The stock can't go to zero unless the company goes bankrupt. As far as I know,Ican is doing business as usual. The low stockprice reflects low investors'confidence. When the company completes its audit and shows some profit,it will go right up again.Don't lose hope, friends.

I have never seen a CEO so worried about the stock price of his company. What you find is that top officers of a company do not get involved in the stock price, heck they won't even talk about it.They get involved in the day to day operations of the company.Saying that i think we are getting scammed.

I show .0002 on scottrade as the last trade of the day for yesterday.
that was after hours and on pinks the after hour trades are just mm cleaning up for the day. so far today the first trade for 2,197,800 was at .0002 and then 700,000 170,000 and 2,197,800 at .0001

i have been in buisnes for over 20 years and have never talked to a ceo that wasn't concerned about the stock price. it is a direct reflection of the company as far as selling the company getting financing and a number of things. so yes they worry about it and watch it closley unless a research company and they don't care untill research and development is done then bet your bottom doller they care

It is a good sign Ed cares about the stockprice. He owns more than half the company.I don't believe he intentionally drive the stockprice down .He gains nothing in doing that.Part of the reason we invest in Ican is the fact that the ceo owns more than half the total shares, therefore he has a vested interest in making the company a success.Put yourselves in his shoe. You invested 3.5 mil in Ican. Now,your money shrank to $600000.I bet he is crying inside(we can afford to cry out loud because we are not ceo).Give the man some time.He want to be a billionair and in the process,he will make some of us millionairs

Well two things are going to happen on Monday! 1) Eddie plays us for suckers and major dilution starts and volume totals 400 million + and share price stays at .0002. 2) Have decent volume in the 100 million range and we see .0003 trades on excitement of website update.
Remember this comment from the company " The company has agreed verbally in principle to a merger with fully reporting Otcbb Company and is subject to full audits which are currently underway. As previously stated this has been the managements objective to become a fully reporting company and management feels this is the best course of action". September 7 PR.
Also they are buying back $500,000 dollars worth of shares on the open market and will reduce the A/S with this buyback. July 14 PR
500,000 X .0001 = 5 Billion DONT DROP THE BALL, EDDIE

I am just curious to how many shares you guys have in the company. I am pretty new to the boards and have been watching this company for a while. I have 3 million shares in the company that i just bought and was curious as to what each of you think is a good amount to have and to how hight you think you will let it go befor selling.

Bigrod, there are only around 5 bil shares floating out there. If Ed use his $500000 to buy back shares ,there will only be one share holder in the company:Ed himself.I certainly don't want to see that happens.I want a share of the pie.

just curious
I'm sittin with 11,325,000. How high it will go is a big mystery. From previous PR's and much speculation of the financails I think it should be trading around .03/share. But we're far from that.
It would be nice to see financials and I still believe they will come but just not sure when. Ed hasn't been totally forthcoming with his plan and if you read his PR's they can be pointed with one solid piece of info and sprinkled with a lot to keep you wondering.
All in all, this is a pink and pinks doesn't have a lot of reporting requirements.
Only play with as much as you can lose. Good luck.

i got 21,500,000 an an order to buy more that doesnt seem to be filling.if we get the right looking volume and a real uptick with a bid of .0002 then i will continue to accumulate in hopes of one day reaching a realistic goal of .001-.01 cents.that would be fantastic in my mind. im totally baffled with my experience in ican .we have been promised so many things investors buying up stock , huge payout in a otccb stock merger or something like that.buybacks ect ect ect............... but being that they are a real company with real revenue generating assets i continue to hold long ive never sold one share and my avg is just over .0002 from many times of avg down.best of luck to you all.
remember the good ol days of positive ican . i think ican i think ican hehehe.

I think this will hang around the .0001 - .0002 area for a while longer and then realize that there are way too many shares outstanding and then throw us a reverse split.
