

Mike it depends on what version of adobe pdf you have. I have the version with pdf writer and I can then cut and paste text. That way its easy to post it to this site. Farmgirl may have something similar.

do you really think that a stock with almost 11 billion shares outstanding could be pump and dumped? would take an awful big group with a lot of money to do something like that. they ussaully concentrate on stocks with a small o/s they can manipulate easy. i am down big time also and i blame it on ed loosing investor confidence and letting the o/s get so high. but them are chances we take playing the market

The only thing that you've exposed is the fact that you're full of crap.

I imagie we should see the monthly numbers sometime this week. But yet again we need to see them become fully reporting before the numbers really mean anything.
Funny though I had a dream last night that we watched this thing climb all the way to $0.22/share.
