Why buyback shares when you can just sell more and more. Thats what he did during the last run while promising to buyback. Also who really believes they are working on doing audit. Classic pinksheet pumps. But then too he never said he was taking this off pink. They supposed to have moved assets to a otcbb then give divy's in that stock which they lied about.

I completely forgot about the div plan for the spin off. I need to go back and reread the PR's but I thought shortly after that they PR'd that it was in the company's best interest to keep it as one company and try to become fully reporting and move to otcbb. But then again that was so long ago

yes but all the sales were at .0001 exept the last sale which was only a few thousand shares was for .0002. not sure what is going on

well if it means anything i havent been able to get a fill at .0001 for weeks now .i once filled a couple mil at that price but it will no longer fill me at that price.
im in for the long haul on this too.lets hope ed does us right one day.
21.5 million long at least we cant go much lower hehehe.

i need you all thoughts on this. i just called the to get the os. as you remember it was 11.4 billion. today almost a half billion shares dumped at .0001 matter infact L2 is now no bid and .0002 on the ask. here is the weird part at 240pm eastern time the os count is 10,793,385,517. which i just got from the issuing agent. almost a billion less. mm games or what is going on.

I just got off the air with stock talk live. Asked when they are going to have another interview with Ed. Told me that was a good question, they didn't know. Told me Ed was very difficult to get a hold of.
I asked was ICAN still a sponsor of IBC Radio Network(Stock talk live) told Ed let ICAN sponsorship expire.

if and i mean i big if ed is really in the process of a merger it stands to reason he is hiding becuase till things are signed he cannot say a word about what is going on. this reduction of share count is not from ibac but the issuing agent that represents many company's and i don't believe they would risk thier reputation or buisness liening for ican. i have heard of mm's selling shares back and forth between each other in an attment to shake people out of their shares. well one thing is for sure something mighty fishy is going on. might loose our A$$ on this or something good is up

If you check out the website, the O/S you mention is the same it has been since 7/14.

took some searching but the i hate to say i dont believe anything i read in these pr's and websights ref ican o/s. ed had a gag order on the os that did not end till aug 22nd this year and i called that day and that is when i was told 11.4 billion shares o/s. today the o/s is at aprox 10.8 billion. who knows. guess we will continue to watch the paint dry

The transfer agent is gagged !! Just got off the phone with them to get o/s, they told me the company request that the shareholders contact the company.
