i would be stoked just to see anything above .0004. but i truly do beleive that if one has the patience this stock could actually jump one day and be heading towards a penny.i would suggest to all to do the opposite of anything i say though as lately i have had some really horrible picks and the picks i have followed from others havent been so hot either .so basically people just let me keep accumulating a stock that will most likely reverse split then change the ticker symbol and start to sell me more shares.oh poor baby i know its a sappy post but im a total gambler and have nobody to blame for this expect myself.the thing i always try to remind myself when i look at my positions and see giant red positions (down big on penny stock plays) is that it only takes one to gap up nicely or report some breakout news for it to cover all the red in my account. so basically i am a bagholder hehehehe

13 mil qbid
21.5 mil ican
8 mil prrm
1.8 mil gmci
130k twog

and many many others that are so embaressing to admit i bought that i wont even post them hehehehe . folks i think ive gotten delerious im going pink sheet bonkers. ttoooootoottoooo much red not enough patience hhhhheeeeeeeelllppppppppp!!!!!!

If anyone can get on to the Ibac website there is a message to the shareholders from ED. However, I've clicked on it and am unable to get anything. If you're able to open it please copy it to this board.

Good find mike - no luck getting the link to work though. Also looks like the whole site is down now.

no fills for me either lately.i was able to buy some a small amount a while back for .0001 but still have an open order for 2.5 mil at .0001 that doesnt seem to be filling.ill take this as a good sign but i am not happy with the lack of interest in this little promising pennystock with a great ticker symbol.im a beleiver in the power of a good ticker symbol.remember siri, or boom, or many others that were easy on the eys and easy to remember.just a thought.i think ican i think ican ICAN A STOCK THAT WONT GIVE UP.

HEHEHE OK NOW IM JUST BEING SILLY BECUASE IM A GIANT BAGHOLDER OF ICAN.

Here is the letter Ed wrote to shareholders on August 31.

PRESIDENTS LETTER TO SHAREHOLDERS & EMPLOYEES
August 31. 2005

Dear Shareholders & Employees,
I would like to start by thanking all of our employees at the southern hospitality division for all the hard
work and long hours that they have been putting in during this time of disaster as both of the company’s
hotels are booked to capacity in Memphis and especially Arkansas. As some may or may not be aware
that the hotel in Pine Bluff is attached to the city’s convention center and the center has been opened
as a disaster relief facility and is being staffed and operated by the American Red Cross.
Our company is providing all the food & beverage service (three meals a day) for the Red Cross along
with lodging for the Red Cross volunteers at a fair and equitable rate. I encourage anyone who would
like to donate or volunteer to The American Red Cross you may do so at http://www.redcross.org. Our
company will continue to assist in any manor necessary. Our prayers and wishes go out to all the
victims and their families.
My Deepest Prayers,
Edward W Hayter
President & CEO

hey b ,

i see this as an honest attempt for ed to be decent and probably help out his own company.think about it they are supplying food and beverage to their max capacity for an indefinite amount of time.i used to work at a restuarant where they catered to fire men when the forest fires came in summer times out west.it added huge amounts of cashflow while at the same time giving honest people things they do need at a discounted price.anyways i wouldnt be surprised now to see this stock possibly catapult up to the .0004-.0005 range.im not pumping although i would love to see those ranges again. i just really think that if ed is not still diluting the u know what out of us we might be looking at some green soon.

anyways nobody should buy this stock if they are looking for excitement as it has been extremely boring to watch.also take everything i say with a grain of salt i am a monsta bagholda hehehe.

21,500,000 long .........what could it be worth 21 bucks? hehehehe.

Some of you may be bored with this stock. I still believe at some point it will have some good movement. If anything this is a great place to buy at .0002 and sell at .0003 although it could take a week or so to get back to .0003. All my opinion.

IMHO Ed needs to get off his ass and get the company fully reporting and off the pinks. Now is the perfect time, the hotels have guaranteed income also the food and beverage division. If he doesn't make any positive moves during this time im out.

I can't decide on whether to buy more or just sit tight. I don't like that it has gotten too quite, minus Ed's memo on the website.

I expect we should see their standard monthly financial update within the next week. However, since they aren't fully reporting that does very little to boost the stock price---until we see the audited financials.

I also thought that we would have already seen something relating to the closure of their latest negotiations.

Just sittin here watchin the paint dry.

NEW YORK, Sep 07, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- IBAC Corporation (ICAN.PK) today
announced revenues for the month of August for The Sanibel Restaurant Group,
Memphis Ramada Hotel and The Royal Arkansas Hotel & Suites of $373,548.59
combined. These revenue figures are compiled from internal company
accounting/bookkeeping and are subject to audit by the company's independent
accountants/auditors.

For the month, The Sanibel Restaurant Group revenues were above the seasonal
average and were not anticipated. The Royal Arkansas Hotel & Suites had a
significant gain of over the same period last year (the company did not own the
property the same time last year). The newly acquired Memphis Airport Ramada had
an increase over the same period last year.

The company has agreed verbally in principle to a merger with fully reporting
Otcbb Company and is subject to full audits which are currently underway. As
previously stated this has been the managements objective to become a fully
reporting company and management feels this is the best course of action.

The company continues to pursue mismanaged and undervalued properties within the
hospitality industry and believes that this strategy will produce the desired
results revenue wise and asset wise that the company expects.

I haven't posted anything on here for a long while mainly because there was nothing to post except the same old crap. Now we have some information that is interesting. Some of the guys on Pal Talk talked to Ed today and he said that the merger is going to happen very soon. He also said that it will not be a reverse merger. Both good news.

On another note he said that they are making alot of money right now in the Pine's Bluff convention center since it has been setup as a refugee site by the red cross. He said they are feeding about 5000 people a day down there and of course ICAN gets all the money off of the food and drink down there. He said they are making about $40 a day per head. Don't know if that is true but you do the math $200,000 per day. To verify some of it, here is an article we dug.

Good to see you back Leardron. It's too bad there hasn't been much to talk about over the past several weeks.

Good PR today, hopefully they'll be more on the way in a very short time.

Completed merger
Share count reduction
New acquisitions

Time for a numbers game!~!

$200,000 X 60 days (potentialy)= $12 Million Dollars.

Old Eddie could buy back one hell of alot of shares with that cash.
Of course making us shareholders happy.

It was good to see a PR today. However as usual its full of nothing. The revenues are nice to see however we never know how much is actual profit. "The newly acquired Memphis Airport Ramada had an increase over the same period last year." - That really tells us a lot. The merger news was vague and Ed throws in the part about becoming a reporting company probably only because thats what we want to hear.

If what Leardon is hearing from PalTalk is true and a non reverse merger is going to take place somewhat soon and that new company becomes fully reporting then Ed owns up to his claims.

I'm holding, bored and unconvinced with ICAN.
