I have heard several people on other boards say they have buy orders in but they are not getting filled. Could it be that they are not allowing new shares to be sold, but for existing shareholders to sell back their shares so Ed can slowly buyback enough shares to retire them off before they merge?? Any opnions on my line of thinking here??

it is when they buy or aquire another company. from what he said the other company is already a reporting company so move to the otcc would be a whole lot faster and less paper work. if the forward merger does happen shares from ican and the company they merger with would be cancled and we would be issued new shares under a diferent symbol. i have never seen share holders screwed by a forward merger. they ussually make out really well. example kmart buying out sears. kmart share holders made out unbelivable

Agree.It is a lotto ticket.However,it is unbelievable Ican,with around 8 hotels and restaurants generating a steady stream of income, is being valued at just one million dollars.What went wrong?Any idea?

i think when he diluted the shares back during the purchase of the airport hotel it destroyed investor confidence and is going to take some real doing to fix that

At this price,he can easily use the earmarked $500000 to buy all the shares that float out there.We shouldn't worry about dilution because it doesn't make sense for him to sell the shares he owns at this price.If my reasoning is correct,there is only one way for our shares to go:up and up,unless this is a scam.I wish I could fly to their restaurants to see if the beef they serve is real.

mm games the 0 was only for 44.200 shares. if you put a sale in at market while their is no bid you will only get between .00002 and .00005 for your shares and if that happens ameritrade show's it as a zero

last trade was at 302 est and for 44.200 shares and that is the one that is shown at .00 just before that their was a couple trades for .0002 for 1 and 2 million shares.

Not so fast. Etrade still has my value at .0001. bought a couple mil shares at that price figuring what the heck. If it works cool if not it's only a couple hundred bucks. With all the early hype it was worth the shot and it is an enterprise with a steady revenue. Don't give up so fast.

I have a couple hundred thousand in ICAN, and scottrade has it at zero but here is the kicker..they still have it valued at.0002 in the total money value of my stock assets, i.e its showing zero on the stock value but they still gave me credit in the cash value equal to .0002 per share. Also, went to businessweek.com and it has ICAN trading last at .004, with the exact amout of shares that traded today..could this be true?

Some brokers software round to .0001 even when its in the 5th decimal. It really isn't a no bid it is just a bid price in the 5th decimal and a lot of brokers and streaming programs do not go to the 5th decimal.

reason it says zero is the last trade of the day went thru at less then .0001 and it was only 47,000 shares. do the math it was the only trade at less then .0001 and it was just an mm game. i am not saying this is going da moon but it is not dead yet. prior to the zero trade their was a couple trades that went thru for .0002 1 and 2 million shares. so it is not over and the person that says they tried to sell at .0001 i am calling you on that one.2 weeks all i can say is you are full of $hit. in the last 2 weeks the bid has been at .0001 and your sale would have went right thru. don't waiste our time with your lies and bashing
