I definitely agree with you on that. I don't think the management of this company wants to just dump their shares. I just wanted to know when those shares might be added to the float since alot of investors look at that.

The only other thing I can think of is if this stock has been shorted. They will now have to cover their short positions before they go to the OTCBB. This might be keeping the price down. I no expert but I have seen it before.
