Be nice to see an honest report of what is going on. I'm just a bit ticked that they rarely return my calls or e-mails...from IR no less.

At the begining of the year they were expecting to be fully reporting and into the 'shell' company by middle to end of 2nd quarter.

Monthly revenues were supposed to be around 800K, but this last month we're looking at 487K

The O/S have increased to 10.7B

Oye.. I'd feel a bit better if we could just get off the ground floor.

I'll be surprised if you actually get a response. I've been sending e-mails daily for the past few weeks and have been ignored.

The previous PR's throughout this year made me pretty impressed with the company, however, this is frustrating to watch this thing just linger around the drain.

I actually thought we'd have a good year.

For all the people who are disappointed with bad investments made in 2005, 2006 is a whole different year. A year of prosperity for all! 2005 was bad for me too but I'm sure looking forward to January 2006 WITHOUT IBAC Corp.! Look into CWFG or SSTY instead.

noah129..... I just don't think there's money in this type of business especially with limited assets. I'm sure IBAC Corp. will do good one day but to me, now just isn't IBAC's time. The stock also lacks much volume needed. There were 3 trades made today for ICAN.

IBAC Corporation Reports November Revenues and Status of Audits
Tuesday December 6, 2:31 pm ET

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 6, 2005--IBAC Corporation (ICAN.PK) today announced revenues for the month of November for The Sanibel Restaurant Group, Memphis Ramada Hotel and The Royal Arkansas Hotel & Suites of $351,532.88 combined. These revenue figures are compiled from internal company accounting/bookkeeping and are subject to audit by the company's independent accountants/auditors.

For the month, The Sanibel Restaurant Group revenues were below the months expected average due to several unrelated business events, we anticipate a return to normal revenues plus a significant increase for the month of December due to a significant amount of banquet & party bookings for the holiday season. The Royal Arkansas Hotel & Suites had a significant gain over last year for this time on increased banquet sales and room sales for the month and we expect a tremendous increase in revenues for the month of December due to an extraordinary amount of holiday bookings. The newly acquired Memphis Airport Ramada had an increase of revenues over the same period last year and we expect to see an increase in revenues continuing.

The Status of the company Audits is as follows: The company acquired The Royal Arkansas Hotel & Suites in March of 2005, The Memphis Hotel in June of 2005 and The Sanibel Steakhouse in January of 2005 thus the operating history is limited to the time we have owned these properties, for a proper audit to be performed it is required that a two year financial history be available and the company has had some difficulty in achieving that requirement as to third party delays (the sellers) in producing said information. The company apologizes for the delay of the audits and expects their completion in the very near future.

"I would like to address several shareholder questions and concerns regarding the company going forward, I apologize for the delay of the audits as it is has been to long in the making, I can ensure you all that we will have them very soon. We continue to operate business as usual and plan on building a great company and moving up to the OTCBB in the very near future. We will also be announcing the progress of our share buy back very soon. We would like to wish everyone a very happy holiday season," said Edward W. Hayter, President IBAC Corporation.

Yeah, at least there was an apology for the lack of communication.

But as the audit situation goes, they knew that they needed 2 years records. Whether they knew or not if the previous companies were going to not produce their records so quickly or not is the question.

I still like the company, I'm hopeful to see updates 'in the very near future' (to me that's like 3 days) but don't really expect anything until next year.

Good luck to us all.

What Hayter told about the 'Days inn' franchise seems to be correct:

Ramada Limited Memphis Tennessee:

2979 Millbranch Road * I-240 Exit#24 Millbranch, Memphis, TN 38116, US
Phone: 901-396-2200 * Phone 2: -- * Fax: 901-396-7034

http://www.ramada.com/Ramada/control/Booking/property_info?propertyId=14802&brandInfo=RA

became:

Days Inn Memphis
2979 Millbranch Rd, Memphis, TN 38116, US
Phone: 901-396-2200 * Phone 2: -- * Fax: 901-396-7034

http://www.daysinn.com/DaysInn/control/Booking/property_info?propertyId=14802&brandInfo=DI

Would someone be so kind to call one of these numbers and ask for some information? (I'm from Belgium)

Another PR:

IBAC Corporation Memphis Airport Hotel Updates Progress at its Property
Wednesday December 7, 9:32 am ET

MEMPHIS, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 7, 2005--IBAC Corporation (ICAN:PK) today announced an update to the hotel's change of franchise to a Day's Inn and the pending Denny's franchise application for the restaurant parcel.

The Company, after significant review of several Brand Franchises determined that Days Inn Worldwide would be a perfect fit for the Memphis property and has been approved for said franchise pending certain upgrades that are underway. At this time we expect these required upgrades to be completed shortly. The conversion to a Days Inn Brand brings a state of the art worldwide reservation system with the backing of its parent company Cendant thus bringing significant additional value to the property.

The Company has been unable to reach an agreement with Denny's for a franchise at its property and has elected to pursue a Country Kitchen franchise www.countrykitchenrestaurants.com. The Company has been preliminarily approved for said franchise and is working towards the completion of said deal. Copies of the pre approval letter can be viewed at the company's web site www.ibaccorp.com/message.php under presidents letter. The Company is committed to the opening of the restaurant at the property as it will add significant revenue to its Memphis property.

"These are major steps towards enhancing the value of this property and will generate increased revenues for the company at this location, this is just one aspect of our overall strategy to maximize asset value and revenues at this property. We are currently considering additional hotel/restaurant properties to purchase at this time and will announce them upon completion of a deal. I would like to wish everyone a very Happy & Healthy Holiday Season," said Garry Becker, President of the Southern Hospitality Division.

See Below.

Looks's like Country Kitchen's are open 24-7 as well. Guess there is no real difference between a Denny's and a Country Kitchen.

Yeah but from previous posts on the location of the Day's Inn its by the airport. Airports are buzzing all the time. Its probably good to have a restaurant thats open all the time.
